I love how they always change how they do things like the snacken bacon one minute they'll make it right on the spot then the nexts they are making poor excuses why they can't . If your not going to have it then take it off the menu. We all know if it's cooked it's hot so stop with the poor excuses and do your jobs and it's sicken how they give you dirty looks and attitude because you call them out on it.

Every time I come to this location, my order is ALWAYS messed up. I understand mistakes happen, that’s fine but it’s the attitude I get every single time I come through. The workers are snappy when you order or walk in then they’ll tell you to go through the long drive through for your mobile order. Today, I placed an order after I saw no line and pulled in… the male worker there was extremely rude. The female worker at the drive through window asked about my order with the window open and I could hear him yelling saying “she just placed it now, what does she expect? It’s going to be 5 minutes” when there was no wait. I commute to work and usually like going to the Wiscasset one but I guess I should really start skipping Richmond and go to a sabattus from now on. Workers are always rude and it’s always to your face

Worst Dunkin ever. Period. Hands down. Terrible rude service, they almost never make my orders right and they fight amongst themselves constantly. I can handle slow services especially since this place is usually pretty busy in the mornings, but there’s no excuse for how rude they are to customers and the constant in-fighting. I usually order 10 min before I even get there and my frozen coffee is almost never ready.

I wish Dunkin would pay more attention to this place because it sucks. Three employees all outside smoking for 20 minutes…. really. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes before driving off. Nobody even said they’d be right with me. This location is the worst. The Farmingdale one is better…. and that’s saying something. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

So I called Richmond Maine Dunkin because when we got done ordering our order for tomorrow morning at 6:15 AM it changed to 6:45 PM tonight and I explain that to the girl and she said well there is nothing else we can do. She should’ve said oh I’m sorry we will save that order for tomorrow, so instead of paying tomorrow morning, I would like to get my order for free because it’s not fair to my mom that she paid and now she has to worry about paying again when my dad is going through cancer this is for me and my sister and my sister’s boyfriend for tomorrow morning

Really. Okay. Again? This dude was overly nice and took care of our order and my coffee but my fiances coffee was made by a shirt girl with dyed black hair and she litterally messed up her frozen coffee (its supposed to come with whipped cream caramel drizzle and crunch bits) just got a small frozen coffee in a regular cup no whipped cream and she ordered a multi grain bagel and get a plain bagel. Im mind blown that every time the older gentleman with the grey goatee and great attitude isnt working. You mess up SO badly on items.

Extremely rude employee, short woman with dark hair. She's been rude during multiple visits, and hasn't changed behavior even after speaking with a manager. Swearing in front of and acting like my 6 year old daughter and myself were a nuisance for ordering. She even interrupted my daughter, who has a speech impediment, while she was trying to explain what she wanted by saying, "C'mon, hurry it up!" This coming seconds after being told to slow down because she couldn't keep up with the order. Other employees there have always been polite, but this one seems to constantly have an issue. Will not be returning, I'd rather drive the extra 10 miles to go to the next one.

This Dunkin is the WORST for customer service and order fulfillment. The employees are rude and inept. One employee( short, very thin female with jet black hair was argumentative, and cursing when I complained about the excessive amount of ice she placed in my cold brew coffee!! What happened to customer service and being a decent human???RIDICULOUS! Consistently wrong orders, burnt bagels, incorrect beverage ingredients, etc. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a joke!!!

The service is excellent, but there are 1 or 2 individuals working there that are in desperate need of a bath. One in particular has black elbows and dirty fingernails and always stinks like dirt and cigarette smoke. This is obvious even at drive thru. This is a restaurant, therefore this is worse than disgusting. For this reason, I no longer go to this location. Sad. You would think the owners would care more about the cleanliness of their employees.

TO THE OWNER!!! After having a great walk in interview with the manager I was really happy to hear that they wanted to offer me a position after approval from the district manager. I stop by three times a week and call every other day yet the PHONES DONT WORK, literally, and no one in management can be contacted without great efforts. This was weeks ago when I began this and I am beyond frustrated, I need a job locally and I’m not even being given an answer! Can please someone help me?! Does the owner know his phones haven’t worked for weeks or longer? What is going on guys!?!? Jeeze…Dunkin is better than this….

