Although through the past couple of years this location has seen a significant increase in customers and wait times have been affected depending on the time, I still wouldn’t change locations. Even during the busiest times the staff stays friendly and professional, willing to take the time and get your order right. The morning staff is beyond amazing, always giving a friendly personal touch, making the regulars feel welcomed and right at home! It is truly a great family breakfast quick stop and I love that going there makes my daughters day! Wish more local and chain ran businesses had staff like Sam, April, and Melissa. Never a bad start to the day at this location.

They made my coffee perfectly. As everyone knows, even if you ask for the same exact coffee order, it's always made different each time, and you never get the same coffee twice. But when I went here, I asked for my usual order, and they made it exactly how I like it, and the breakfast sandwich just tasted better than usual. Service was decent.

This is the third time within 7 days I've been disappointed by a Dunkin. You used to be able to order a coffee, and it came out how it was supposed to. Coffee is generally consumed when one needs a pick-me-up...We ordered Medium Pumpkin Spice Lattes, and they gave us larges with mostly milk and sugar, and no taste of either coffee or flavoring. Terrible.

SO slow. every time i go, no matter the day, time, whether there is one car or ten, i spend 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. half the time i have to leave with no coffee because it doesn’t matter how early i get there, i still end up being made late to work. (would also like to add that im not the only one who gives up on waiting…every morning there are at least 4-5 cars that speed off annoyed because they’re being made late to work without getting their coffee). don’t know what happened to this place, but it seems like it’s getting worse—not better. i thought it might be a staffing issue, but there are always at least 5-6 employees working in the AM so im starting to think it’s a lack of care/concern from management and owners. do better!! (or don’t, i’ll just go to starbucks instead lol)

I have worked in customer service for 10 plus years. The service here is garbage. They 90% of the time cant get an order right. This morning, they tried for 5 minutes in the drive through to tell us that we ordered something we most definitely did not. The person at the drive through even repeated it back to us. They tried to put their mistake on us while allowing their drive through line to go into the street. The manager who spoke to use had absolute horrendous customer service. I would be absolutely embarrased to have this staff as the face of my company if this is how thei customer service works. Also, the charged my boyfriends card 103.00 for a coffee on a seperate occasion. This place never seems to want to make anything right. Get itttt together yall.

I went yesterday for my refresher 6/2 and when the lady passed it through the window it splashed all over my lap and said I would offer you a napkin, but we have none. It was on me and my car seats. Not apologetic at all. My last visit there. Customer service has gone down the tubes.

For the most part, our experiences there are great. Jen is amazing at her job and always treats us well. Travis too. Although we did just have an incident with a new employee who was very rude and it was quite upsetting. Thankfully Jen was there and took over otherwise we probably wouldn’t go back again. Thanks Jen for being so fast, efficient, friendly and caring!

Excellent Dunkin Donuts. Employees are extremely customer friendly. The store is always well stocked and very clean. The management is efficient and extremely pleasant. I go daily and LOVE IT ❤️

Went through the drive through this morning and while at the window a chunk of ice slush and water slide off the roof and slammed my car and came into my car. Upset about it I let the staff know they need to make sure it’s properly cleared off when their snow crews comes as it’s not okay for it to happen. The manager told me it’s fluffy snow and I need to get used to it because I live in Maine. Fluffy snow in 30 degree weather while it’s raining. Makes total sense. Somehow her idea of snow is unaffected by freezing weather and rain. Then told me that they have signs warning customers like those signs stop ice from falling. She was so rude when dealing with an easy situation that I got my refund and brought my business elsewhere. Do not do business here Samantha or whatever their name is is a failure at a manager and should be promoted to customer.

They used to have an employee that would sing, we could hear him through the drive through as he made the orders, and he was very upbeat when he came to the window, he always made our day.Their coffee is usually made well, and the staff is friendly.

The slowest Dunkin. Nearby my work, so I've been here quite a few times. Every time, regardless of time of day, this Dunkin has at least a 15 minute wait. They are understaffed, and I feel terrible for the small group that works here, as they try their best but are clearly working under very high stress levels and aren't getting much support. I've experienced quite a few mix ups in my drink orders due to this.

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee! I have stopped at almost every store in Maine and I have to say that this is the best store in the state! I don't know if it is because they use well water or the fact that they automatically take the couple of extra seconds to melt the sugar and stir the coffee but whatever they do they are the best! If you want to try a great coffee take a moment and stop here! The customer service is also fantastic! The bathrooms are also always clean. I actually travel 10 minutes out of my way to go to this particular store...Five stars to a job well done....

This used to be the only Dunkin Donuts I would go to because they had superb service and the coffee was always good...that will no longer be the case. The service is terrible; you can tell the current staff members don’t want to be there and they just don’t care. The other week I ordered a frozen chocolate to treat myself...on the menu board it looks delicious, shown with whipped cream and chocolate syrup drizzle. All I got was frozen chocolate. This morning, the power is out and I spent $11.37 on coffee; I ordered a caramel macchiato but it has no caramel, it tastes TERRIBLE and old, it was completely inedible (I ordered this at 6:30 am mind you). The other regular coffee I ordered doesn’t take like caramel either, just like they added regular sugar but I didn’t ask for sugar. I am done with Dunkin, all of them. There’s too much inconsistency and too many of them have lousy employees.

