My friends and I are staying in Southwest Harbor and were looking for some takeout pizza...now don't let the road side convenience store building fool you...this pizza was fantastic! Homemade dough and quality ingredients. We had the Buffalo Chicken, Greek, and a Hawaiian. We wanted to try the McGott (basically a Big Mac pizza) but they were out of Thousand Island. We got three 20" inch pizzas for $21.99 each. Coming from Chicago that was a bit shocking. What a deal! Looking forward to the leftovers for lunch!

We stopped into Gott’s for a quick bite to eat on the way to the Bass Harbor Lighthouse. We were told it was a sandwich place; it’s a gas station, essentially. Still, the pizza was great and so was the soft serve. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with a 10-minute lunch!

Not a bad little place. They have a decent selection of food and items, just very crowded/cramped in certain areas.

There was an adult employee creeping on a 17 year old a few months ago, and when we told the manager she saw the photo of the girl and said she can see why she was getting creeped on instead of saying she'd help. Horrid.

We LIVED off this store. Gotts has it. My son said it reminded him of a grocery store in NYC and I saw his point. Pro-tip, if you get a pizza, ask for it without oregano if that's not your thing.

Usually gotts is our go to for a takeout as the food is always so good and it’s close by. We ordered tonight & when I called the first time the guy answered so rudely saying “go ahead” I ask going to order a calzone & he tells me they don’t do this anymore so I ask my fiancé what he wants instead and the guy hangs up. So my fiancé calls back, we ordered a sandwich and some pizza. He goes there to pick it up and they hadn’t even made the pizza. He brings me my sandwich and it feels like the bread was dipped in water before being wrapped. That’s how soggy the bread was. My sandwich wliterally falling apart and had no sauce or anything on it. They definitely did not make this fresh & probably grabbed it out of the cooler instead of “made to order” like their menu says. Matter of fact I know they grabbed it out of the cooler because it had a date on the label. Super disappointing that our favorite place has employees who don’t care enough to put forth any effort for their long time customers.

This restaurant has the BEST coconut cheesecake and chocolate cheesecake pies that are out of this world good! Usually you need to order a whole pie ahead of time but their pies are the best I've ever had!

Ordered two chicken finger meals, one with fries and the other with onion rings. The rings were hands down the best I've ever had. They were so thin, but they had just the right Crisp to them. The initial flavor is good, but the flavor that lingers is so much better. Will order again for sure!

Loved this recommendation from our inn!!! We grabbed egg and cheese on a bagel breakfast sandwiches and some fruit and bars for our hike. Inexpensive and a TON of massive seasonings we stocked up on for home.

We keep coming back year after year for their pizza. As close to NYC style as you're gonna get this far away from the Big Apple. The crust is thick and chewy, the cheese is gooey and oily. We got mushroom and garlic this time around and it did not disappoint. And the pie was huge, which meant each slice was satisfyingly big.

This place consistently ignores the State's mask mandate. Employees in the deli area don't wear masks or wears them below nose and customers are not told to wear them. A sign is posted by the secondary entrance but ignored by 1/2 who enter.. This is all regretful since our community has few options for convenient shopping and the store has been a great asset to the community for decades. Furthermore its employees should nor be subjected to danger from public infection.

Before coming to Maine I never had pizza from a gas station. While I have not been partaking in daily pizza, the kids say this place had the best. Also cold cuts, some fresh fruits and veg and ice of course.

Was extremely happy this store/gas station was open, especially with the Trump Shutdown going on at the national parks. Since I was prepared for a day at Seawall (Acadia National Park), and since no restroom facilities were open, I had to make a pit stop. I did not need to buy anything at this time, but I did notice that I could pick up many necessities for future visits in that area.

Great place to have near by for needs and....the Pizza, yes the Pizza at a gas station.....blew my mind and expectations. Gott Father delicious and what a menu and list of ingredients. I was vacationing on the Island and rented a house in quiet Bass Harbor.....So thankful that this place exists. Got Blueberry lemon pound cake made by them....pretty damn tastey.

This place just makes the island. Staff is friendly, and informative. Very mom/pop kind of place. The deli in the back makes the most amazing food and don't forget the icecream outside in the back. Prices are the lowest you can find on the island. This is a must stop in place for MDI

It's got a very woodsy feeling to this place, like a very small town convenience store. It's also a small fast food joint in the back with an ice cream shop further in the back. It reminds me of a bodega but located in a rural area that serves fried clams. Outside, it's a gas station. Modest selection of produce and a small sitdown eat in area that also has coffee.
