I had to get a refund, but instead of putting it back on my card they had to go through the process of issuing me a store card a whole process in itself irritating. Now I go to redeem that card and I cannot buy what I wanted, never have I been so irritated with a store the pharmacy team is wonderful corporate sucks

I had a TDap shot scheduled for a month. I’m 7 months pregnant and my midwife told me to go and walk in to get it. Once I got there the pharmacist told me I needed a prescription and refused to administer the shot. I’ve never heard of needing a prescription for this. It’s unacceptable to be able to schedule something and then be turned around. Horrible customer service.

The pharmacist was unable to use the system that shows what I paid so I can get reimbursed from my insurance company. I can see 100’s of dollars of prescriptions and my pharmacist just shrugged. Horrible.

I have had a great experience with this pharmacy. The customer service is consistently top-notch. They helped me to transfer Rxs while in the area several times and had them filled in the same day/hour! I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!

Pretty bad.The Pharmacist is fine but he has no help; the good one's left.Edit: Front end is not bad--much better than the old Rite-Aid staff.

This store is terrible, pharmacist cant fill med orders at all, the so called sales SUCK!!!! I MUCH PREFER RITEAIDE, i am switching pharmacy's ASAP!!!!

Gone downhill ever since Walgreens bought out rite aid and prices gone up and quality is down and Walgreens is bad I am now going to Walmart or cvs instead or Hannaford

Worst pharmacy around, takes days for them to fill prescriptions, if you need a prescription filled relatively quick or even that day you may want to find a new pharmacy
