The vet did her job but was very rude about it. We were concerned for our dogs health and tho she did her job she didn't seem to really care. Stating "well why am I here then" and twice reminded me that she needs sleep too. Don't ever be on call then for emergencies. That's why she gets to charge $200 for an emergency office visit.

The medicinal side of things is great, but the receptionist is absolutely awful. One of the rudest people I’ve encountered in any animal or human medical center. There’s one that is a younger lady that’s very pleasant but the main receptionist is an older woman that is downright rude and awful every time you call. Six of my animals attend this veterinary clinic, and the doctor is amazing but the person and she has answering the phone is atrocious.

Dr Simonson is an amazing Veterinarian! She's extremely knowledgeable and truly loves animals. Excellent bedside manner too! I couldn't be happier. Wish I had started going to her sooner.

Dr. Lehaye has been our vet for many years. The staff has been wonderful! The care our cats and dogs have received has been excellent, and we appreciate the time, skill, and practical advice we have received in our caring for them. They have always fit us in for emergencies during office hours and have answered any questions we have asked over the phone. It is evident that they truly love what they do. I highly recommend them!

I have had three cats that have been seen in this office for routine check ups, vaccines, regular testing and treatment for chronic illness, and emergencies. My pets have always been seen promptly, even in an emergency when they otherwise have a full schedule. They even stayed open late on a Saturday to accommodate an emergency. The prices are the lowest I've ever seen, and the staff is amazing. They take their time with us pet parents, making sure we know what we need to know and are comfortable taking care of our fur babies. They just saved my cat, on a moment's notice, who tore half the skin off his belly and required surgery. As long as I live in this state, Dr. Lahaye will be my vet!

After taking my pets to this place for nearly 20 years, I moved. I came back to the are for a visit and while here, my dog began experiencing severe pain. Naturally, I called his prior vet....only,to be told they were too busy and did not have sufficient staff to see him. This was after being questioned about where I lived now. Obviously, if you aren't going to be a permanent resident, you aren't profitable enough to be seen.

So RUDE omg. Stopped for an emergency, dog with an exposed bone, lady was so rude saying she couldn't see him because he wasn't a patient. Said they could look at him but not guarantee any work would be done. Asked who his vet was,it's my roommates dog so I don't know, she asked my roommates name and I was about to speak she said let me guess, you don't know.. I promptly left. So unprofessional. Don't go there. They do not do it for the animals.

Dr. Lahaye is amazing we suddenly lost one of our family dogs today during the storm and when I called the answering service she not only called me right back but arranged for us to drop him off for cremation today coming out in the storm to meet us at the office. I can't thank you enough for being there for us during this time.

My husband and I recently moved here from the west coast and have an akc dog that we needed updated on vaccines, needed OFA pictures done, and was also sick with Lyme. We initially brought her in for the illness which the workup up turned up negative initially...after another week of her being sick we brought her back in and they rechecked and her Lyme test was positive. The vet was very knowledgable and thorough, and explained that sometimes Lyme tests will show a false negative if it is very recently contracted. So we retested and she was right, our dog was positive on the second test. Antibiotics did the trick and she was right as rain again! They have very reasonable pricing and are transparent with their cost breakdowns prior to treatment, and explain the pros and cons as well. We have gone back for vaccinations and have our OFA appointment scheduled as well:) The reception staff are also very polite and timely which we appreciated! I would definitely recommend them!

The most caring and passionate pet care around. Every veterinarian I have met with here has been extremely helpful and very concerned with my animal's Health and wellbeing. They make certain that you know exactly what shots, vaccines, Etc at your pet needs to have and when and are very empathetic when your pet isn't doing very well.

We're clients; ended up in emergency situation with one of our pets and they refused to help him. Offered to leave different payment arrangements such as our card number for them to charge the second money went in but they still refused to help.

This WAS my veterinarian for years until my dog passed away 5 yrs ago. We have a new pup ready to come home in July and I just called to touch base and was refused an appt as they are not taking new patients. Person on the phone did not care that I was a former client.
