My sweet Berniedoodle has been groomed and cared for by the great team at Dirty Paw Dog Wash for a year now . She’s excited when we get there and I’m always happy with their service!!!! Their facility is very clean smells fresh , very roomy and sunny space .

We have a long hair 100 pound dog. We're never sure what he'll get into or when he'll need groomed. It's usually after an unplanned visit to the beach or muddy puddles after long walks in the rain. This makes following a groomers' schedule near impossible. We love the DIY dog wash. The space is large and open. It's clean, bright, and extremely well stocked. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. If you think washing/grooming your dog at home is very difficult, it is! This place makes it very easy. You'll wonder why you pay $150 and wait 3-4 weeks for that grooming appointment.

Amy and the staff at Dirty Paw Dog wash are top notch!!!!! I know this because I worked side by side with them when I was leasing space to groom my clients dogs!!!! I see the review that the staff at left a dog on the table and I'm gonna say this as I am a groomer myself..... that is the #1 golden rule of things you do not do and all groomers know this!!! it is a rookie mistake and Amy and her staff are not rookies. She is wide open for all to see her and her staff and all the dogs are tethered front and back. The dog that jumped off the table was left by its owner who was doing a self wash! being so open to the public I could see how that may be misleading but I can speak for fact that I have never witnessed that ever!!!!! I recently stopped grooming and have referred my clients to her because I trust her and I would trust her with my own dogs!!! Amy and her staff are safe, compassionate and educated! Remember when your looking from the outside in make sure you have the facts before you put in a review that could be detrimental! Also if you look at all the reviews previously you will see the all all 5's!!! Amy and her staff are amazing and fantastic with the dogs and as a groomer myself I highly recommend Dirty Paw Dog Wash!!!

I took my dog Loki there not knowing how she would take it. Once the nice warm blow dryer came on she settled down a bit and allowed us to finish her bath. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to give their pup a bath aswell!!!

I have a covid dog(bernedoodle) and he is a handful.Two previous groomers sent him home half groomed. Dirty Paws kept my pup for MORE than 2 hours and he looked amazing.It was worth every penny!

Beautiful well kept facility. Super friendly staff. Helpful and inviting. We did our own bath but staff got our girl in the tub and the water going and showed us where everything was located and how everything worked, it being our first time there! We will absolutely be return customers.

Stopped here after my dog played in the mud at the park. Staff was very kind and helpful. They have all items you need for a good dog wash. Relaxed atmosphere. They didn’t make me feel rushed, so I was able to take my time washing my pup. Highly recommend!

I always bring my dog here to the self service and they have always been so nice..Fast forward to this evening as I got my dog back in the car after his wash, I was still in my car right outside the window and witnessed one of the teenage employees put a little grey shih tzu on one of the grooming tables with no barriers or walls to keep him on it, and connected his collar to leash holder and walked away.. the little dog jumped off the table and was hung up by his neck and was struggling in the air. Not only did it take one of the employees a minute to notice .. she went over and threw the dog back onto the table so carelessly, and proceeded to walk away and leave the poor pup unsupervised. It then happened AGAIN and right before I jumped out of the car, she put him back on the table and the dog went limp laying there.. this was by far the scariest thing to have ever watched. He looks okay now, but they way they treated this poor little dog right in front of us and almost got him killed BAFFLES me. I will NEVER leave my dog here to be groomed.

First time using the self serve puppy baths! It's amazing they are very helpful and checked in with us while we were there! Amy is very sweet and easy to talk to! I think we are gonna stay with her company, we want to try there grooming service soon.

Let me just start by saying I am thrilled I came across this place of business. This is such an easy process. I can walk in, wash, blow dry, brush, nails trim & many different choices of smell goods for after their bath. Everything I need right there. Prices are fair. People are friendly and kind. The first time I visited I brought my 20lb and 100lb dogs. What could be a chaotic situation wasn’t. My husband & I bathed the dogs and the Employees trimmed their nails. The two girls were “so professional”. They knew my bigger dog was not a fan of having his nails trimmed. She attempted the task anyways, succeeding! I was thrilled. Today our second trip. We bathed our 100lb and had DirtyPaws shave the 20lb and trim both dogs nails. This time 100lb made it clear he did NOT want his nails done. He had never bit anyone but it was definitely a possibility today. Amy did not give up on us. She went and grabbed the muzzle slipping it on him quickly and efficiently! Continuing her task and succeeding. I was amazed. Both times I’ve been there the girls have been pleasant, professional, proficient.TWO THUMBS UP. “Five Stars”. 100% recommended.

I had a wonderful experience here. I brought my 80 pound pit mix in. He is very shy and scared of life. Well I'm sad they didn't have any ramp or anything to get him into the tub, the women behind the counter came right over and offered to help me get him in. We were tucked away in the back, which was great since he's such a pain. The women showed me all the different soaps and had plenty of supplies and towels on hand for me. Thanks for a great experience.

It was really spacious. Each time has walls around it so the dogs won't see each other. This is great because my dog loves to play when he sees another dog.I also have a very large dog. The tubs were big enough and the woman working there gave us a larger collar to hook him up. They also have great soaps, conditioner, cotton balls, a high powered blow drier, towels, and a ramp.We'll be going there again.

I brought my shy 6 year old dog to get her nails clipped. We have never been successful in getting her nails clipped because she gets so scared. Amy did an amazing job and got all nails clipped on our nervous girl! I couldn’t believe it! We have tried other places in the past with our success. We will be back!

I love the Dirty Paw Dog Wash! I've been bringing my dogs here for years. My dog is very anxious about being bathed so I used the large tubs and do it myself. It's always clean and they have all the supplies I need. The owner is very friendly and comforting to my nervous dogs needs in every way. She is also the absolute best at cutting their nails! I've since moved to Portland but still travel back to Windham because we love the personalize service. There is nothing that I don't like about this business it's a solid 5 stars!

so friendly and hopeful it was so easy to take our 178 pound dog in for a wash. The lady even helped us pick him up to put him in when he wouldn't climb up the stairs! We will definitely be back!!

Clean facility with ample parking right outside the door. It is just a dog wash facility and is not located within a pet store. The water is a little cooler than I would prefer to use, and there is not a natural shampoo choice there. Unlike other facilities there are 3 sinks/stations. $18 per use, it is more expensive than the nearest other dog wash, but worth it to never have to wait.

A very convenient place to wash your pup. They definitely tried very hard to accommodate my feisty 96lb Pyr. She wasn't going for it, so I now just wash her myself. The staff was courteous and understanding. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Its a good way to clean the pup.I could have used an extra towel but the attendant disappeared on me .So we cleaned up with one little towel on my big 70lb Golden.She was not digging the blow dryer so I really would have liked an extra towel she came back just in time to get paid though.

Our family has been taking both of our dogs here for the past several years. Sometimes we do it all ourselves, sometimes they help, and other times we ask them to do it all. They are flexible, accommodating and priced fairly acoording to what we want. Top notch service every visit!
