Really really big Family Dollar! Biggest I've ever been in! I think maybe it used to be a Kmart building! Very clean in here and super well stocked! Super super nice, friendly, and helpful employees!I had an exchange for a different scent of 1 can of Febreze air freshener (didn't like the scent I bought). I bought it a different Family Dollar, but that wasn't an issue for exchanging it here with receipt! The exchange went super smoothly and quickly. Was a great experience!! I even called them to ask about product availability of the scent in question, and they were amazing enough to put aside 2 cans of the scent I requested so no one else could buy (took me 20 mins to drive there).I've only been to this location once, and I had a great shopping experience and would definitely recommend this location. It's the biggest Family Dollar I've ever seen!!!! And again, very very clean inside and also well-stocked with a ton of different product. The parking lot is huge. Plenty of space!

I haven't shopped here a whole lot, but I had to post this because I am just so shocked and feel someone needs to know, my 11 year old child was allowed to buy a lighter in this store! She is 11!!!!! I can't even believe it happened because she doesn't look ANYTHING close to 18, even if she did, she looks young and should be carded. It's actually a very scary thought that kids are able to buy lighters here, I just pray no one gets hurt from it.

An absolute nightmare. People on the sidewalks couldn't tell if they were dead or alive. Extremely intoxicated people inside holding up the line for the other customers. And the staff doing nothing about it

The wonderful people at this store have been so wonderful to me! Every time I call I speak with awesome employees who go out of their way to answer my questions and help me find things I am looking for. Very professional and genuinely caring individuals! The woman that was working there & I needed a certain kind of cat food. Called every store we couldn't find the kind they like but The Family Dollar in Sanford right downtown near DHHS had one bag & that's all I needed was to get my kittys Food & that's all they'll eat. Thank You Family Dollar.

Most of the time prices can be comparable to Walmart saving the trip cross town. Mostly staples like food, toiletries, medical items, stationary, undergarments, pet food, ect.

Recently reorganized and better than before. Has a $1 section similar to the Dollar Tree's essential buys (cleaning products, household supplies, etc) and will save at least this one person from needing to walk to the other end of town for the Dollar Tree. Also now has a wider variety of foodstuffs and clothing, could affordably suffice as a grocery store trip if only they started selling produce and meat too! Definetly a dollar saver instead of a pricier convince trip now. Honestly? I'm impressed by the renovation, thank youAnnnnd now the store is never stocked. It was nice while it lasted

Very affordable for those on a small budget. I just love this place, it has everything from clothes, food, house hold items, pet supplies and much much more.... I strongly recommend this store to each and everyone. 😊

I have to thank some of are customers for givi g us good reviews the bad reviews saying the place is dirty or cluttered we must of caught them stealing or doing something else wrong but i do try my hardest and everyone i work with try are best to keep things clean and keep everything stocked and we make sure people dont hang out front bothering customers so i have to say to are customers thank you for shopping and thank you for appreciating are hard work hope to see u again

the Customer service people are excellent. I am disabled and in an electirc wheel chair, every time I come in they smile and when I go thru the register line they put my bags inside a carrier bag I have on the back of my chair, very helpful

Quite sizable location. Had a lot of different products but the drink coolers in the front of the store don't seem to work well as all the drinks were warm

Was in there today and the attitudes were awful! Asking questions and I got eye rolls from cashier and possible manager got asked a question bt someone and barked at customer to go to reg 1 I'm closed Not impressed
