Wow. What a very well run, professional pet grooming business. Great balance of professionalism, talent and experience while being super friendly and responsive. Megan was the groomer who did magic on my fairly matted Portuguese Water Dog Lucy. Came out looking like a brand new Steiff stuffed animal. They asked if I would be interested in filling a cancellation based on an earlier conversation, which I gladly accepted. Everything about the experience was 100% perfect. Lucy said thanks too.

This was Maggie’s first visit and what a wonderful experience it was. She connected with the ladies right away, which hasn’t always been the case. They did a great job grooming her, de-shedding etc! When I went to pick her up Maggie was calmly waiting in the kennel for me. We found our go to groomer and booked our next appointment!

We’ve brought our soft coated wheaten terrier to these fabulous people for over 7 years! Henry wags his tail as we pull in. They do a superb spa treatment with kindness and gentleness. Love them!!

My dog just finished her second and last visit with Home Away. The first visit: I was charged and extra $35 because "they had to brush her mats out". Isn't that what their job is? I paid the $35 on top of the $65 (she is a 22 lb cockerpoo, small dog). Today I was charged $75 because "the groomer says she is now a medium dog". What? Ellie also now has multiple bloody spots on her fur. I gave 2 stars as she does look okay but I don't appreciate extra charges without notice!. We are on the hunt for a new groomer.
