I brought my dog in for a trim. He was just there two weeks ago but he needed his hair a little bit shorter, was quoted 67 on the phone. Brought him in for 8 because they said he’d be done at 11. He was done at 1230, I have to work, then I saw the bill. It was double the amount of what I agreeed to upon bringing him in. The salon manager couldn’t do anything and had no answers, the store manager sat in silence and had zero response. When I said I wanted corporates number she said I could have 20% off. I am not the first one of my friends that this has happened too. My dog didn’t have mangled hair he is a smaller medium size dog that just needed a trim and not all the extras they added on without my consent. Never mind the fact I’m now late for work, and no one there is taking any affordability for anything: NEVER USING PETSMART AGAIN

PetSmart is super clean, obviously allows you to bring your pet inside!! Has a huge selection of different brands of dog/cat/critter/fish foods. They also offer grooming here. The biggest plus is getting to visit the animals for adoption!! 100% Highly recommended!!!

Isn't three stars average? Well that's it....average. Got some good products but not what we needed. Also, no one acknowledged my little buddy, and he was so excited to see peeps, yet it seems they were afraid.

We love having our baby groomed by Emily. We won’t see anyone else. She has a lot of knowledge and is patient and gentle. She is very thorough and treats my girl as she was my child.

Good location. Only a couple years old. Big and clean. Selection is nice and pricing is standard. They do offer curbside which is really nice. They only have 1 person working the register so things can get backed up. Staff is friendly and nice everytime we're in. The grooming portion is open by reservation and only 1 family inside at a time. Nala loves her groomer!

We stopped going there after learning " Nicole " likes to hide in the office after ordering door dash and says she doesn't get it, and causes ppl to lose maybe the only income they have... they kill the small animals in there, and peoples dignity. It's shameful.

This was my first time here today with my senior dog Max. I had set up a grooming appointment 2 weeks ago with another groomer and drove 40 minutes but was turned away because of a misunderstanding about medication.I called around and PetSmart verified that they would accept him with his meds and squeezed him in for a full grooming appointment.They totally won me over and did an amazing job!

Would rate 0 stars if I could. We asked to see the ball python or crested gecko as both were not visible. The guy cleaning cages said it was against policy to pick up reptiles and that photos on cage were enough of an idea. So we were supposed to buy animals we couldn’t see first? Pass. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.

The staff has always been friendly here! But the selection of dog treats and toys could honestly be better! I go here for our regular dog food when I run out, but I go to other places for healthier dog treats, and more durable toy dogs. I have a bully bread that requires allergy friendly treats and indestructible toys that I just can't find here.

I want to give more stars because everyone else there has been nice and helpful. I have been here twice to purchase my two parakeets. They are doing fine and just lovely 😊. I am so glad i ignored your manager (don’t remember her name shes a short girl with brown hair all I remember) because it really wasn’t important. But i felt like i was being talked out of buying my birds like i was a child mind you im 29 years old and did all my research and know how to take care of pets. Maybe not question adults and be more helpful and maybe target the parents with kids for your pep talks.

Store is well stocked and clean found what I needed very easily. I took a star off due to the cashier having an I really don't want to be here attitude. Was a bit rude when I cashed out. But other than that usually a goid experience shopping here.

Unfortunately the prices are much better at online retailers. And the customer service for petsmart is terrible. They try and do these bs gimmicks to make prices lower and fail way too often. It ends with you paying more than just shopping online. The puppy pass is a great example of just throwing your money away. They have a large selection of dog food but typically stock very few and are often out of stock. I tried to like petsmart but going to stores just isn't worth paying so much more.

Employees are always extremely pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is the lack of a large selection of grain/rice free cat treats, but that cant be controlled at the store level so has no bearing on the review. Great store to come into and buy pet supplies. Always glad to shop at PetSmart, and refuse to get pet supplies anywhere else.

I wish I could give all 5 stars — the sales floor employees are amazing and so so helpful. The grooming experience we just had, on the other hand, has been the worst grooming experience my dog has ever had.My dog has never had a major issue with a groomer before, but for some reason, her service could not be completed at this location. She has been going to the groomer since she was 10 weeks old, and is usually very quiet and good with a gentle groomer. I am constantly working on her desensitization towards being handled (ears, paws, even between the toes!) and she has never had to be muzzled before.When I picked her up, I was told she “slipped out” of the muzzle they put on her (what?) + I would either have to sedate her or bring her to a Mom and Pop groomers, which makes me question the amount of training the groomers receive.We have been the multiple PetSmart grooming locations in different states, and the groomers have always done a great job! I never believed the horror stories I had heard before about PetSmart grooming. I guess in the future when we visit Maine, we will have to go somewhere else as I cannot recommend this to anyone in the area.

Love this Petsmart! My boyfriend and I went here today to buy new supplies for our betta fish Gusher. A women who sadly we didn’t get her name was very helpful with our questions and what is best for our betta. She stopped what she was doing and helped guide us. We ended up with a new tank and bunch of items for it. She was honest and gave us new information about bettas and tanks. We will be back for sure because of how great the customer service is and their love for animals and care! Especially the women who helped us. Her love and knowledge truly shows!

Changing my review from a 4 to a 5 solely based on the amazing young woman who was manning the register at about 730p 6/20. She was the most kind person in the world. After a long day at work it was super refreshing to see a smiling face. And to boot she got excited about about a coupon I remembered to finally use. I mean saving money is great but this was spectacular.

The staff was super friendly and also greeted my dog and I with a smile. They even gave good belly rubs and treats with a smile (for the dog of course) My dog had an accident and I got embarrassed but they were understanding and helpful. I will keep going there.

I loved shopping here. I've been to quite a few PetSmart stores and this one was just like the rest, perfect. Their employees are just the best; very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I learned a lot and was able to get everything I needed for my fur babies.
