Recently ordered my daughters tenth birthday cake from DQ, as I do every year. And they did not disappoint. I left the colors up to them I just selected the picture that she wanted on it. They blew us away with how amazing it came out. Very reasonable price and an outstanding product, thank you Jimmy and company!

Always a nice place to get ice cream on a hot day. Reasonable prices, fast service, friendly staff, and a nice selection of different kinds of ice cream. They also have hot food if you feel like going that route. Also Reasonable pricesI've never had a bad experience here. Completely Recommend!

The help was very polite and got us our ice cream very quickly. I'm not always easy to understand because of my Strokes and they were very good and making sure I got what I wanted. Thank you for being so considerate. I will definitely be back as it brought back many childhood memories.

I was very impressed with how friendly and accommodating Gabe was when taking my order. I had a few questions that he was happy to answer and he even got me an item that was not on the listed menu. I work in customer service and I really appreciate the kindness and patience when I am on the customer end. Young people get a lot of bad reviews about their customer service so I especially want to recognize this young employee for a great job!

Last Sunday was my daughter's baby shower. I had ordered a cake with specific designs via their website, bought and paid for. Email stated ready by 11:45 am. My mother goes to pick it up for us and we're told there's no order. I text her my email confirmation detailing my order, what I paid and when it would be ready. She shows this to the person working and says oh well it must be in the freezer somewhere. They gave her a standard cake with sprinkles that looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered, slapped some writing on it and passed it off as what I ordered. So disappointed. I will never order from this location again as it is actually the 2nd time this has happened to me! Unbelievably bad customer service. Side note: I was still charged full price for this cake that was NOTHING liked what I ordered.

I practically grew up here. My Great Aunt lived around the corner and many summer nights were spent walking over to the Dairy Queen for an Ice Cream Cone after dinner.While I can't comment on the food beyond Ice Cream (I don't recall ever eating it), it if resembles the standard fare offered at other franchise locations -- I'd be willing to order it.A little bit of nostalgia and a great chance for a family to bond over summertime treats. What more can you ask for?

I ordered a blizzard and when I received it, it was liquid and dripping off my spoon like soup. When I asked why it was like that they told me the ice cream wasnt very cold. Instead of offering a solution they instead gave me an extra cup to help cover what was spilling over the sides. After a few moments of blank stares I requested a new blizzard. Again it was melted. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer services and the soupy blizzard.

You know I've been giving out five stars for these past few restaurants and this one dairy Queen the one in Sanford is just beyond exceptional you can't see into the kitchen but the guys at the window are very courteous and except for when it's the young kids I went in one time and I it was a disaster but hey I still go back because it's not always that way I always get the food usually the way I order it and it's always good the same taste that I'm looking for and the place is clean as far as I can see into the place always look over on the floors and around the cash registers and everywhere to look for you so this place is awesome I would highly highly highly recommend the q over top of all the restaurants that are surrounding it it is three

Slow service. A Blizzard should be tested by the employees first. "Hold it upside down. " Mine tasted fine, but was melted when I got it.

My youngest and I stopped in theought eh drive thru this afternoon to get an ocean cold treat for him and his dad. They were fast, courteous and attentive.The treats were prepared exactly as ordered and packaged up nicely to go.

Unfortunate, this location lost our weekly business because no employees were wearing face coverings or gloves last time we went.The blizzards are always melted, but I can look past that as I understand outdated equipment can be a headache to deal with.There's no excuse for poor cleanliness in the middle of a global pandemic. In the 2nd hardest hit county in the state.

This is your typical DQ. There is picnic tables outside to sit on but this isn't an eat in facility. They have all of the ice cream options but besides that that only have hot dogs and chili dogs. No burgers.
