The waitress was very nice and it was VERY busy between 5-6 PM. I ordered an 8 ounce "top sirloin" dinner---medium-well. When it came it was medium rare--a lady said she's fix it. took it back, brought me ANOTHER medium-rare. It was so tough that parts of it could not be cut through easily even using the steak knife. I chewed and chewed, but had to spit out most pieces after chewing for way too long. The mashed potatoes were really good, but the broccoli stems were also tough/fibrous, except for the floret parts. I was pretty disappointed, but couldn't see my waitress until I was done. The house gave me a whopping 10 % off my meal. I would never order that meal again. But people must sometimes, because the place was packed.

I order togo weekly. Very convenient and service is always great. Holly always goes above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I want. She's also recommended items that I have come to love. I usually order when I know she's working because I have gotten a different experience from other Togo workers.. But overall, it's very convenient for the customers, how could you not give it a try?Parking: Togo has its own parking which is great.

Ordered to go. For the 2nd time, the steaks not right. It was supposed to be medium rare. Mine was so dry, it was hard to swallow. The brocolli once again had brown areas throughout it. I was gonna suggest to my co workers at the hospital that when we go out again,, we should go to your restaurant. That ain't happening. I gave it another chance and it failed.

My last review of this location was a terrible experience. However this time around all of the meals ordered were exceptionally good. The only reason it gets a 5⭐ review is not because of the food but the service. The waiter who served us (Howard) was top notch friendly and very professional. He's probably one of the nicest waiters I've ever dealt with. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and at the end of the dinner he brought out a hot fudge sundae for her on the house. He just felt so welcoming I had to write a review about his service and hope they honor him and treat him well there. It's people like him that keeps me coming back

Edit:They contacted me, told me they would email me a gift card to cover another dish so I could try Applebee's again. Its been several weeks since this phone call, and I still have yet to recieve it. This is why you don't delete reviews. Honestly doubly disappointed in this location. Not only is the food poor, the service as well as management can't seem to keep on their word.Original:Went in for dinner, ordered the 4 cheese mac n cheese. Recieved pasta in a weak sugary cream sauce. Couldn't taste any cheese. Had to ask for water after we recieved our meals. Not sure if they even know what cheese is :(

I normally don’t write reviews and I understand people make mistakes,but every time I order a burger with out pickles and tomatoes they still put pickles and tomatoes on my burger,even on the order receipt says 86 pickles,86 tomatoes but it’s obviously too hard to read the order and get it correct,so aggravating. Update 1-11-24 Took the family out for dinner,got seated pretty quickly,hostess told us our waitress would be right with us,waitress waited on everyone but us,we waited patiently for 20 minutes still no waitress,she never even looked our way so we got up and left,probably never going back,This place has gone downhill quick,probably won’t ever return,We went to Trackside and got served quick and had delicious food

My husband and I went on our usual date night and we had such a nice time at our local Applebees! The bartender who was also our server Julia was so sweet and kind! She made the best drinks too! It’s hard to find genuine people nowadays and I am so grateful to have met her. Thank you for your excellent customer service Julia.! It’s the little things! We will be coming back!

This has to be the hostile Applebees chain I have ever been to, from the moment I walked in , I was asked to bring my ID card out. Initially I laughed it off and asked how old they assumed I looked like - she claims 28 years old. I asked if I looked 28 why would I still be asked to show an ID. I’m almost twice the age she assumed.I ordered my food and the onions were charcoaled burnt and I called the attention of the waiter . She proceeded to call the manager and while she came by, I was trying to cough the bitter piece of meat I chewed and the manager began yelling at me that I was being disrespectful and sticking out my tongue towards her.I tried to explain that the food was bitter from it being burnt. She show no sign of concern and asked what my problem is.I kindly asked to take the food away and she mumbled some words and walked away. She stood in the far back and kept staring at me and I felt so uncomfortable and had to leave the restaurant .

We came in for dinner on Easter Sunday. This has been the best meal at an Applebee's we have had in a LONG time. We eat pretty regularly at a different Applebee's. The service here in Thomaston was great. The food was Awesome! We spoke to Whitney and let her know that her cooks are doing a great job. Everything looks the same, but the flavor was such a HUGE difference. Thank you!

It was Applebee's so no big surprises. One thing is that the food tends to be pretty consistent despite varying locations. We needed gluten free and had a problem with that, so if you also need special considerations ask questions. Everything ended up ok, but I should have asked more questions to completely avoid the issue. Our server, Eddie, was great and made the visit fun.Dietary restrictions: Just ask questions. I can't eat gluten so I ordered the grilled Oriental chicken salad and asked them to hold the noodles. That part was great, but the chicken was teriyaki chicken which I did not know so the soy sauce was not user friendly. I did not even read the menu or ask about the chicken I just assumed it was plain grilled chicken so totally my bad.

The bourbon chicken and shrimp was highly overdone. And there were tomato cores all through my wife's chicken penne with tomato bruschetta. Highly dissatisfied with the food.On the good side our server was great. And the blue raspberry cocktail was good.

Seriously so awful from start to finish. Came in with 3 of my coworkers. Long time before waitress came to take drink orders, and long wait for her to make them when there were only a couple other people and they were only drinking at the bar watching the super bowl. Appetizers took atleast 30 minutes to arrive and those were probably the only decent part of the experience. 3/4 of our dinners had something wrong. 2 of the steaks were basically raw. My burger was so overcooked it was like a hockey puck and the fries were so stale I had to ask for new ones. We ordered dessert to go. I got home and opened the box to find not one but TWO hairs in my food. I pulled them out and decided to try one of the cinnabons and they were raw in the middle. This is absolutely pathetic even for a chain restaurant. I'm surprised they're still in business.

Waitress was amazing..food was good. Hostess was rude, dismissive and blatantly put out by being asked for booths rather then tables. I observed the couple ahead of me get eye roll and snapped at when they asked for a booth. Her response was “l’ll have to wipe a table down”. She came back to me and I said I’d like a booth for 2 I’m waiting on a friend..she snatched the silverware and menus and put them on the table and walked away. While waiting for my friend I observed her literally leave a woman and her elderly mother standing by a table after they asked for a booth and she just walked off..they were confused and unsure if to sit or wait. Horrible considering WE are making it possible for her paycheck. The waitress was informed by many. I recommend finding a new “hostess” who is people friendly.

Appetizers & drinks are great. Service was fast and efficient & the waitress was excellent. This place is exceptionally clean & spacious and Applebee's definitely does practice social distancing to the ultimate degree!
