Since I am out of town visiting for work. I went I side to get some juice. I just bought one bottle and it was in my hand with my receipt. White guy checking was looking at my receipt like I was thief. Some other white person walked right behind me with full of cart and he did not checked receipt for that person. Being brown colored in state of Maine can be really painful. But work calls.

I go to this Walmart all the time and spend a big chunk of my money here, but I will not anymore after tonight. My friend was supposed to meet me and bring money, but she never showed up so I asked an employee if they could put the things that I kept separate away for me. He said yes and i continued to cash out. When I got to my car I thought I forgot my phone inside the building so I proceeded to walk in. When I get to the customer service there are about eight employees standing around in a circle talking about me and making it out like I was a thief and going to steal these items. I was appalled considering I am the one that has the employee to put the items back for me. I have never in my life been treated like I was a thief for absolutely no reason at all. This is a store that I go to quite often and spend a lot of my money. I will not be going there anymore I refuse to be treated like a thief and talked about like one as well. The undercover people might want to do a better job at being undercover considering they have an earpiece that they talked to all the time to each other on and they wear black hats. They also might want to do a better job at their job considering I wasn't stealing anything but they were treated me like I was. I know it's Walmart so they haven't had any training but they should maybe watch YouTube videos to train themselves a little bit better. This Walmart is very very unprofessional to say the least!!!! I would NOT recommend going there!!!g I'm the one that asked the employee to put. I have never been treated like this at a public place in the employees should be ashamed

Awful they never have anything in stock and customer service is the worst I've experienced! The only reason I go is I have to. These photos show they don't have basic sandwich meat. Most days I go in this is what we see.

Wal Mart is a funny place you can find al.ost anything you want or need and meet interesting people who wear their underwear on the outside or bring their favorite pet into the store. No matter what day of the week you can count on Walmart to brighten your day.

First let me say that Walmart is a terrible company who is terrible to it's employees, that being said...this Walmart is decent, good staff that don't hover, could use more cashier's but overall the staff is competent and friendly which is a win for me

I was walking out with my girlfriend after spending over $150 on various items. We were almost to the foray when a employee asked to see our receipt. I was stunned as I've never heard of this ridiculously offensive request before. I asked her if she was going to ask the three other shoppers who happened to walk by right before us and she didn't say anything. Which just proves to me she singled us out. My gf was dressed casual as it was a Sunday and I was in jeans and hoodie. I wish she didn't show it to her immediately because I was about to say NO, unless you have probable cause to believe I have committed theft than absolutely no one is under obligation to show receipt. So while walmart is worried about losing money, they're losing customers because I will never shop at Walmart again. So many other places to shop or order online from. It's funny they're worried about product being stolen from the front when it's the back they really should be worried about.

First Walmart takes lower wage jobs by closing local stores. then removes the cashiers job with self checkouts and 1 person to check receipts. In a rush late at night with 3 kids and nothing but groceries to get home and make dinner and you want to look over what I just paid for? No.

If I could never shop here I wouldn't..1. Gun policy is getting insane when they'll hang up on customers because customers ask if certain ammo is in stock because they say they aren't allowed to answer questions about ammo over the phone so just drive to the store2. Lack of cashiers and overcrowded self checkouts3. Disrespectful employees who seem irritated when you ask a question4. Being sent all over the store to the few employees they have who are never where you're told they'll be waiting even after they're radioed5. Don't waste your time trying to call for any reasonA couple of employees are awesome but most seem like they hate customers, the store, their job, and life itself.

Bathrooms are super clean every time I go and the store is well kept and organized. I appreciate the selection as well as the pricing ($0.20-$1.50 cheaper than Hannafords regular price) for certain pantry staples.

I try not to give people a hard time about it, but I get very anxious when I don't like how someone bags my groceries. Today, my cashier was Rebekah P, and she did a truly fantastic job of bagging for me. It brought joy to my day. She was also efficient and kind.

Forgot an item at self check out. When I got home I called customer Service to see if they were able to recover what I forgot. The service associate at the store found what I had bought and was able to save it for me. And 20 minutes later I was walking back out with I came to originally buy. Thank you very much for serving our community.

Convenient but I feel like if you look a certain way they profile way too quick. I work for every thing I own and the employees constantly stalk me around the store to try to catch me stealing something (lol it's amusing sometimes if you can make a game out of it) but feel like they don't value the customer like they should

This walmart has the rudest employees I've ever seen in any walmart and that's saying a lot. Especially the d***head gathering carts in the parking lot. I understand that you get minimum wage and you're probably not treated well but that's not my fault, I've always been polite and understanding because I realize how much customer service sucks. Of course, if you treat people rudely, they will treat you rudely in return. I regret giving this place even one star
