There are not enough kind words to describe my experience with Priscilla & Frank! We had very specific needs for a pet to work in our family and Priscilla could not have been more patient and informative! She took time to answer every question I had and did not try to oversell or force a sale on me. She walked me through everything and made it seamless for my family who has never had a pet before! She was super responsive to texts and calls! She kept me in the loop on every detail! Our dog Louie has trained with Frank and he is truly a gift. He is so kind, attentive, and informative! Frank sends daily updates and videos it was great because we could be consistent with language and teaching styles so Louie could transition easily. I always felt included on the training journey and appreciated all the information Frank provided. He was easy to work with and always available to answer even the smallest questions! The pricing was more than fair and they are just good people with good values and really care about finding the right fit for your family! I would recommend Priscilla and Frank to anyone!

We absolutely love our little one! Priscilla was great to work with and our little man Ruger has been so good already!! He’s been well fed and taken care of. She had many other pups that look very happy.

We just completed one of the best and loving adoptions of our new family member Fozzy a beautiful sweet happy and healthy Goldendoodle. Priscilla was always available and responsive and let us watch her grow to 8 weeks with videos, pictures and updates often. Can’t recommend more! Todd

We found Priscilla after having been scammed by a “breeder”. Priscilla was so sorry for our negative experiences and educated us on how to confirm the authenticity of a breeder. She had one sheepadoodle left and sent us pictures and videos confirming he was legit! We fell in Love with him and made arrangements for his delivery. She uses a wonderful human (Richard) that updated us throughout their 5 hour drive. He has been with us for 24 hours now and he has adjusted beautifully. It is obvious that he has been loved and cared for during his first 11 weeks of life!! Thank you Priscilla and your family for making “Berkeley” possible!

We got the most adorable puppy in the world.we have only had Ranger for a couple of days and we are so much in love with him. Very professional service and I would refer anyone to buy a pet from Pricilla's.

Dogs are alone and only visited by a caretaker twice a day. Dogs can be heard barking for hours on end.
