I stopped to buy coffee twice today 01/19/24. And twice I got cold warm coffee. Not hot at all. It happened other days too as well. Is not everyone that works there serving cold coffee... But there are some employees that should be there. Is only coffee and easy to make... Come on. Sell hot coffee. People pay for hot coffee, give them hot coffee

I thought about complaining about my first experience, but gave it another chance today. Twice I've been there around 3 in the afternoon and have had extremely poor customer service. You might want to train your employees on how to greet customers (especially when they ignore them for 8 minutes) and drive thru etiquette... employee acted like I was a nuisance both times.

Got cheated dounts today and the worker on cash register didn't tell us until after swiping card and didn't give us a discount for cheating us over 10 dounts. We will not be back and corporate will be told. You don't do business this way to someone who pays over 23 dollars for a order. Also a joke we never get a receipt.

Longest I've ever waited in the drive-thru, over 15 minutes. The parking lot was empty and only 1 car in front of me. All they got was a box of donuts. How long does it take to grab 12 donuts? Staff was unprofessional and rude, I could hear kids (employees) laughing and yelling inside.

Place is ridiculousLots of co worker drama, some doing it all while others just stand there and look stupid. Never a manager around if its not the morning, only a few workers actually know how to make drinks and food right... this location is just going down hill and sad for a new building

The Unity Dunkin is a beautiful new store with nice group of employees. Prices are a little higher here then other Dunkins but the quality is high to match

Just ran in for a cup of joNeeded a pick me up.It worked. YaaaaDietary restrictions: Try more dietary restricted stuff maybe. I know it's expensive and having a designated restricted area takes up space. Being careful of cross contamination would be an issue also.
