We have always received excellent customer service at Pet Quarters Rockland. We purchase all of our small animal items (Rabbit) at PQ and the staff is very helpful. They also have an excellent selection of cat stuff, and dog stuff -- we love the harness's that they carry and so does our hard to fit dog.

A decent selection and good prices on items for dogs, cats, and fish. As far as fish they only sell Bettas but appear to get lots of people looking for goldfish (2 in the 5 minutes I was in the store)

Very friendly staff and the store is clean but the selection is poor. I was looking for shallow cat food dishes and she told me they didn’t have any and to check TJ maxx. You’re better off ordering online or going elsewhere.

Never has superworms or mealworms. No other pet supplies store have a problem keeping them in stock. But they are all a half hour to an hour away from me. Why can't my local store? Lost my business for good.

Pretty good presentation here. The service is good but nothing really special. Any time I bring my dog in there they almost appear to be confused as if I committed a crime. The prices here are very high but they do have some high quality items here.

They never have super worms, meal worms or crickets in stock. And are very vague when knowing any info on when they will be in stock again. Poor customer service in that aspect of it. That is the only reason I go there, so can't give a review about other products they carry.

Why do you never have crickets for reptiles? It has been 5 times over the past 6 months that I have been in need of them and you never have them. Excuse today was well we need to tell the higher ups that we are out and then we just see if they come in. Why call yourself a per shop when you cannot provide for pets?

I was very excited to see that they sell Froam dog food! My puppy's breed is prone to skin irritation and vet recommend froam for her. My daughter bought a mouse/ hampster from here. The mouse lasted a little over a year before it passed.

I came in to get a fish tank to set up and let cycle. The tried telling me that I don’t need a filter or heater and recommended that I get a half gallon tank rather than the 5.5 gallon tank that I got for a betta.
