Ryan called back within a week of my message to him. My timeline for cleaning our carpet was restricted to several days while we would be away. He said he would be there at 9am a few days later, my neighbor let him in, and he finished the job of +/- 600 square feet with a couple hours, and even picked a number of personal items off the floor that I could not have done before I left to travel. Just had all our carpets and upholstery cleaned by C&R Carpet Cleaning and I need to do a shout out as I still can’t believe how clean it all looks. Ryan is super nice, very responsive, and a hard worker. Price was SO reasonable. And now I just saw he has a tile floor cleaner that will make the grout look like new…so I’m going to skip cleaning it myself with a toothbrush on my hands and knees😏. This is the third year I’ve used his services and he comes twice a year. C&R is exceptional! During heavy freeze that impacted so many here in Downeast Maine, the owner was right on top of our needs. Our basement flooded and they came in the evening just to see how bad our home was. Worked us into their schedule and completed the job on the date agreed and at an exceptionally reasonable rate. They cleaned several rugs as well.

This was my first time using Ryan. Recently I purchased a home where the previous owners had pets that had unfortunately left stains in the carpet which had lingered for years.My initial contact with Ryan was online (around 8 pm) and he responded almost immediately. He came during a snow storm, and my carpets now look brand new! Ryan is responsive, professional, courteous, and I can't recommend him enough. His pricing is very reasonable as well.C & R Cleaning will be the only company I use for my home carpet cleaning or repairs. Excellent job!

Mr. Gordon is always early, go over pricing, the details of the job, asks if I have any questions, and finishes at the time he says he will be done. He is extremely professional in the most of extreme circumstances and I am very satisfied with the service. I look forward to many years of business with him.He does not just clean carpets. I recently had Ryan clean my daughter's bedroom carpet as a new puppy had arrived. Our cat was not happy with the new addition and stopped using his litter box and hid under my daughter's bed and utilized the floor. We have not had our carpets cleaned since we built our house so it was very much needed! I could not believe the difference. We have been contemplating tearing our rugs out but thanks to C&R my hubby won't have to put down new floors anytime soon!Can't wait to get the rest of my house organized for him to return!
