Just went in for a nail trim and ear clean but my girl was a little unhinged because she's been dealing with some medical issues. Everyone was super nice, patient with, and kind to her. We'll be back as long as they'll let us! Thanks Lacey!

This is the BEST place I have ever taken my two big dogs (German Shepherd and Bernese Mtn Dog...lots of hair!) for grooming. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Marissa is amazing with the animals. We’ve been trying to get our chiweeenie’s nails back in shape after they got a little too long. She is very patient with the animals and takes care to make sure the pet feels comfortable and safe and most impoerantly, he always gets a treat from someone in the store after the “trauma” of having his nails trimmed. LolStrongly reccomend but maybe call ahead to find out what time works for them, as they are simultaneously taking care of animals who had grooming appointments. Seems to be best to find out when is the best time to do a walk in nail trim as they are pretty busy.

Absolutely love the staff and the self wash! I take my dog weekly to the bath and she loves going. The staff are super friendly and helpful and my dog loves them. Well stocked with everything you need.

Zero stars, terrible customer service. Cashier would rather yell over you to other people in the store about how Higgins Beach sucks since it isn't off leash. The store is dark and dirty since they changed ownership. I'll get litter at the Hannaford or Shaw's that are down the street now on.

I had an issue with a subpar grooming experience, but Marissa reached out and offered to make it right. Marissa does a great job and my dog doesn’t mind her trips to the groomer.

The groomers at Pet Supplies Plus are fantastic. Marissa always welcomes Jake, and he jumps right up on the table even though he hates getting his nails trimmed. The whole staff at the South Portland location are very welcoming. Thanks for a great experience all around!

The staff here are especially friendly and helpful. Just after the transition from Loyal, I had a hard time finding a few items. But, they currently are fully stocked and have everything I need for my two pups. I'm happy they were able to open in this location because it's so convenient.
