Sister and I took my dog in for a self wash. 2 other people showed up while we were in there. The manager kept pressuring us to hurry up while trying to make it seem like that’s not what she was doing even though it is first come first serve.My dog is big with a lot of hair-Bernese mountain dog- so he does take a while but we went in the middle of a weekday to try to avoid running into others and it’s not like we were lagging and trying to take longer than necessary but I guess that wasn’t good enough. Left while my dog was still wet which is a big no-no. He now has hot spots. Also got charged for 4 washes? Did you suddenly start charging by the amount of time spent in there? Cause you never have before! And the manager tried to make it seem like I was getting a deal! Also we were only in there for 80 minutes. Is one self wash supposed to only take 20 minutes? Because that is beyond ridiculous. Every time we went in before was good but after this last time I don’t think we’ll be back.

Best pet store in Maine! The store is clean and organized, and the staff are always helpful and kind. The manager, Patricia, provides amazing customer service and has a wealth of knowledge, she is such a great resource. I would highly recommend this store to any animal lover!

Amelia, did an amazing, A+, 5 star, groom on my 10lb dog. It was our first time with her, and I showed her pictures, which she perfected! I am so happy to have found her, in Saco, and not have to travel anymore .

We took our Great Dane puppy here about a week ago. We had called to schedule a bath and they were able to get us in within just a few days. The groomers name was Katie, if I remember correctly, & she was fantastic. We watched her a bit through the window in the door & she was very gentle & thorough. After his bath they even noted to us a hot spot he had and a bug bite. Both we were already aware of but it was really nice to see them take that extra step! They asked about his allergies beforehand too & gave us a goody bag after. The store manager even showed me pictures of him in his bath at pick up! It was so sweet. You can tell they really love their fur friends here. This will definitely be our new grooming spot! Thanks for a great experience!

My extra large Bernese Mountain dog has never had luck with groomers, but Wag N' Wash was so patient with him and did such a great job. We are now regulars!

Have tried so many groomers before WagN'Wash, but Katiedid a great job on my Havanese. She was so helpful in finding outexactly what I wanted - and then for doing exactly that. Thegrooming room is immaculate and cheerful, and of course,Patricia in the store is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Ihave definitely finally found what I was looking for in a groomer -and also in a pet store. Would heartily recommend!

Very unhappy with the Scarborough store. I called on 8/4 at noon to the Saco store to ask about the self wash. The woman was great and said it wasn’t In service yet, but that she had one in the Scarborough store. So we reached out to the Scarborough store immediately who explained the self wash to me and I mentioned I would be there around 3:30 and she stated it was first come first serve, which I understand. So I arrived at 3:25 and walked in to pay for the self wash. The young girl at the register was talking to people about a dogs information for the computer. Once she was done she found me at the dog wash and I asked to pay for the dog wash for 2 dogs. She said okay so I walked outside to get my husband, 2 dogs, and my 3 week old baby. As we were walking back into the store the girl met us on the sidewalk and said I’m sorry but someone just called right now to secure the dog wash and would be here in 10 mins. So we asked if we could use it for those 10 mins she said no. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out from the back. I explained the situation, showed her my call log to the store and I mentioned I was told it’s first come first serve and I was here first, secured it first when I arrived at 3:25, but that I can’t use it? She said we like to accommodate for those who are en route. So how is that first come first serve then? Had I known I would have called when en route. After back and forth for several minutes my husband came back in from putting the dogs back In the car and the manager said oh you can use it right now. At that point my husband was upset and said no we are all set as he didn’t want to give the store our business after what had transpired. So even though they don’t book the self service wash make sure you call ahead and book it while “en route” because despite being front and center of the employees if someone makes one call you are kicked to the side.
