You couldn't ask more from a pharmacy. They are super helpful. Resolve issues with prescriptions for you, and make sure you have the meds you need. They are able to mail (promptly) to the coastal islands as well.

Jensens is absolutely the best pharmacy—I will never go anywhere else for my family’s RXs. The staff and the pharmacists are all compassionate and caring and treat me like I’m the only person needing help even when there is a line. They take their time and they are patient! Today I had an insurance issue and there were two staff members on the phone with insurance trying to help me figure it out! And they did! It saved me money and further solidified my trust and confidence in this pharmacy! The BEST!

Love everything about this pharmacy. Everyone there is professional, caring and lovely to talk with. They make sure you understand how your meds work and how often to take them and they take the time to remember who you are. When my doctor orders me a brand name item but I can get away with a generic version they always tell me. I have saved a lot money through them. It's a warm, welcoming environment unlike any pharmacy you're used to. I recommend Jensen's to everyone!

I've used alot of pharmacies around Mid-Coast Maine and Jensen's is EASILY the best Pharmacy I've ever had the pleasure of using, Hands down the fastest for filling your Scripts and the friendliest, Curtis, the Owner is a genius and very quick to lend a hand or a consultation! Help's to ease your concerns or frustration's! The staff are the most amazing group of individuals they make a Dream Team!! Not only can you get your Meds. There's Homemade Ice cream and all kinds of local crafts and goodies very supportive of other local businesses. I'd go in grab a drink and a snack, while checking out amazing local art's and homemade Jewelry and trinkets. My prescription would be done promptly, every single time over a ten year span! And if you have to wait at all it's only a couple minutes and there's a beautiful little lounge section with a comfortable area where you can get your flu shots etc. I'd recommend this Pharmacy to everyone in a heartbeat, I miss them very much as I'm no longer able to get there but although the pharmacy I'm using is wonderful, none compare to Jensen's establishment I'll be back when I'm back on the road! I certainly miss everyone there and their friendly faces! I'd always enjoy asking Curtis the most random of questions and recieving the perfect suggestion's or the answer in general!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!! I miss you dearly I cant say enough about how amazing your business is and is run it's like sitting at home with friends just conversing over some ice cream n Pop lol. 10 ⭐s in my book!!!!!!

Jensen's is my go-to pharmacy, and I couldn't be more pleased with their services. When I lived out of state, they shipped my prescriptions to me (within 1-2 days). They know me by name, and usually when I walk in I can have my order filled within 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and great to talk with. Couldn't ask for more, will continue to be my primary pharmacy.

This place is like the pharmacy equivalent of "Cheers," wherein, pretty much everybody knows your name, and it's generally a pleasant time when you stop by lol. They are typically super fast getting rx's done, unless they're slammed (rare, as they staff appropriately,) but even then they will give you a realistic time-frame in which your prescription(s) can be expected, unlike many other pharmacies that tell you 45-1 hr, when they actually mean 5 hrs, or maybe tomorrow..Not the case at Jensen's, as soon as they can get it done, it will be done..and if you have any questions? No problem! Everyone is very knowledgeable and never gives the impression you're taking up their time by asking questions, whether it's about prescribed medications or products on the sales floor. They obviously respect their customer's time and business and that's top notch in my eyes. I cannot express enough the respect & excellent customer service these folks have shown me and everyone I know, and I trust them completely. They truly go above and beyond. Thank you Curtis,Tom, Peter, and the rest of the gang.

Jenson's Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy around. Reasonable prices, they also send you a text when your prescriptions are ready. Could use a little more parking spots, but that is minor. Staff is wonderful... 5 star's in my opinion

If you want a pharmacy that’s got that mom and pop feel and staff who care about people and not just getting pills out the door this is the place for you.I’ve been in a bind with the fun prior authorizations with my sons meds and have been out. The staff here are more than helpful and actually care about your situation. For example my son can’t be without his seizure meds.And above all they know what they are doing!
