Eclipse day. 4 or 5 employees on. Behind 2 other customers with small kids. They're order to 10-12 minutes. Ugh. Ordered 2 donuts and 2 coolattas. My wife got her drink about 8 minutes before I did. I finally asked for my drink. It was actually in process at the time I asked. Employee must have heard me ask for my drink, she slammed my drink down rudely vs. sorry for the wait. I did not ask for the drink rudely, I asked because I felt forgotten or overlooked.Overall, feel was disorganization behind counter possibly due to eclipse visitors even with that many people on. One did appears to be training.Drink was good and so was donut.

Worst experience of my life here tonight. I went to get a coffee at 7:55 p.m. the girl was very rude to me and said sorry we’re not open it’s 8:01 blatantly lying about the actual time. I told her no it’s not even 8:00 yet and she was like well I don’t have enough time to make your drink and cash you out. And rudely said have a good night bu-bye with a giggle. Unreal! I will NEVER visit this location again!!!

Food and drinks are usually fine unless they leave out the creamer. But man is the service quality at this location horrible. With 6 workers inside, 1 customer inside, and only 3 cars in the drive through and it still took me 27 minutes to get coffee and bagel? I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence or a rush hour thing which I understand and don’t complain, but at noon on a Wednesday I see 5 customers waiting 30 minutes for their orders and every worker looks likeThey’re panicking at noon on a Wednesday?? Dunkin Rumford- manage your store better. Clearly there is an issue going on inside and your employees are like the blind mice running around.

Arguably one of the worst dunkins in the state of Maine. If not the absolute worst in New England.Don't go here at all if you can avoid it, especially not around 4pm or later. If you do have the misfortune of stopping at this particular location, around 4pm, be fully prepared to wait anywhere from 20 minutes to a full hour. Lobby or drive thru, doesn't matter, the wait is equally bad through either line. Mobile order? Doesn't matter the wait time is still the same.The current night crew, except for one person, gets so flustered from having more than one order at a time; -that they end up taking even longer than is necessary, because they're so stressed and unable to do their jobs.Food service is rough, it sucks and the customers are nasty, I've been doing it for most of my life, and I can honestly say from experience that the situation at this dunkin is ridiculous, has been ridiculous for several months prior to this review, and will no doubt continue to be ridiculous for months afterwards.Save yourself the time, trouble and headache, don't go here ever, it's just not worth it.

Where is dunkin' donuts in history never have any of the food that they advertise. Or the employees are too lazy to thaw the food so they just say it's not available now that's at 11:00 in the morning ordered coffee today took 16 minutes for 3 medium coffees somebody needs to get the management in that dunkin' donuts and fire them and hire a real manager because those employees are idiots

The lattes taste TERRIBLE and are NEVER made correctly. We have NEVER received a quality coffee from the Rumford, ME location. The girls who work at the Rumford, ME location can’t make a drink correctly to save their life. It doesn’t take very many brain cells to make a drink from Dunkin. We can go to any other location in the state of Maine and our drinks are always made correct and taste perfect. The franchise owner seriously needs to be aware of the PRESSING ISSUES AT THIS LOCATION!! The employees are rude, burn and overcook your food, and can’t mix a drink correctly. The franchise owner needs to start over with new employees.

Just went through drive thru, pouring rain, had to wait for clerk to to come back, was in line for ten minutes, just to tell me they were out of all refreshers! So I had to wait to get out since there were cars ahead of me, not happy, get better stocked, seems every time I go there, their out of whatever we want, I know it's not the girls fault, it's just very frustrating

Edit: I went back today for the first time in 4 months, they still got my order wrong. Definitely never going backSome of the workers are kind, but some are just straight out disrespectful and rude. They will flat out ignore and walk by customers waiting to either order or pick up an order. When you go through the drive thru you're lucky if you get someone who doesn't sound like they hate their existence. Big sighs and, "anything else", really makes a person want to go back; oh yeah, and be prepared to sit in line for at least 10 minutes before they even acknowledge you're at the drive thru. Somehow the same flavor coffee tastes different every time, that is If you even get the coffee you ordered. If you have a dairy allergy, you're 9/10 times getting cream even if you ordered a substitute. If you order mobile, be prepared for your order to not be done even if you ordered it 20 minutes before you even go there, and it will probably be the wrong thing. Some of the workers are so kind and so caring and patient, you're lucky if you get one of those. Good luck at Rumford Dunkin.

I wouldn't know how their Food is, because they're always all out of everything! And I kept assuming they Restocked, So I kept trying to get my Breakfast here, but they were out of Cheese and Croissants. And then I put in a Door dash order, and my Dasher called me saying they were all out of Croissants and Wraps. It's just so irritating! I moved here a Few Months ago and there isn't a whole lot to eat around here, and Door dash only offers McDonald's and Dunkins, So, I was really hoping this Dunkins would be more convenient. They're only really good for Coffee.

Floors gross no bathroom It was out of order The tables weren't washed but there's a lot of happy laughs lot of smiling very nice atmosphere coffee was awesome as usual had the breakfast wrap with sausage that was pretty good hash browns are really good I definitely go againParking: I really didn't look to see how many parking spots they were My friend was driving I was checking my phone but there was plenty of parking not many carsWheelchair accessibility: Little tight but I think we could get in there but no problems

Never said my food was up so it won't coldThe other time I have gone to this one they calmedThey could not do there job because there head sate did not work and when I tried to fille a complete the manager hung the phone up on me and refused to pick up when I called back never even listen to my concerns I was told by another store in there franchise I would get a call from the district manager and it has been at least 2 weeks and no call this place is a joke

I’ve never personally had an issue with the people who work there, generally they are nice. But I have a problem with what I think is just pure laziness. I always order decaf because I am so sensitive to caffeine, but I love the taste of coffee! Well I got a coffee yesterday around 330 pm and it said “decaf” but it wasn’t. Within 30 mins I had a full on panic attack, shaking, dizzy - the exact symptoms from caffeine and why I can’t personally drink it. I think the people working didn’t have any decaf left or brewed at the time because of the time of day, which they should have just said. It ruined my evening and I couldn’t take my son trick or treating because I was completely anxiety ridden because that’s what caffeine does to me. So just please, if someone orders decaf - MAKE SURE ITS DECAF!

Yuck! I could see and hear the staff yelling at each other through the drive thru, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. I ordered 3 drinks, they added no flavoring or sweetener to any of them, all I got was 3 cold bitter coffees with milk. Total waste of money will not be returning.
