I wanted to give a shout out and huge thanks to all the employees working at Tractor Supply today. Despite losing power, these folks kept a positive attitude, escorted us through the store to pick up our dog food and never faltered despite what I can imagine was a really stressful, challenging day! These folks drove in despite the weather and deserve kudos for their dedication (and a raise!).

We enjoy stopping here. Great selection of cat food and dog treats. They have chickens sometimes! They host on certain dates to get your fur baby up to date on shots at a good price. The team that runs the store are always helpful and pleasant.

I over heard some workers talking last time I was in and it turns out most of your employees have to use their phones as scanners when putting away freight and stuff, they don’t have enough box cutters so they have to bring their own knives. And it seems like the cashiers are always over worked and they are incredibly under paid. And every Sunday when I’m in I’m told about how slow the computers are and how they are always glitching. It’s getting to the point where I don’t want to shop here because you guys can’t treat the staff that you have well. No wonder I’m seeing new faces pretty much every time I go in.

Update : Year Three they still don't care BUT wanted to be sure I knew they are going to do NOTHING !I had to drag a gun safe through the store no help and drag it to my truck and load it myself. Manager and assistant contacted neither cared and just kept saying that does not happen here. Called another store since they had refused to let me have the DM number to see if they would call and have them contact me. They said he would but he did not called back again he will and he did not. A month later I get the response bellow it's just the regular generic cust. number. And when you call it it's all about how you make them feel. I was talked down to and accused of being rude I guess I required work and it was not going to happen that day. SO SHOP FOR THINGS YOU CAN DEAL WITH YOURSELF BUT IF IT MAY REQUIRE ASSISTANCE ....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DONT NEED YOU AROUND.... * As of 4/26/22 still refuse to answer. Just a sad company seems they have gone the SAFE SPACE route. Its about how you make them feel if folks just close their wallets WE CAN FIX THIS only takes a few months.*

Had nothing in stock, women at front yelled at a customer when he said no to needing any help she called him rude (he was older and hard of hearing) when is TSC going to realize high pressure sales won't work man also blocked me in from looking at the shoes to ask me if I needed help. If people need help they will ask!!! This is for all TSCs, stop pressuring and bullying your customers.

This is a go to when we need are animal feed. They have everything you could need and it's always well stocked. Also always some good stuff on sale whenever you go . Staff so far has all gotten us out pretty quickly.

I just got chickens and had no clue on how to take care of them so when I went to get some supplies for them I asked one of the staff ..I believe her name was Ginny. She was so helpful! I left there feeling confident that my chickens were going to be well taken care of because of the advice from this young lady! Thank you for your help Ginny!

Great store except for anything stored outside will be moldy. Chicken coop moldy but easy enough to wipe off but any animal bedding probably not ok for inside use, the pine shavings I got were molded throughout.

I have worked here since August 2021 until today. It breaks my heart to have to leave on such short notice. Denny, Hillary, Ginny and the rest of the crew are fantastic! I could not have asked for a better place to work. They really make you feel welcomed! To any of my former co-workers reading this, Follow your dreams. Keep doing what you do best and keep making the store like a family. I will miss each one of you.

I went in to get some chick and Ginny was an amazing help! She was busy putting away pet food when I asked her for help. Ginny absolutely helped me with all of my question (which was alot). She has such a great personality, and top notch customer service!! When I went to cash out, I was greeted by a wonderful guy named Dave. Dave had to come outside to unlock something for me. He was very amazing and helpful! As we said our goodbyes, he told me to have a great time with our new chicks. Ginny and Dave, thank you so much for your help! You are both wonderful people 🐣❤

Pretty standard stuff. Great prices on name brand dog toys, better than the places that start with "Pet-". There were livestock vendors with chickens, turkeys and rabbits on the day I went. Would be 5 stars but they were out of the product I went for on this occasion.

I'm actually writing a review more about their hosting a vet clinic. We appreciated so much the opportunity to bring our dog for affordable vaccinations and routine testing at a fraction of the vets costs. The whole process was very quick, easy, and convenient, and the women who handled our dog were very gentle and compassionate. We will bring our dog for any of those services he needs in the future, and hope TS will be there for his and our other pets lifetimes!

It was very busy and they only had 1 cashier open. Poor Bill was the only employee on the floor and he was running around like crazy trying to help everyone. Despite being very busy thr one cashier open was very pleasant. Her line was about 20 people deep at one pint. It was around 1pm on a Sunday, perhaps lunch time? I had called to look for a specific puppy food which they didn't have in stock. Bill went out of his way to find something for me out back. I live a mile from the Tractor Supply in Scarborough but needed this food for a newly adopted puppy. Thanks to Bill she didn't have an upset stomach during her first night home with us.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who all offer great customer service. You can get most anything that you need for your home or farm. 4Health dog & cat foods are extremely high quality, for many different reasons and the price is just right. All 4 cats & our dog are in better health since switching, dandruff is down, silky fur is the norm, less knotting on our long hair boy, our cats quit vomiting all together, they even digest their fur, as they should, so hairball vomits are gone too. Having owned cats for 30+ years we thought cats were just pukey, but turns out even pet store quality foods (including science diet) just didn't settle well all the time.

I'm a pretty mechanical guy so I needed some parts for my riding mower, oil, air filter as well as a chain for my Husqvarna saw, which they had, but while I was looking around I saw a spout for a " water jug, 5 gallon " it came as a kit with a plastic bleeder. Well I bought a couple and since I have a couple of 5 gallon diesel jugs with those pesky EPA approved spouts that, well frankly never worked and spilled fuel everywhere but where I intended to pour it and sat in the garage unused, I decided to follow instructions and voilla.. I now have a couple of great 5 gallon water jugs that work just fine.Love Tractor Supply and I'm sure my diesel equipment as well as the ground around them will also.Very friendly staff, clean stores and if it's not in stock they will call you when it's arrived at the store after you order.

Bought a cub cadet weed trimmer. I could never get it to run.I tried to return or exchange it and was told that they would send it out to determine the issue. I was told the cylinder wall was scared and that voided the warranty? Knowing it never ran for me and a scared cylinder wall on a new piece of equipment probably caused by a metal burr and a dry pull. Than they wanted to charge me $100 for the service call? Really I don't need to spend another 100 dollars to know they sold me a piece of junk. Told them I wasn't paying for the service call they kept it.I buy alot of equipment but don't do business with wih companies that don't stand behind what they sell. Like these folks. My advice is start gas powered equipment in they're parking lot.

I wouldn't go here for feed or bedding. Prices are more than double local mom and pop shops, and their feed and bedding are know to have bugs and issues.That being said, it's great to get the equiptment you need for veterinary care of livestock, including the meds. Fencing, clothes, housewares and farm related toys are all carried.

Great to shop, great cust service. I asked for help to load something on my car from an outside pallet. Asking where an item is, was taken to the aisle immed. It seems that e-1 who works there had been there a long time because of their knowledge and personalized service. I buy some things there but being a fm I usually get gift cards for the guys. I do love the fact that they have toys for boys, I mean real toys, metal, durable, heavy duty stuff for kids. A great selection of winter gear! I could go on and on about the kindness and professionalism but also making me feel important no matter how small my purchase.
