Understand stores need employees, at least hire people who have worked in the trades.Second time in and last time in Sanford store. Needed plumbing assistance, young employee came over, did not know what a silcock was, radioed for another employee, the second employee took my part and then asked what does this go to??? she walked around the plumbing section looking, I finally told her and showed her what the part is for, her reply , Never would have guessed that. BOTH employees were young, inexperienced and not trained to be in the plumbing section.

Called them in the morning to ask if they would cut some plywood to measure for me. The woman on the phone said yes.Got to the store and the old man said the only cuts he could make were to make the plywood fit in my car. Great.Went to Lowe’s thinking I would have to buy the tools to cut plywood and they cut everything to measure for free.

I couldn't be happier with the service, everyone wanted to help as soon as I walked in. I've never gotten service like that at a big box store. They had local bee friendly wildflowers, just what I was looking for. I had no idea they were the only organic hardware chain. I was super impressed and I'll be definitely going back.
