Excellent service! My SUV got a flat tire from a road hazard and could not make it to the nearest place that had the same tire (which was 90 miles and over 2 hours away). I contacted the Roadside Assistance that I have on the SUV and they sent Adley's. John, the flat bed tow truck driver who responded, was helpful, friendly and prompt. The truck looked new and was well-equipped to safely transport the SUV. John explained everything and kept in touch with us. Our nerves were a bit jangled from the tire blow out. But his calm, friendly, and professional manner assured us we were in good hands. Thank you John! I hope we never need a tow again, but if we do, we know who to call!

My transmission went in my car late on a Friday night. I had to get a tow truck to take it to the garage. Joe was the driver and his communication was great and he was super friendly and really helped me out of the bind. He was there right when he said he would be, and was very helpful. I’m a repeat customer of Adleys. I was told that they couldn’t get to tow my vehicle until late in the afternoon which was fine with me. The tow truck driver (John) came to my house three hours sooner than I expected. John was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. My car broke down Saturday morning during a 22 hour snowstorm. Jacob came out quickly, got my car back to my place safely. After I contacted the repair shop, I scheduled a pickup for the next morning. Jacob brought my car from Bethel to Belfast safely and quickly. Jacob has rescued my car 3 times now and is always professional, safe and efficient. Thank you Adley's and Jacob for exceptional customer service!!!!!

It was excellent service, we went through AAA because my friend locked his keys in his car after a great day of skiing. Super fast we were done under 20 minutes! He even stopped to help another person who needed assistance!

Called AAA for a tow. They said it would be an hour or so. Ten minutes later Adleys called to confirm and said they would be there in ten minutes. Right on time and got me going in no time. Driver was quick, efficient and polite. Very happy with the service.

Simple. I found that after needing Adleys Auto Sales & Service for an unfortunate mechanical failure of my truck that they are all fast, efficient, affordable, knowledgeable, friendly and if Brad and Sue could clone themselves we would be talking franchise. I never received a tow yesterday even though AAA dispatched you. We sat on the side of the road for 5 hours in the freezing cold,!!! We were both verbally told and texted from AAA assuring we could have 2 passengers ride. 4 hours later I call you and we are told no riders at all. Worst customer service ever and I will let everyone know about our experience. The only reason you got 1 star is because it made me do it. Ever think that you should not tow for a company thats main purpose is roadside assistance??

I'm never driving over that damn Mountain again. I was so careful. So naturally who finds the only ice patch on the road that day? Me. That's who. I'm really glad. Adley answered the phone and got me out of the ditch...AGAIN!!! I didn't really have to wait too long. And the tow guy got me out of there and I was home in minutes. Thanks again you guys

We own a transportation company from Ohio, with our fleet being cargo vans, recently we had a delivery route headed to Maine. Our driver started experiencing some front end issues on the van, to the point where they couldn’t keep going and needed to get towed. With the type of work that we do, we had to keep trucking along somehow. We called almost all the mechanic shops within 30 miles and no one seemed to be willing to help out. We were able to rent a Uhaul truck in the area that would allow us to keep moving our freight but we still didn’t have a mechanic that could work on our van in the timeframe that we needed, until we called Adley's. Upon calling Adley’s for a tow, they not only dropped our drivers off at the Uhaul place, but they took our van back to there shop and promised to look at van the next morning as soon as they open shop again and make the repair. When our drivers got back to drop the Uhaul truck, Adley’s had ordered parts and made the repair in the timeliest fashion possible.To sum it all up, if you are in the Rumford Maine area and need a tow or mechanical repair service, Adley’s understands customer service. We appreciate your service and will definitely use you again if we ever need you. From Receptionist to Technician, we had a great experience.

I went for an inspection sticker at Adley's after my dad referred me. The staff were very nice. They had comfortable chairs to sit in while we waited. And they were very quick, we were in and out. I was there less than 20 minutes and the sticker only cost $12. I will be going there for my inspection sticker every year from now on. A.C.

We were on a weekend holiday pulling a travel trailer and my truck died. Adley's is affiliated with Good Sam roadside assistance and they responded quickly. Safely got us to their shop. My worst nightmare disappeared as they took care of us. Great friendly staff repaired my truck and we were on our way. If you are a local go here for service. You will not be disappointed.
