I live right down the street from a CVS in North Deering. While I understand they are dealing with understaffing and other issues, dealing with that location has been....not always ideal. I've dealt with a lot of headaches and delays. I had to go to the AFC Urgent care a couple of times this month, which happens to be right across the street from this CVS location, so they helpfully filled my meds there so I could just hop right across the street and grab them. The first time, it was a prescription that has to be special ordered, so they informed me that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to fill it until tomorrow, but that they had ordered it so that it would be available then, and told me by what time. It was all very clear and understandable, they were prompt and good at explaining so that I understood what was going on and what my options were. I asked some questions and they helped me figure out some plans for what to do, and explained that I would be able to get my CVS to transfer it if I needed to have it filled there and couldn't get to this location. I left feeling much more relieved and confident that I would get what I needed than I would have others, and as they had said everything was easily transferred and fulfilled the next day. The second time, they were quite busy but everyone was very nice and again good at communicating about delays, where to go, anything else happening and I think that helped a lot in getting everything to run smoothly and quickly despite their being understaffed. You'd hardly even tell, because they have everything running so well. I barely even had to wait despite them being "behind". Those people that work there are so compassionate and hard working, and they never ever seemed like I was a problem or annoyance just for being there unlike I've experienced at my own or other CVS locations. I would literally go out of my way to continue going here.

Pharmacy lost my daughter’s prescription that her doctor had called in. They said they never had it. When my doctor called them to find out what happened to the script, they hung up on her. Very unprofessional. I would go anywhere else to avoid doing business with them again.

Someone must have a personal problem with this store to give it one star ratings. Its not bad. I got vaxed here and it was easy. Note that ALL CVS stores have gimmicky pricing schemes (see pic) which are a huge waste of everyones time.

Conveniently located in the Millcreek area has a great selection and you can get your prescriptions filled very easy there
