Bought a bunch of sticky gems and sat in the parking lot and blinged the inside of my SUV...a side tip = If you do it don't forget to seal it because the adhesive melts in the hot sun and its ferociously sticky. I'm still picking gems out of my hair....carry baby wipes at all times, they are a dollar twenty five inside!

Cashier was very disrespectful. Her light was off but she was the only person at the register so I went to her. Instead of saying something she went on being rude and through my receipt in the bag after I was grabbing it and then she went on mumbling… made me feel very uncomfortable. Idk if it was the color of my skin or what but it wasn’t the first time I went to her and she was rude again.

Extremely rude from the response from floor manager to the store manager all the way down to the cashier just rude I had a problem an ongoing issue with a cashier she's extremely aggressive she started slamming things now when I get her as a cashier and they're aware of her behavior towards everyone. I tried to address it with the manager she was really rude about it . I then tried to address it with a store manager and she was kinda rude about it although she did say sorry to be fair her response was really defensive and poor I tried to approach it as fair as possible the cashier is getting really aggressive toward me slamming things at me I probably will not be frequenting there and would suggest going elsewhere. I know we don't have a lot of options in Sanford and there attitude was kinda like just that well we r the only option here to bad for store manager response "yeah well the floor manager's gone ". Attitude I'm like did you say anything to her and she goes yeah I did in a not so nice way or tone I wasn't looking for an off with your head type of situation but I wasn't expecting this .

I love the Sanford Dollar Tree. It’s always very clean and neat. The workers seem to take pride in their stores appearance. Always very friendly and helpful. Store is usually very well stocked. I been to a number of Dollar Trees within a 40 mile radius and this is one of the best!

I love dollar tree but this one has the worst customer service, I was cashed out by Linda who was extremely rude to the customer before me and myself. I’ll just never understand people who just can’t seem to find a smile whatsoever or even just say hi or be friendly at all (this goes for everyday life too) but it’s literally your job to be nice to customers.The manager however was very nice so I hope she talks to her employees and encourages them to be more friendly. Work is work but it doesn’t have to be miserable!

We were just in there yesterday shopping. A long line all the sudden formed. The cashier was obviously flustered and needed help so he called for back up. Finally the manager with long brown hair appeared and started yelling at the male cashier for asking for back up! I feel we were all embarrassed for the poor guy. This is a major reason it is so hard to find help. Managers who think they can disrespect thier employees and treat them this way. It's a good thing she wasn't talking to me that way!!

There were two ladies working their when we went. A very polite young lady with red hair that kindly checked us out and the older lady with long Gray hair that was stocking shelves and having a store hearing argument with her (?son?) On her cellphone. When I passed by to offer my sympathy because my son has done the same she told me to mind my own business. Maybe next time she should take her calls in private of she doesn't want anyone to hear.

One of the most cleanest and organized Dollar Trees I have ever been to! Had quite a wide variety of things. Staff was very friendly and greated me when I came through the door! Overall I would highly recommend this Dollar Tree! 😁💜

During pandemic, social distancing between customers are required and the cashier with long blond hair who worked in the store on January 28th around 2:30pm did not try to follow the social distancing rule and forced the customer to check out faster and it was dangerous and unethical. We request the manager to take a look at the female cashier who refused to follow the protocol and was rude and forced the customers to check out faster by not following 6 foot distance rule between the previous customer who was still purchasing and picking up the bag and the customer who would only follow the distance rule and wouldn’t allow the cashier to check out until the previous customer finished grabbing the bag and move so the card reader is open and there is enough distance for 6 foot. Dangerous and unprofessional. Manager who we called to seems to also have a negative attitude toward the customer making complaints about the dangerous business operation they do. Horrible experience and would not recommend people to go there until they fix the pandemic social distancing protocol and take customers more seriously and respectfully. It has been reported to national dollar tree customer service department about this specific location.

I was there and as usual they were busy with only one cash register open. As I was shopping I could over hear a conversation between two employees stocking shelves about how somebody smelled. To make it worse the one lady that was in charge was called for register back up and she complained while she walked over and opened up an extra register. As I was in her line she abruptly closed it and the customer in front of me asked a simple question why she closed it ad there were many more people in line. The register lady yelled if you don't give me an attitude I will take you, but I'm not a cashier! I said to myself she was running the register like a pro. I will not ever go back to that place again. You lost a good customer.

During a pandemic Social distancing should be the most important thing to a business. This business doesn't seem to be training their workers to properly handle social distancing for their customers. while I was in line today shopping there was an elderly man checking out in front of me. The cashier didn't seem to have any awareness of him and just started scanning my items and trying to have me check out while this poor man was still grabbing his bags. I had to make the proper decision myself and wait for him to have his bags in his hand and let him start to walk away to give him at least 6 feet between us. In this situation the cashier should be trained enough to have the awareness of this man and have respect for his and everyones health that walks into their store. Its just simple protocol and simple courtesy to the customers. No attitude needed when I stand there for a few minutes to give this man distance. And if they anticipate having long lines in a store that it so packed in all ready they should consider placing more than one cashier at the front of the store. which would also allow for the customers to practice social distancing. Wouldn't be surprised if the next big outbreak comes from this store.

The Dollar Tree, I give 5 stars. The Dollar Tree in Sanford Maine, is a really nice clean Store and has a wonderful friendly staff and still has really great values. I went to the Sanford Dollar Tree with a friend and I was amazed how clean the store was and how it was wow-stocked. I was surprised, I found big 50 fluid ounce bottles of dish detergent for one dollar, and 24 ounce bottles of ketchup for one dollar, and I found big containers of comet for one dollar, the Dollar Tree had good size bottles of laundry detergent for one dollar, they had solar lights for one dollar, good size packages of napkins for one dollar, good size bottles of mustard for a dollar, phone accessories for a dollar, I guess what I am saying this Dollar Tree still has some full-size items. I am impressed with this Dollar Tree in Sanford Maine and I will shop there again. Again I give the Sanford Maine Dollar Tree 5 stars. I had a really great experience at the Sanford Maine Dollar Tree.

The workers are very friendly here. But I don't like the idea that they change the prices, everything is not a dollar anymore it's a $1.25. I went in to get some birthday stuff for my granddaughter and I saw a $1.25 everywhere so everything in the store is $1.25 except a few things like the cards they're two for a dollar.

We went to the Dollar Tree to pick up gift bags, name tags and related gift wrapping material. The range of choices was excellent, the quality was good and, obviously, the price was right. The atmosphere and ambience we're frenetic, as expected. The cashier was very pleasant.

Usually happy with their seasonal items, you can often find decent craft supplies and stickers as well. I have noticed their selection is not as good as other dollar trees across the country though.

I gave the clerk River a bill and he called the manager on me. I asked is it because I'm young and have blue hair and tattoos he didn't answer me just smiled at me the old man behind me was shocked it was happening. I'm not impressed by this guy's actions at all.

This was the best dollar tree I've ever been to, and I have been to dollar trees all over the country. They had everything! I wish I had one like this near me, other dollar trees should use this one as a model!

One of the places with lowest prices on everything like 1 dollar coke although the matchboxes are a bit more expensive at 1 dollar but Walmart has them for 94 cents but still me and my child Monica likes this store
