Shaw's has begun to require a security code in order to log into your Shaw's rewards account! An insane and totally ridiculous idea. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but if they do not rescind this insane requirement I will be shopping at Hanneford from now on.

We had a small discrepancy with a price on steaks. Belinda immediately came over and corrected it for us. She went above and beyond for my wife, and I am most appreciative because money is so tight for us these days. She is the reason my family will keep shopping at Shaw's instead of Hannaford. 5stars for this store, thank you!

Yes, five stars. I am a fussy old merchandiser from the good old days of whole foods, and I can appreciate a clean and well merchandised store. I've got to say I was really blown away by how nice the store appeared. Wide spacious isles and all although the selection is smaller than some of the competition, they have everything you need. I was particularly impressed with the deli, the sandwich meat and cheese selections are excellent and I was thrilled with my purchases. If I didn't live so far away I would make this a regular shopping stop. Well done!

Wasn't great to begin with, but rapidly deteriorating. The "sale" prices end up still being higher than their competitors. Narrow, claustrophobic isles, and god forbid you want something from the flyer; it will be on sale for three weeks but they will never once have it in stock. Can't wait until Costco finishes buying them.ETA: you can't even select the Rockland store on the website now. It says there isn't a store in 04841.

The opposite of southern hospitality. Like everywhere prices are higher but when attempting to utilize a store discount (we are from out of town) the cashier refused to let us use a local friend's number. I mean it would only end up giving a local more points and allowing us a small local discount. Won't be returning.

I prefer hannaford shopping wise but employees are decent and helpful. Usually less busy than though so that's a plus. Also love that the bottle return is open until for us people who don't get out of work in time to make it to basically every other redemption.

A well-organized supermarket offering a good selection of items at an affordable prices. A commitment to community recycling by including machines that provide receipts for recycled bottles that can be exchanged for cash within the store. Shaw's walks the talk. Kudos to you. Staff helpful too.

Their sales and Just For U deals are worth stopping in for. The store itself is clean and usually well stocked. What sets This Particular Store apart from the others is the Excellent Attitude of the knowledgeable and helpful employees. You are Always Greeted Warmly, upon arrival at the register. We drive in, from an hour away, just to shop at This store. There is plenty of parking. During Covid, the employees have been keeping the store as safe as possible, sanitizing surfaces between customers and constantly reminding everyone to maintain the 6' rule. A nice shopping experience.

I have a family of 6 and I shop at Shaw's. In my opinion they have the best deals around. Lots of bogo deals and lower prices for bulk buying. I love watching my final bill decrease at checkout, after all the sales/deals are applied to my order. I definitely get a lot more for my money at Shaw's.

As usual shaws is great. Best place to save money too. Catch the 3 day sales every week when new ad comes out Friday, Sat and Sunday. This is where you save the most. Compare your ads though once in a while their sale price is not the lowest.

The Osco pharmacy attached to it is the best in the whole region. Excellent service, quick, friendly and competent. Will send Rxs for those living on the local islands and other remote places.

Overpriced and not well stocked. Ok prices if you belonged to some preferred customer program but not worth it. We actually walked out and went to another store.UpdateWe decided to go back. While the prices are still high, they had a much better selection. They actually had better produce then some of the local Hannaford's. The produce alone was worth us going back.

It's a nice store with friendly staff members, however I do wish that there were more of them so that there could be more people to check you out at the register. But overall a nice place to do all of your shopping. They have some nice veagan options as well.

Not a great experience, three employees at checkout having a lengthy conversation (not work related) while I’m standing there waiting to check out. Made a comment and was told “I’m tired of you why don’t you leave…”

Good meat prices, especially on boneless cuts of chicken.Layout doesn't seem to make much sense. Takes me forever to find things here.Could be cleaner.Same graffiti was in the men's bathroom for years. Then, they finally erased the curse word, but left the rest of it. 🤣Staff is very friendly.

Produce and such isn't a problem but when I forget to grab and an item I paid for and try to go back in to grab it and pretty much get accused of lying I find that to be extremely rude and disrespectful. Also clerk didn't bother to check under my cart good thing I remembered I had water underneath.

If you are one person or a couple you can pick up some great deals on small portioned packaged meat or seafood. Especially if you are picking up that day to eat. We use the app where you can get Just for U special deals. Check the app and add to your list, go in, shop, make sure to put your phone number in for your deals. Last trip we saved over $50.

Very clean, friendly cashiers, and great produce and meat! Too bad more people won't work. That's the only drawback...longer wait times. But, the cashiers are fast, work hard and are friendly and helpful. 🙂👍

I would give Shaw’s one star, but the manager handled my complaint quite well when I spoke with him. However, I have had an issue on more than one occasion. I went to the counter in the seafood counter to purchase raw shrimp, that was on sale at the counter, and the guy working at the counter refused to give it to me and told me to purchase it from the frozen section. After telling him no I wanted it from the counter, he still refused to get it for you. I ended up walking out, and calling the manager who then took care of the issue. So if you want something at the counter, be prepared to have to talk with the manager of the store in order to receive what you want.

Great selections. Helpful, some joyful staff. The computer system set up is BAD; time after time, after checking our receipt, we have to go back because of various over charging. My husband vowed yesterday to send letter to Shaw's home office regarding this. Until they correct these mistakes we cannot trust the computer charges.

One of my favorite places to shop! They always have amazing deals! There meat is always fresh and they will trim and cut it on the spot for you. I dont have a single negative thing to say. Would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for great deals!

We were camping in the area and needed a few items so we stopped at Shaw's. It was set up a bit differently from our home store, but I found everything I needed along with a few sale items that I hadn't seen in our store. It is a very nice place to ship for groceries.