More times than I can count lately, my food order has been completely wrong from here!! I use the mobile app and am very precise with what I order do to allergies within our family.So of course getting well away from the store and discovering your order is wrong again gets quite frustrating! Or it's burnt!Dietary restrictions: Aside from offering turkey sausage or opting to go meatless. There aren't accommodations for many of today's dietary needs.They do have vegi omelet bites and my kids' favorite bagels! That's about it. Everything contains egg, or yeast, or wheat,Kid-friendliness: Aside from the options in full-size donuts, the menu doesn't really have many options for kids, with the exception of maybe the grilled cheese if they aren't lactose intolerant. Small drinks are really too much for most kids under the age of 10. And they get wasted, which is a shame, especially for the price!!Wheelchair accessibility: NONE of the dunkin donuts that I have been to that have not been located inside a store are truly handicap accessible. All the doors you have to manually open, and there is a narrow breezeway between the double doors that the person who might be in a wheelchair would have to maneuver through. It truly isn't possible!!

I stop here almost daily. I order ahead for walk in because they are super busy. The individuals who work here are always working hard. Some now know me by name. One tall, thin, blonde gentleman always compliments my outfits and greets me with a smile. I have watched these folks be yelled at while short staffed, or screamed at for being busy, once even because a lady drove off without her card, somehow that was the employees fault. These employees take this with grace and just keep working. If you are late or impatient order ahead and be kind because these people are working their tail off and every single one of them deserve a raise and a vacation!

I would give zero stars if that was an option! I have been stopping here since they opened since I live a mile away, and the service has always been sketchy, I rarely see the same crew 2 weeks running, but last week took the cake. I ordered a medium iced coffee with 4 cream, 2 mocha, and no ice. When I got to the window I handed a very bossy young lady my debit card and saw 5 or 6 young people crowded into their small space and a young man handing my coffee to her. I do give her credit for checking the tag with the contents before handing it to me. She raised her voice and told him that there was ice in the coffee and to fix it! He started to make a new one at which she said, "Give me that, I will show you." and she removed the lid, picked up a straw that was laying on the counter, and started flicking ice into the sink. I was in shock. She did not wash her hands, use sanitizer, nor don gloves. She had been taking payments at the window and now her bare dirty hands were in my coffee. She handed it to me and I drove off still shocked by her treatment of her coworker, when I realized that there was no way I would drink that coffee. I pulled over and called them, but no answer. Over the next 2 days I repeatedly called and got no answer. I then called corporate and was told that they would send my concerns to the district and I should hear from them. NOTHING. This was a week ago. I understand how hard it is to get people to work, but the lack of follow-up is completely unexcusable. DON'T GO TO THIS DUNKIN!

No reason it should be this slow.Long wait times are a management (and owner) problem, for such a busy location right off of 295 waiting up to 20 minutes for a simple order is unacceptable. Most of the time the orders often feel rushed and coffee sugar/creme is lacking or on the side of too damn much.Back in 2013-2015 the service was great, super fast, and the coffee was good every time. They need to get their mojo back and figure out a better system before another business pops up and steals all their customers.

Came to this one bc my husband and i had to leave camp extremely early. I needed more energy to stay awake.. easy access right off the highway. And even easier to get right back on..Pleasant gentleman taking orders through drive thru. Ordered the cake batter latte. He made sure if I wanted the signature one. Ofcourse I did. Who wouldn't want all the fixings that come with it.Great lad who was greeting us at the window. Very friendly. Made us laugh. Made sure we were doing alright.The only thing is the total marker out the window is broken so I was wondering how much the guy said at the speaker. And bc of the gas station with the diesel trucks next door I didnt hear the guy at the window. This isn't the employees fault though.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids options for food.

Okay I understand that this place was busy today but I placed a mobile order at 11:18am and I did not get order until 11:35. And the only reason why they acknowledged my mobile order was because I went up and told the guy working at the counter I had placed a mobile over 10 minutes ago. I did not even get an apology for the delay. (Common customer service!)The order was still sitting on the machine with multiple other orders that were not being processed. This is the first and only time I have had any issues with mobile ordering. I don’t think I will be back to this Dunkin’.

Why are you guys even staying open? Awful service, awful coffee, cold food. Are we even trying any more?? I usually avoid DD at all cost but today we couldn’t and were in a rush. My expectations were very very low and guess what nothing was right coffees were awful, food was burnt and wasn’t even worth trying to eat. Maybe we should focus on training and customer service. How can you be rude to a customer who simply is trying to give you business??? Also maybe sweep the floor once in a while
