Although I enjoy shopping here and the prepared foods, I am extremely disappointed in the service and lack of care the staff exhibits. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing but never available even though the writing on the hot case says made to order which it clearly isn't.i but in three times and asked three times for a breakfast sandwich and all three times I was told we can't make it we're using the grill. I hope that the owner or management read this because although you have a wonderful business your staff is horrible and they do not care about your customers . I understand it's difficult to find staff but you should take down the sign that says made to order if you're not going to honor it It honestly makes people more mad. As I said before you have a wonderful store and wonderful products which are completely diminished by the lack of care from the people that are working for you.

My family adores the Good Life Market. The food and drinks are all delicious. We have not been disappointed by a single thing yet. The staff is wonderful! Also, love the local options.

Very nice shop. The younger employees act like they’ve never seen a person of color before so they speak really uncomfortably. Its so awkward and funny.Cool shop though.

Great little shop for a quick grab and go sandwich or some groceries. Good selection of ready made sandwiches and ready to heat meals. They also have a good variety of beer, wine, and liquor. Definitely worth stepping in if you're in the area.

This place is constantly chaotic(even in the off-season) There are always tons of employees doing random tasks but they never actually serve the customer. The food is good but they are always out of everything and the ordering process is an absolute nightmare. The grab and go hot foods are always out, very disappointing.

I had the most delicious salad from GLM. I love when there are multiple ingredients in every bite. My husband had a tasty sandwich as well. The beer and BBQ sauce tasting was a fun, spontaneous afternoon event for us.

Lots of good stuff here to make a meal special. We grabbed two pies, chocolate mousse and raspberry. Both were excellent. If you're driving by, stop, you won't be disappointed.

Though I miss the days of dining in here, I will never grow tired of their sandwiches. All their sandwich options are excellent but my personal favorites are the Ploughman's Lunch and of course, the Godmother. They have an amazing selection of specialty foods and local craft beer/wine/spirits and fine locally roasted coffee as well. Really can't go wrong with this awesome little place!

I fell in love with the house potato salad last summer! When it’s good, it’s amazing! Was stopping after work daily for it. But somethings changed in the last couple of weeks! The potato’s have been raw every tine. I thought maybe it was just all bad batch, so tried again today. Nope, still raw! I’ve thrown away prob 30$ worth of this potato salad, so bummed out to do so! Please fix this The good life, I miss the good stuff!!

Incredible selection of to-go sandwiches and an absolutely amazing selection of wine. Grabbed a hot pie to take home and can't wait to try it. Had their smoothie of the day and I asked if an espresso shot could be added due to my long drive home. They were more than accommodating. The white chocolate, peppermint, whiteout smoothie was awesome. So happy to have found this fantastic spot and will definitely be returning.

The lakes region is lucky to have this place! Friendly staff, great grab and go food options, coffee roasted right next door, local goods and produce, and even my favorite local ice cream (Dear Dairy). A must stop market when you’re in town!

Stop here and grab a quick bite or find some local produce. Think of it as a mini whole foods but better. Have been eating here for almost 20 years and it's still as great as the first time I had it!!

Great selection of Maine and surrounding local beers, wine for days and plenty of food for a day on the lake or beach. Try their tastings as well on Fridays for some new favorites.

i’ve live down the road for 6 years. its a bit pricey for me, but high quality. sadly i had a terrible experience. i ordered corned beef and cabbage using the online form on Monday 3/13. i even know the time from my browser history, 1:17pm. i could recite to you the order confirmation page, when it told me id be paying at checkout in store. i love corned beef but my family hates it, so i was very excited for this. when my fiancé stopped by to pick it up for me, they told her i never ordered and refused to sell her a plate. who on earth would come into the store just to lie about that? why would you assume that customer is lying, as opposed to assuming a mistake was made on your end? terrible way to treat customers, and now i have no boiled dinner. i wont go back

Their sandwiches, salads, and prepared meals are amazing. I get the chef salad all the time. Only complaint I have is that they don't always stock the zesty ham and cheddar pasta salad. I live about 40 minutes away so it's always a disappointment when I go and can't get my favorite pasta salad. However, they kindly gave me the recipe so I can make up a batch of my own if I want. Super awesome place.

The staff went out of their way to make a sandwich for my son that was not an option listed on their featured menu of the day. We REALLY appreciated this... and the food was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend this place - even for just a drop-in for something quick. They have selections that honestly meet everyone's needs and preferences!

Very good people and quality foods and drink. A great selection. Gourmet breads, cheeses, wines.. etc. It's a must if you're in the area. My wife and I enjoy their made to order wrap sandwiches and their smoothies are delicious. Their deli meats are top notch. I highly recommend you check them out.

I've been here a couple of times now and this store would get five stars easily but not only did I find a hair in my sandwich but my friend found one in his pasta. That's so unfortunate because I really like this place. Girls, please cover your heads or pull your hair back. I want to come back

A sandwich, a coleslaw salad and a tube of toothpaste cost me a total of 21 dollars. The sandwich alone was 9 dollars. The coleslaw salad tasted like garbage.

I love stopping here on my way to work to grab breakfast and usually lunch to go as well. Everyone here is super friendly and even though it can get busy I never seem to have to wait much at all. I'd definitely say the food is very good but there are a couple of other delis that I personally like better in the greater Portland area, thus the four stars. Around this area, this is definitely my favorite place to get food and generally come by at least once a week. I personally recommend their breakfast sandwiches that come on awesome homemade bread as well as the pastries which come out hot at 7am

Good Life Market has consistently high quality food and beverages! They sell a really nice assortment of local beer, cider, and wine! The sandwiches are excellent, and I really recommend the Ploughman's Lunch and The Good Life Club. Sandwiches are big--you might even be able to get two meals out of the sandwich when paired with a side. Their creamy pesto salad and broccoli salad are quite tasty. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because it would be great if staff could follow CDC recommendations and wear face masks to keep the community safe.

This store is phenomenal. The sandwiches are amazing no matter which one you order. I rate the ham melt as #1. Baked good are even better with the strawberry rhubarb pie being always on point. Most products are locally sourced. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommend
