Great value, got most of my thanksgiving stuff there. Got a great price on a frozen turkey . There was a great variety of sizes available at the time of purchase. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful . Their produce selection was excellent as well . I found everything I needed for my thanksgiving dinner. I was especially happy they had a great selection of pies . I would recommend this store highly and is a great addition to the city of Sanford Maine.

Always clean the only thing is you need to check their rotation of their fresh food I have found they do not always pull the product when it expires its shelf life.

Store is usually clean. Staff is always friendly there. Prices are decent. Depending on when you go parking isn't bad either. Always appreciate how friendly everyone is at the store.

It's a supermarket, but not so super in size and thus selection. The personnel are very nice and helpful but there's only so much you can do with the square footage they have especially if you are pushing the store brands.

I was pleased to find the items I needed easily without spending extra time looking for items and that is always a plus for me.They also have a variety of items in case you need something you hadn't thought of, also got through the line quickly and the cashier and bagger were very friendly

Use a cashier checkout. If a bag gets left behind there they'll save it for you. Not so at self check-out.What good is a smoking area if it is near the entrance????Be careful where you walk from your car to the store entrance or back your vehicle up. There's no place safe to walk in this particular parking lot and apparently nobody looks out for others.

Usually, it's not too busy. Plenty of parking. You can place online shopping orders and pick it up. I can almost always find the groceries I need here. Most items are reasonably priced compared to the other shopping places in the area.

When a manager waits on you twice in 1 week. Because the register doesn't give you the item. It's supposed to for free and every time he walks away and says he has to go Check. How many times does he need to see it to know it? It's posted in several spots. Pork tenderloin with free Reses potatoes.Terrible that you post a sale and make people wait every time.

It's an amazing concept. It's a store full of things like food. You enter with cash or other legal tender, and you can exchange the aforementioned legal tender for the products that strike your fancy. I'm a big fan of this idea. No more foraging in the woods for me! Thanks Hannaford Brothers, who no longer actually own this chain, having exchanged their company for an enormous amount of monies. Good for them.

Usually love shopping here but today I had to watch a Shift or line supervisor belittle the cashier that I always go to because she is so nice and does a good jo,it was very especially unnecessary because the cashier came in on her day off to cover for a sick employee. The night manager is nice and respectful to his employees so some training is needed for the day Supervisor Kathy.

Some decent deals there today in meat and fish. Also fresh produce was well stocked and good prices. Seems they are actually trying to make an effort to keep the food shopping bill in check.

Had a slight mix up because of a change to the to go system but Cheryl was extremely helpful and kept me up to date on the status of the order. She was very polite and friendly despite it being 90 degrees out and she deserves a raise for her extraordinary candor.

Great staff, great customer service, always friendly and helpful employee's. They have pretty decent prices. Seems like they bring on wonderful variety of personalities. Very supportive to the community like donating to the schools, donating food, advertising the need for helping maine directions on how to with community programs, helps support nutrition for schools and families. Has a To-Go program for those on the go! Enjoy using Clynk it's a great program. Pretty clean, has some remodeling going on looking very nice the changes.

The service is decent, however the arrows on the ground and the "enter here" and "exit here" signs are honestly a joke. No one really follows them and staff does not try to keep 6 feet apart from the customers. They're not even keeping any kind of customer count anymore so the store ends up packed as if the virus wasn't even a thing anymore

Very clean, very open, and the aisles aren't impossibly small. Like any store meat can have it's off days but they do honor the money back guarantee, or at least let you swap an item if it goes bad before the date listed. Self check outs work better here than other stores thats for sure.

Personally I love shopping at Hannaford because I know where everything is and there prices are decent. There delli always has what I need and the women in the bakery makes the BEST cakes and pastries. She's made my family's birthday cakes every year now for the past 4 or 5 years and we've never been disappointed! So I highly recommend Hannaford shopping center to all!!!

The food is fresh and they carry an impressive array of items. You can always find helpful staff. If they don't carry something you need, they will try to get it from their vendors. If you use the rewards program you can save a lot.
