The people at Loyal Biscuit really know dogs. My dog had a very sore leg. They asked me several questions, then gave me suggestions for products and home remedies. They weren't out to just sell products. They really wanted to help my dog feel better. He was feeling better the next morning and back to normal the next day.

Amazing place! Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and very pet friendly. 🤣They have everything you could possibly need for bathing your furry little family member, and a plethora of varying types of foods, treats and toys! 10 out of 10 WILL be returning.

I loved this store. The staff LOVES animals, and they're ready to answer any questions you have and help you find everything you need!I loved their toy selection, and their prices are great.I didn't have luggage space for the lobster dinners, but how CUTE. I loved that they wanted to do something custom for their furry customers!Unfortunately, I was traveling and bought some cookies here. I thought I usually bought nice cookies until I brought home treats from here. Now my dogs threatened to leave home if I don't get more. So, if you're traveling, learn from my mistake, get more than one bag of locally made treats.

I mean, I already knew LBC was terrific! I've been buying my pet's food/treats/toys etc... there for years. Yesterday, however, I stopped into the Rockland store to learn more about CBD chews for my dog. My veterinarian recommended CBD treats for my senior pup's arthritis, and I knew it meant a trip to LBC. Stacy was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the product and easily answered all of my questions. Going in, I knew barely anything about CBD/Hemp treats for dogs, and I left feeling confident and ready to give some to my pup! Thank you so much Stacy!Additionally, Stacy ensured I knew there was a money-back guarantee for the treats. My dog is a picky treat eater who turns her nose at the strangest things. Love this store!! Always fun unique items for our Pups!! The collars they carry are beautiful. Have had 1 for a year and a half and it still lookes brand new. Our Pups love the rawhide chews and bone meal filled bones!! The customer Service is top notch, always happy and helpful!!

Loyal Biscuit is by far the best pet store in the country. They offer a wide variety super nutritious foods and supplements, as well as the best toys and treats ever! The also have convenient bathing stations for your buddy that are raised up, saving your back plenty of pain and suffering. The staff are wonderful, friendly, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend a visit!

As soon as I walk in the one lady, Manager I think, she knows my name even with a mask on she knows me. She is so helpful and gives customer service as it once was done everywhere. Love the Rockland store.

This establishment has a great and friendly staff and stocks a lot of go to items. They also have a great dog food variety for all types of dietary reatrictions. I can bring my dog here and bathe her myself for a nominal fee. They provide all the shampoo and towels as well as other pet cleaning items to do the job, i just have to bring the dog!

Loyal Biscuit Company is exactly what you would want in a pet store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They can help pick the perfect food to suit your pet. They test out all their products on their own pets so they don't sell junk. The self serve dog wash is super convenient. My dogs go crazy for their line of locally made organic dog treats. I can't say enough good things about them!

I love this shop and my cat loved her peacock feather and fuzzy toy. My dog enjoyed her Kong frisbee, squeaky chameleon toy, and new dog food. I am coming here again for sure!

They make sure local shelters in all their markets have food and toys for homeless pets-they walk the walk and every community that has one should treasure the store, the service and the amazing people.

I can't really say enough about this place. I recently got a Black lab mix puppy from the local shelter (Molly) and this place has become her second home. Everytime that I go in there they recognize her and call her by name and have always had the best advise for me as a first time dog owner and as a long time pet owner. Their prices are very fair and their Staff is the best at any shop in town. They also have a self serve dog wash that is great for you and the dog. They also make their own brand of dog treats that dogs can't get enough of. Also if you get a chance check out their Belfast store.
