This review is a long time coming - one I have wanted to write for a couple years now. This DD location has never had anything but wonderful employees!! Every single time I have both ordered and got to the pickup window, I have never been met with anything but wonderful, warm employees who genuinely seem to love their job! I cannot say enough good things about them ALL.. that crew really puts the extra mile in and makes all of the customers feel welcome & leave with a smile. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! =)

When they are busy, food gets rushed.it's fast food, it is what it is. But why is it different every time I stop in? Idk. I stopped going to this dunkins when I want food.And since it's strictly drive thru only, they should get some work done filling them bumps and holes in the drive thru.

Been ordering the same two beverages at this location every single morning for ten years. Until a year ago, the service was great and the coffees were always made as ordered. For whatever reason, the customer service has become extremely poor, my order is routinely made wrong, or other than heavy layer of grinds now permanently included in my cup, the staff appear unable to prepare an iced latte that consistently tastes the same.

Amanda and her daughter's Kat and Val are always so sweet and kind! This is the only Dunkin in town we visit because the others just do not compare! The staff here are friendly, well mannered and always know how to go the extra mile! Thanks yall! Keep it up!!

Depends whos working the one that calls you "hun" refused to remake my coffee when they messed up. "We're not remaking your coffee over 2 ice cubes" (i wanted 2 ice cubes they filled it with ice like a full ice coffee. Between the attitude and the blaring rap music in the background i am a bit shocked these people are even in customer service. Beyond unprofessional.There was a young guy working, he was good. The woman in the drive up window now is in the wrong line of work.

Made a nice and simple order this morning, a large hot coffee (regular), and bagel bites. Not complex, nice and simple. The coffee was horrible and the bagel bites were still frozen inside. This is the 5th time in a row, not at the same location, where I have only wanted a simple coffee and have left disappointed, being forced to dump it out because I won’t drink it.

Consistently receive incorrect items (order bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel but receive just cream cheese), requests for extra toasted ignored, creams and sugar quantity and flavors incorrect, iced coffee instead of cold brew, etc. Realistically, we probably get 50% of our orders wrong and we order simple things. The receipt always lists the items correctly so the order is heard, but clearly the management or staff can't read the orders or have a habit of mixing up customers.

Just went through and got 2 hot mocha coffees at the Springvale Dunkin and my wife got miss gendered by the employee at the window taking payment. This is not acceptable, of any establishment.

Great service but the selection is sometimes lacking because it's a smaller building. ** I'm updating this because I originally reviewed it 3 years ago!! In those 3 years I've seen such massive improvements here, including the selection offered but more importantly the customer service is outstanding. The area has several Dunkins but this is the one I go to every time. Today is my birthday and I stopped here for my annual free birthday coffee. Well, I mentioned it was my birthday and the two people working not only made my night by being so kind they also gave me free donuts! They were preparing to close so for them, it was nothing but to me it really made the great day I've had even better. I always look forward to stopping here, it's small things like this that make them stand out above all the others!

It sad that the last 2 years my order can never be right. No matter what shift....besides the rude staff they have in the evenings.....when some asks for jelly munchkins....it doesn't mean glazed! Seriously....then they think a free coffee is what makes it better. Well custermer service and attention to detail would be nice for a change.

If you want your coffee made right don't come here. I order the same thing each time and it tastes different every time. Sometimes its just tastes like straight cream or a mouthful of sugar. Go to the one in Sanford.

Ordered a sandwich. It was made wrong and I didn't know until I drove off. We waited in line for 20 minutes the first time so I thought I'd call the store to ask them to make a new one so I didn't have to wait another 20 minutes doe a second sandwich. No one answers the phone and it's a drive through only store so I couldn't even run in and ask for another one if I wanted to. No w I'm out theo ey and have no sandwich I can eat. Very frustrating

I’ve been trying to call to inform you to check your large iced coffee cups. I went there this morning and when I got to work all my coffee was in my cup holder. The cup had a crack all down the bottom of it.

Love dunkin donuts, always have. The coffee is very good and is the donuts. Especially the smell of the donuts when you pull up to the "get your food window". The only thing is is that they dont have many ice drinks like Starbucks but I will go with dunkin anytime!😄

Excellent service and friendly staff!! The only downside is the size of available menu options. Went and ordered some food and coffees and immediately saw wrong sizes and saw my coffee not even made right and then I got home to find most of my food burnt and I go to call and there was no answer I waited around 30 minutes to call them again and I finally got a hold of them when I asked to speak to a manager and the employee asked another employee to pretend to be the manager very disappointed in this place
