Great market with good quality meats and seafood as well as prepared portions. Nice craft beer selection too. Can’t beat their two lobster roll special for $16.99 as of 8/2021. Great stop!

We were told to be there by a cab driver. The lady really took care of me and my brother. We went for some live lobsters home. It is amazingly surprise in size, price and taste. If i were in the area again, i will make sure i get lobster from them. 🤙🏻

Here in Maine visiting family. Born in the NE so I have to get lobster whenever I visit. Jerry's has fantastic lobster rolls and fresh lobster for unbeatable prices. The staff was super friendly too. This will be a stop every time I come back to visit.

Awesome meat department !!!! service is spot on ... Surprisingly amazing wine selection to fit most any palette. The prepackaged marinated Meats the choices are overwhelming the prices are fantastic would highly recommend to anybody .fresh vegetables what do you need

I was told this for the good place for meat market but I brought a couple people up to the store and they went in and it was old-fashioned store like you know when I say that I mean a few tiles broken and so on and so forth at the front the tiling on the floor but the place was clean throughout I did not buy any meats but they look like they had a good assortment of meat packages talking about to go back there

The female owner told me she didn't need business from "my kind." It's funny that you automatically assume addiction. O offered to take a urine test for the officer that you called. I have been sick for about 6 weeks now. Like extremely sick. That was the second day I felt well enough to get of bed. You have no Idea what's going on in people's lives. However, one of the places i wanted to go was to your store to try one of the lobster rolls I hear so much about. And now I never want to go to your store again. You completely humiliated me and wasted the little bit of energy I had waiting in your parking lot for a ride! So thank you sgain.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Ordered 24 hours in advance. Picked up our lobster and luckily my husband noticed the money didn’t add up. Wanted 6 lobster only were given 4. Went back and had to wait for 6 new soft shell lobster to be cooked when I wanted hard shell. On top of this, after we paid for the two other lobster a lady who worked there came running out accusing us of not paying. We showed her the second receipt!!!! This is not okay, I am all about supporting local business but sadly this will be the last time I ever support Jerry’s. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Awesome meat, awesome seafood. If you want a good steak, go here. Bought 8 lobsters for a lobster bake. They were huge and inexpensive. I go nowhere else in Sanford for quality meat and seafood. Cashiers are a little moody though.

This is a great local store with awesome meat and fish. There are really good take out salads and sides near the meat. The staff is very kind and helpful. There are local products stocked. This is a very nice feature.

Absolutely atrocious. If you are not a “local” stay far away from this market. Workers complained because an order of food was large in the middle of the day. Workers then conspired about the price of an item and decided to grossly overcharge. I always try to support local but will no longer be able to support this establishment. Additionally the sanitation of the lobster tanks were extremely poor.

I'm disappointed. I frequent Jerry's Market as I try to support small businesses as they strive to compete with the big chains. Went to Jerry's yesterday for lobster meat. The prepackaged lobster was all claws and knuckles, so I asked if I could have some with tail meat. In the deli case were these plastic bags of lobster meat that looked uninviting, soggy, pale. The man behind the counter took one of these to prepare my $40.00 worth of lobster meat. I asked if it was Maine lobster; I got two answers, first he read the label and wasn't sure but figured it was, and second time he said "yes". I was hesitant but bought it. It was gross. I called the store the next day, asked for the manager who ended up to be the guy who waited on me named Peter. I believe he is the owner. I told him about my experience. He seemed uninterested. I didn't want a refund, just wanted to relay my experience. Sorry Jerry's, I'll go to Hannaford's next time for lobster. What poor reception from a manager who I believe was also the owner.

It's an ok market, just bought a chorizo that had a sell by date of 5/3/...2022 so just look at stuff before you buy it

I am from Pa. Up here Sanford, Me too visit Jerry's again. Just a wonderful small market. Remind me of a small market back home in Pa. Clean , fresh meats, seafood and Pete , family and help are on top of everything.

Bought fresh stew beef, pork pie and a piece of cheesecake. So far I'm not at all disappointed. Bomb pork pie and soon to be devoured cheesecake! Only sad I am not voice l closer to go more often. I'll make it a stop whenever I'm in Sanford for sure.

Meat counter and deli is top notch. They regularly have specials on slow selling wine. Easy to pick up a few things for dinner or your groceries for the week.

Love this place but surprisingly I forget to shop there and I live 2 blocks away!!I saw the sign today saying 2 lobster rolls for $12 , great deal so I went in and asked if it was on a grilled hot dog roll lol Grilled I got a yes if I want it that way, as far as the hot dog roll, he went on to tell me it was some kinda roll used in bakerys and I said " well probably good then,I will take it" WELL IT WAS SERVED GRILLED ON A (DRUM ROLLLLL) HOT DOG ROLL!!!ANYWAY it was pretty dam good BUT I am not one to smother my food with salt or pepper and I wish I had looked closer upon receiving it because WAY TOO MUCH PEPPER for the average Joe!!!Other than that they would score 5 stars!!

It's small, they don't have what you want, and they're probably not open...but they're super friendly, I love the home-town grocery store vibe, and they are conveniently situated between hannafords and shaws if you happen to live between those 2 supermarkets.

Go out of your way to stop at this gem of a market. The lobster rolls are the best I've ever tasted. The locals recommended i stop in and I'm so glad that I did!
