I waited for at least 45 minutes while the gentleman in the paint department finished his lunch. After this amount of time I did let staff know, politely, that I was leaving - and that this is beyond poor customer service. This should never happen. I will not be returning. 9/27/22.

Any project I have they are so helpful. They have a workshop in the back to help me put together anything I might break. I bought a hot water heater from them and they delivered it to my house, because I didn't have a big enough car. I can take a picture on my phone and show them what I need. They can sharpen just about anything from my skates to my scissors!

Just an unpleasant experience all around. Normally would say spend more and shop somewhere else. But pay less and shop somewhere else. The associate was happy to say twice" What do want this is a hardware store not a plumbing store" And yes I called first to see if they had my items. So if you enjoy paying more to be treated poor this is the place for you.

This hardware store has a good size inventory. Separate key room, lots to choose from. Paints, decent selection of the hardware for, cabinets bathrooms kitchen etc.. hunting equipment gardening tools outdoor materials go check it out

Springvale hardware is awesome! they may be small but they have stuff the big box stores don't and the staff will find a solution to your fine threaded chrome plated needs!

Just to complete my post....they never told me they were going to charge me 40 when I could have driven it to Greg's and saved myself some money...they owe me 40.... terrible business practice. BTW Greg does great work and is honest..I recommend him but not Bruce lamb.
