Had not stopped in since 2022. Usual hot meal assortment to choose from, fresh eggs @ 1.65/dozen, Beef Tenderloin - some cut up/cooked on the grill as steak tips were excellent! Staff so pleasant to interact with - 2 young ladies. Glad I stopped in!

Love this grocery store! It's tiny but they pick in just the right items. Very clean and organized. Great small town store. The in house baked goods, sandwiches, deviled eggs, breads and everything is so good and fresh. Freaked on days old stuff. It's great and wish they were closer to where I live.

Nice small town vibe. Not the biggest selection but 90% of what I usually need without driving 30 minutes extra to get it. I also frequently use their UPS drop off service. Now that's a time saver for sure 😊

I had ordered fruit and veggie platters at Hannaford for a graduation party. Went to pick it up, and they had no record of the order being placed. Panicked, with less than 2 hours till the party, I called around to other places since Hannaford was unwilling to accommodate. When I called Food City, I talked to Alex from produce. He was willing to throw a couple platters together for me. And the platters were FAR better than I’ve ever gotten at other grocery stores. Give this place your business, they understand old-fashion service, and go above and beyond.

I really like that it's employee owned, and enjoy some of the things they carry that you don't find at the big stores. Love the cheese bread/rolls, and the beef is really good. (Wish they would carry even more LOCAL things....)

We came to Maine camping and stopped here to grab food and supplies multiple times. Their selection isn't huge, but they do have just about everything! I prefer to shop at less massive chains stores when visiting, so I didn't mind there being a little less to choose from. Employees were friendly and helpful and prices were reasonable enough.

A nice small employee owed grocery store. It has most of all the basic items one would need. They are friendly and the employee's enjoy interacting with their customers. Although they didn't carry some of the items my New England family greatly enjoy, like pickled tripe (an old Maine speciality) an employee there did know what it was and we got to chat about it. I often find great prices on certain items, especially their meats. I would recommend shopping here.

Employee owned has real meaning here. The staff are attentive and very courteous.The store, while older and smaller than most typical supermarkets, is well stocked and super clean.Also, a nice surprise was tha the prices are *better* than Shaw's or Hannaford.Shop here. Shop here often.

Convenient location, I stop in several times a week on my way home heading north. Employers are very helpful.I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why they put away their hot foods just before supper time though, like just before 4:30! Many times I'd love to bring home a bunch of fried chicken to my family or pick up wings or fried mushrooms to eat on the way home but the deli people have removed it all and are cleaning the area. Doesn't make good sales sense to me. Just wanted to put it out there. The cashiers shrug their shoulders when I ask, lol.

Visiting from out of state and stopped in for some deli meats, cheeses, and premade salads. Wow! Had salad the next day, still fresh and delicious. Clean store, friendly staff, will be back on my next trip. :)

A place to get good deals on meat, hamburger is ground right there. Nice deli meat section as well. Try the store baked ham and the chicken salad.

Cheap. Not in price you pay but quality. The hot foods section in turner should be avoided at all cost. Always super overcooked and gross.

Great steak for a good price. They have good rotisserie chicken. They also have great prices for things you wouldn't expect!
