They were very pleasant to talk to. But it was my 8 (now 10) week old puppy's first time at the groomer and they ended up Quicking his nail. Which a nail trim wasn't even part of the service I requested. He's now very hesitant about anyone touching his paws. I basically have to retrain him and slowly reintroduce it. I'm not happy by any means

First of all thank you Topsham Petco for answering your phone. I live 5 minutes away from the Auburn one but they never answer the phone there. That is why I drive 30 minutes to Topsham Petco, because when I call they always answer the phone. But they are friendly and helpful when I get there and I always leave happy. The groomers are great and the people at the register are helpful as well. Two Paws 🐾 up for the Topsham Petco.

We came here at the opening time to try to get a walk in nail trim which we have done at this location before. We waited for several minutes, knocked, attempted to call, another person with an 8:30am appt knocked and couldn't get in either! Apparently it's not worth scheduling either. We came when the store was open and no one was available at the desk after waiting for several minutes. If I had someplace else to go to get care for my dog I would. Super frustrating, disappointing and waste of mine and my dogs time.

Our experience was spectacular. We were able to make an appointment yesterday afternoon for a nail trimming. We arrived and were told we needed a rabies certificate. We had been informed when we first called and completely forgot. The staff were great as they created a later appointment giving us the time to go home and retrieve the certificate. They did their job in a friendly and lets solve the problem manner. The trimming was done in a few minutes, the tech was great and the dog was fully cooperative. We really appreciated the entire experience. We will be back.

They were able to get us in for a walk-in nail trim/grind super quick. They were really good with him and didn't have a problem getting his nails done. We will be back again in 4-6 weeks!

Jay was absolutely amazing with our very nervous Bella! He did a phenomenal job with her nails which was our main reason for bringing her and she left happy and smelling amazing ❤️

Jay was very good working with my nervous little terrier. Very efficiently clipped his toenails with the minimum amount of stress for my dog. Would definitely use the grooming services again.
