I was going to the Dollar Store a few times a week. It was Christmas time and there was a beautiful little girl who was so excited to be shopping with her mom for Christmas gifts. The store was packed and there was only one register open. The store manager was standing there talking to another person. This woman with the little girl simply stated in a calm voice why they didn't open another register. The store manager began yelling at this woman saying rude comments. Degrading her. I looked down at the little girl and her eyes were wide and crocodile tears streaming down her face. Her special shopping trip for Christmas with her mom was ruined and that is the memory of the trip she will remember. Totally uncalled for. Uncomfortable and a disgusting display of disrespect. Absolutely do not recommend

Either update your hours or ask your employees to not lock the door till closing. I drove 20 mins just to have a locked door and as I sit her now your employees are just standing around talking.

I have been purchasing supplies for my business through this store for several years. I am very dissapointed in the service I received earlier today. The employee "Candice" was extremely rude, unprofessional, and does not know the definition of customer service. I highly recommended teaching this employee the basics of assisting a customer. I will no longer be using this location for supplies.This employee refused to bag my glassware because I had purchased a large quantity. She walked away from register, upset leaving me standing there not knowing what to do with my items, after I had cashed out. The employee Maria, saw the situation and assisted with bagging my items. Your employee Candice should not be in a customer service role, untill she can effectively communicate and interact with customers. I wish your business the best, if you continue to hire employee like this.I will be contacting the store manager tommorow due to this issue.

The dollar tree is a good place to go to getgreeting cards and cleaning supplies. They have numerous items and different things often.

Everything is actually 1$. Very clean inside for the most part. Parking area is a little rough but thats not important. Friendly employees every time I've gone inside.

The clerk doesn't know what a reusable bag is I asked if they sold them she told me know and then the next person in line she asked if they needed a reusable bag boy was I ticked

I love the dollar tree and was so glad to find one in rumford. I was a little bummed out that there was no freezer or fridge section but it was clean and the employees were helpful
