I give 2 stars for convenience. The store is a disaster. Stuff everywhere. You Can't even get down isles comfortably. I would of browsed longer if it weren't for the mess. Also I don't always grab my ID when just running to grab a few things. I am 44. So them refusing to sell me a pack of smokes made it inconvenient but I can buy elsewhere. The mess however is unacceptable.

That store is a disaster. Nothing on the shelves and every thing is in crates . You can't even get down the isles. U have to move the carts JUST to see if what u want is there .9 times out of 10 it is not .For a convenience it definitely is not .

Love this place. Everything you ever want is there..and the staff is awesome. Update...... Update .....this store has really gone downhill in the last couple months. The new manager isn't taking care of stock. You can't get down through the isles.and it's very dirty. She is ruining this store for everyone. The complaint are the same for everyone I speak to. Dirty and empty shelve with multiple carts of stock blocking isles and you can't get down throught alot of isles due to stock just laying on the floor. Please do something before the store is completely gone. It was a goldmine at first. NOT NOW. THANK YOU.

Great addition to our small town! So convenient and has lots of choices. I love the cute house decor items and last minute gift ideas. Its a mini Walmart with less crowding!

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because of convenience rather than having to drive all the way to town. But now we don't even stop in there for easy necessities the employees are incredibly rude at least 2 women 0 personality skills obviously hate their job maybe there gone by now I can't imagine other people wouldn't have reported them if you going to hire people make sure they have a personality!!! Lacey is a good employee The Other 2 are completely unprofessional!!!

Much needed store for our area, and glad it's this chain. Impressive selection and some great prices, with digital coupons available online. Very convenient, we will save a great deal in gas money and time instead of having to go to Ellsworth for odds and ends, or the basic milk and bread. Job well done with the overall structure, parking lot, privacy fence and bushes.

They have virtually everything under the sun available here. There was one time that they didnt have gift wrap but they said they would try to get some in stock. Staff have never been anything other than welcoming and helpful! From 8AM to 10PM daily they are there to help. Incredible!

The best stocked Dollar General I've ever been in. Sale items often are rung in the register wrong but they will fix errors if u ask them to. They ask u if u want ur receipt which I'm guessing most people don't want but really should check before leaving. Errors are common on clearance items especially.

There is something to be said for a Dollar General where there was no such store in the past, however the aisles are narrow and there doesn't seem to have any flow or rhythm to the store. There are some shelves running one direction then a set going a different way, that is slightly confusing. The shelves are almost all the way to the ceiling, making for a slightly claustrophobic shopping experience. In short, I am glad I was able to get zip top bags for a dollar, but was it worth an almost-panic-attack for such a deal...in my humble opinion, maybe...maybe.

Place was an absolute dump. Cashier didn’t say a word to me or even make eye contact. She didn’t even bother handing me my receipt or bag. Spent her time complaining with some other customer about how she can’t wait to leave and not deal with people.

If you haven't already checked out the Dollar General store you should definitely check it out now. Also if you know about a app the helps you find really good deals in the store. I can't wait to go back there again it was great.

The new store in Sullivan has definitely much more to offer, as well as items have much better Quality!!! I know I will be doing my shopping here for the upcoming fall and Christmas holidays. and I am sure that you will too. See you there! 😀

I go to this Dollar General a lot.Its convenient.But since November 2020,I am absolutely disappointed in this store.Everytime I go it’s worse than it was beforehand.I realize short-staff might be the issue,so I overlook the mess.But today was over the top.No Shelves are stocked.No staples,no toilet paper,everything still loaded up on carts.Please put this store back together!

It's like every other DG I've been to. Disorganized and cheap. Staff was friendly and it was pretty much the last stop on the way to Schoodic beach! They've got all the stuff!

Deana at the Sullivan store is always such a wonderful part of our experience going to Dollar General. She always makes a point to greet us and start conversations, always going above and beyond! Love her!

Today when my family and I went to the store you couldnt even walk through so many pallets and boxes and carts that were just sitting there no employees were taking care of them and employees were not even wearing a mask if I have to wear a mask so do they.

Standard DG. Dont buy the ice cream. The freezer is on a thaw mode. When we went to buy some everything was warm and melted.
