I don't know why people are complaining about the pharmacy, it's been on a limited schedule for years... I've had many good experiences going there and nobody has been rude.All the staff employees are some of the best I've seen for the Walgreens locations.

I wouldn’t call Maine Walgreens a pharmacy any more. They are no longer open on the weekends. And when they are open, it’s shorter hours than any other close by pharmacies. I wouldn’t be surprised if these stores shut down soon if they are giving up on the main reason why they are a business.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Extremely rude, impatient, uncaring, and useless. One of them loves to notify people that their prescription is a controlled substance whenever she can, heard her multiple times on the phone telling people this in a rude stuck up tone, then hit me with it to at the desk. They sent us through loops just to get a prescription first saying it was being filled and would be all set. Then when we got there claimed it was sent in wrong and needs to be resent by surgeon. After the surgeon resent it they took till 20 mintues to closing time for them to do anything and failed to tell the surgeon they didn't even have half of it, instead filled less than half of it and said nothing to us or the surgeon. Now that they are even giving the surgeon a hard time she is going into her office to resend to a different pharmacy, which is still difficult to pick up because the pharmacist put in the system that the prescription should last a week, even though they gave less than half and didnt even cover taking 1 every 12 hours for a week, when the bottle says take 1 every 6 hours for a week and didnt put any notes in about it and didnt put partial on the bottle or anything. Save your time and go somewhere else.

The pharmacy is closed at random times and there is never a reason so you can’t get your medicine. The people at the front desk are always and I mean always rude and passive aggressive for absolutely no reason. I understand they deal with complaints a lot but they are even rude to the nice costumers who just have a question.

The store seems okay. The pharmacy is a mess and isn't worth even trying to work with. Find an independent pharmacy that knows about customer service.

The longest pharmacy wait times I've ever experienced. The past two times, I've sat in the drive up pharmacy lane for 15 and 17 minutes before being acknowledged, when both times I had pressed the call button upon pulling up. I'm actually sitting here waiting right now and I'm already going on 12 minutes.

Worst Walgreens in southern maine. AC broken, drive thru broken. Many services not offers. Store can’t keep a consistent pharmacist . Sales persons are not knowledgeable. Just a mess.

Awful! The pharmacy is never open when they say they will be! The prescriptions are never ready. The girls at the desk in the pharmacy are rude. I’ve been a long time customer and I’m done with Walgreens after today! Not being open when they specifically told me to come back today because my prescriptions weren’t ready yesterday and I’m here and they are not open!

Rating for pharmacy. Terrible go around over a prescription. They said they couldn’t process insurance but they had a few months ago. Proposed massive overchage. Took over an hour on the phone with insurance company and Their prescription benefit company to get it straightened out. Rest of store is great

I love riteaid and was enraged when I heard it was a wall beans, but come on the store is the exact same. Prices are wack though. I do miss gordan though, best darn worker I've ever seen. Only guy I seen take this business seriously.

I was the only person at the pharmacy this morning and it took forever. Had to update my address and name change from a divorce. Tech was rude and impatient. One of the worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had.

Store hours on Saturday and Sunday are 8a-9p and the pharmacy is closed on weekends. Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday 9a-7p

Place is a joke! Pharmacy is closed all weekend every weekend. No automatic refills even though scripts are sitting in queue. A total dive!

Just go somewhere else. The lady pharmacist seemed clueless. The guy at the front counter is the slowest cashier I have ever seen, really he was. Been there twice and that was enough for me.
