Very nice and clean. Ellie received a nice haircut . There was a bit of a communication issue and I waited 20 minutes in the parking lot because no one called me after my pup was done but I think that was just a misunderstanding.

Heidi cares for my pugs ( ROSCOE and ABBY)She is so caring and makes every effort to provide excellent care for my babies! She greets us with a wide smile and enthusiastism. My dogs cannot wait to enter the spa. Every Holliday spa visit ends with a cute seasonal bow attached to their harnesses! Super cute photos are taken during each holiday season.

I have a bearded collie who has long hair and requires lots of maintenance. Over the 12 years of having him I have visited a number of groomers and Heidi is by far the best, I will never bring our dogs anywhere else. She immediately makes both you and your pets very comfortable. It it obvious that she is not only incredibly knowledgeable but that your pets comfort is her top priority. Both of our dogs can't wait to go visit Heidi

We have had our dogs groomed at Splash Heidis Pet Spa for 10 years. Traveling up and down the East coast we haven't found a better spa. We plan on introducing our new maltese Maggie Mae to Heidi very soon.

Brought my bully in for the 1st time they did an awesome job. 2 weeks later she cleaned his ears at no charge!!!Update!!!! This place is just plain amazing!!!! Called this morning as my bully broke a nail pretty bad. They took him right in and fixed him up without a nasty vet bill and my buddy is feeling 100 times better!! Thank you!!!

She's a true animal lover. Dunkin doesn't enjoy his visits( he'sa Heidi fan, just not a bath fan), but he sure looks and smells great! And he feels better, Im sure! He

Good and professional with a personal flair to pamper pet (fur kid). Only had to get dog's nails trimmed as he isn't cooperative when it comes to that.Last year had a bath and brush out and came out LOT happier.
