Had someone pick up a script for me using a GoodRx coupon which would’ve made it half the price. When the coupon was shown the lady behind the counter said it has already been applied with an annoyed expression. Magically it being applied somehow equaled exactly what it costs before the coupon.

Ok, they're not perfect, BUT... the prices are good comparatively. I found the Pharm clerks to be friendly & helpful. I'm not a person in a hurry, I guess. I'm a 70 yr old lady who's pretty laid back. So if you're not real impatient you'll do OK.

Maybe if more people worked in the pharmacy the rest of them would have better attitudes. As someone who works in customer service and is quite often busy, I can't imagine being as rude as these woman!

The lady on the phone was extremely rude when I just asked about a certain prescription and I believe her name was Michelle or Shelly. Very disappointed in how rude they were. Every other pharmacy goes above and beyond and are extremely nice.

This is a hateful, rude group of people.Fire the whole lot because we have been there several times and they are like this EVERYTIME! Shameful and inexcusable.

They were not very helpful and were rude, i am ok with traveling an extra 5 to 10 mins to go to another pharmacy.

Given recent experiences and observations, "rudeness," as someone posted, may be the least of it, given the imbalanced ratio of non-pharmacists to customers. I will no longer use this pharmacy.