Pretty good as far as fast food goes, with some relatively healthier options. They do rarely forget parts of your order even though you paid for it, but if you go back in they'll fix it.

Holy hell excuse my language. I just watched an employee here be so very rude to a customer that go hit with falling ice and snow at the drive through window and she was so degrading to him and the stuff she was saying was inexcusable. All the customer was trying to do was let them know that they need to clean that roof over drive through to avoid this happening and the employee told him he lived in Maine and should expect falling ice at businesses. Totally uncalled for Dunkin’….

My first time EVER at this one, and I was NOT impressed at all and will NOT be returning. Attitudes should be adjusted, regardless of what sort of morning you are having. Employees are not the only ones with rough starts to their days, especially for a shift leader. So here is what happed, and before I start this let me add that I managed 5 different stores so I am EXTREMELY familiar with the ins and outs of Dunkin Donuts and Franchise owners. First of all what I initially wanted was not available which is ok because they are waiting for truck it happens, so I adjust my order. I ask for my coffee to be made in an XL hot cup because the cups keep my drink colder longer, I am told that it is not possible because of the sip, peel, win promotion. Here is the issue, even though I ordered a medium I am STILL PAYING FOR THE CUP. Yes cups cost money but when you place the order and ask for it to be made this way you are technically NOT wasting a cup because you have not used the plastic cup at this point. So I again adjust MY order and say fine. I get to the window and ask to purchase a LG hot cup, I am told yes I pay the EXTRA money for a cup that I had already asked in my initial order, so technically I am paying for the cup 2x, and the poor kid in the window gets his head chewed off because he agreed to letting me PAY for the cup. And I can hear her doing this through the SHUT window. But yet the other issue is I was told no at first due to the promotion and then the cup I pay for again does not have the promotion sticker on the cup. Its not even about the stupid sticker its the fact that the shift leader was RUDE beyond words and I offered to pay for 2 cups when I only wanted one and was told NO. Yes cups cost money, but when I ask for a certain one I am already paying for the cup in my coffee price. When I offer to pay for another one, so you are being paid for 2 cups in 1 coffee order, so there I bought my cup and paid for one that was probably thrown away due to a mess up on the coffee makers part. This is sooo frustrating because I am being over charged for a drink that is already expensive. Again everyone has bad mornings on both ends, so when I don't have time to make my own at home ya I figure I will stop and buy one. But when it was an experience like this, NOPE not acceptable at all. You throw away more cups than you think due to wrong coffee being made, customer changing mind at last min., accidently spill a cup, there are lots of reason and to act as though I am putting this big strain on this ONE store for asking being told no offering to pay for and someone else accepting exactly what the customer wanted to keep em coming back and they get their head chewed off for doing it, someone needs to get their priorities straightened. So sir, I apologize that happened to you here and I hope you have a good day, and to the shift leader that decided to be a B**** this morning, drink more coffee or go back to bed or get a new job because there was NO need of that this morning. Franchise owner, maybe you should be a little more clear on exactly what you want and how to handle a situation like this, come up with a better solution than telling your customers NO. A lot of people ask for their coffees in a XL hot cup or ask for a L hot cup to put around, and when you are being offered to pay extra, not me being told or asked to purchase another cup, don't come up with the excuse of no we cant because of the promotion if I pay extra for the cup then I deserve that promotion, if I don't pay extra for the cup then take the stupid sticker off and use it for someone else or something. There are better solutions than what transpired this morning.

Medium hot with 2 cream and 4 ice. Not a complicated coffee. But again they can't get it right. 3 cream 2 ice. When you pay over $2 for a cup of coffee you're in a hurry so you pay for the convenience. To have to go back to get it right it loses that convenience and now is a pain in the butt. Cumberland farms is cheaper and quicker and I know that I can make it right!

The counter help at the Sabattus Dunkin are all so immature it is stupid - - I specifically go into the store instead of the drive thru so I can be sure this time my order is right - - well stupid me. Not only am I charged wrong (being told buy one get one) I'm waiting for my Coolatta, now understand I'm the only one in the store! the drive thru orders are all waiting on their numbered cushions to be picked up and I'm asked while I'm at the pick up counter if I'm waiting for anything. I have to ask myself if its worth my while to ever stop there - this is not the first time I've been looked at as if I'm stupid to be expecting my order to be there waiting for me. Here I am waiting, I paid full price for the donuts that I expected half off and all 3 counter people running around as if the palce is jamming with people 6 deep and I'm the only person in the store with 2 cars pulling up to the pick up windows and none of three people can make a medium coffee coolatta with Mocha-Caramel swirl for the only customer in the store.It will be a long time coming before I step foot in this Dunkin Donuts again, I live in Sabattus and I do enjoy a cup of DD on my way to work - - looks like I'll be using one in Lisbon Falls, or maybe stop at Starbucks in Topsham.Diana in Sabauttus

Store employees should NEVER be yelling at customers, who are not doing anything wrong. One employee Jenn was seen/ heard yelling at two young customers that were just talking to another employee. She told the customers that they were useless pieces of crap and then followed them out of the store to continue yelling at them. This sounded like a personal attack on these two kids. This is highly inappropriate and should never of happened. I for one will never stop at this Dunkin Donuts again!
