On 9/14 We were looking for fall mums and we found exactly what we were looking for. The employees, everyone single one of them, not only greeted us but after our purchase they thanked us for coming to their store and hoped to see us again! We truly appreciate that kind of customer service and yes we will definitely be back. We left one business in a near by town because the man outside the greenhouse was so rude to my husband that I promptly put the cart back and we left. We won’t ever go back to that business and give them our hard earned money for such ungrateful attitudes. However we highly recommend Campbell’s Agway True Value in Skowhegan if for nothing more then their superior customer service! Employees to be proud of! Thank you for you outstanding customer service.

Long time customers, but extremely dissatisfied with our last experience. We bought one of our Christmas trees from the lot, which were well priced and looked fresh. The cashier asked if we needed help loading the tree, but since we're two guys we easily explained it wasn't necessary. The cashier then gave us our receipt and announced over the entire PA system of the building that two paid customers were loading a tree, and didn't need assistance. The cashier was kind, professional, and super friendly as she joked about picking a tree. While we were loading the tree we heard a male employee frantically announce that two men were loading a Christmas tree, and then the employee (we could clearly recognize his voice) approached us after several minutes of us properly tying the tree to our roof, and all but accused us of stealing a $30 Christmas tree in broad daylight. It's difficult to not come to the conclusion that this person had some kind of personal prejudice against black or gay people, under the circumstances. After everything, including the intercom announcement, he made me find the receipt buried in my pocket, even after the cashier came out of the store herself to defend us and say it wasn't necessary, and also explained that she made the announcement to the entire building. If it weren't for the regular employees and previous good experiences, we probably wouldn't be back. Hope something is done, and considering a corp complaint. Very disappointed, and would feel disrespectful to any other regular rewards member.

Pretty disappointed every time we go with poor selection & quality of product in greenhouse. Called to inquire on organic or safe slug control options for our garden was told when asking questions before hour plus round trip to be helped by two women who said they are quite busy and all slug co trip is poisonous (not true) and if I wanted more info I would have to drive in and read bottles myself.. Very frustrating I will drive the additional 30 minutes to another location or to another business/competitor.If you are not knowledgeable in product shouldn’t you be able to provide customer service by reading and providing answers not do it yourself....Another lost customer in a time you cannot afford to loose local business or decide to make yours self service.

Great Customer Service! Terribly high prices on everything. Propane your being charged $3.99 a gallon and are charged based on size of bottle not amount filled. Tractor Supply propane is $2.59 a gallon and you only get charged for the amount that is put in. How can there be that big of a difference in pricing. They are robbing you!

Needed a door sill plate to hold down my linoleum flooring they had it in stock also needed a tree protector for my new apple tree to keep mice away they had it so glad I stopped in and found what I wanted

Not Impressed with advertised warranties being met. Owned a shovel with advertised 15year warranty. It broke shoveling light snow on my deck. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and got a new shovel. Now a year later. Again used it to shovel light snow on my deck. Broke again. Went back for an adjustment on still, the 15 yr warranties shovel. Refused adjustment, and they kept my broken shovel. Apparantly 15 yrs only applied to the original shovel.

Love this store. The only hardware store I shop at. Locally owned.isn't.^^ this was a year ago.If I was asked today, I would try to get you to go somewhere else. Just went in for a water hose piece and it leaks stright out the box.. the quality has gone down alot.
