It's hard to find places that groom cats and luckily this new spot opened up a few miles from me. The owner Megan was kind enough to fit me in for a nail trim the day I called, she was courteous, efficient and one of the only groomers my cat seemed to like and not get nasty with. I will definitely be back and recommend her to everyone in the area. Thanks Megan!!!

I’m so happy I came across Megan when I did! I’ve brought my dog to her twice now! We rescued Remi and she’s a super anxious puppy, Megan has done wonders with her and now Remi looks forward to her spa days! We now see Megan 6-8 weeks and we love it! Remi loves Megan and we do too! We are definitely clients for life

Returning phone calls or emails doesn't seem to be a priority.Cut to the chase and just say you're too busy or not interested in any kind of proper customer service.

Amazing experience! This was my dog and my first time using a groomer and it exceeded expectations. Upon entering the space I could see a dog happily sitting on a bench and it smelled very fresh and clean. The owner asked clear questions and really helped me feel comfortable leaving my boy with her. She offered explanations for what to expect and listened when I told her about his quirks and what we wanted. When I returned my dog came out tail wagging, smelling great, with a fluffy coat. Plus her son gave him a neck tie and played with him while there, which I know made my dogs day! We will be back as needed, so much easier than getting my bathroom all muddy.

Professional and quality grooming, the groomer seems to take pride in her work good communication and customer service, clean shop, flexible and understanding scheduling. My whole family brings our dogs and cat to Meg.
