We had a lovely stay here for the eclipse! Very comfortable accommodation with cute moose duvets, multiple charging ports, and a great view of the lake. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. It appeared that housekeeping hadn't 100% finished cleaning when we checked in (used soap in the shower; random ceramic bowl in the sink). I am sure they would have fixed this if we had asked, because the staff was very attentive. Overall, good value, and would stay again!

Only went here because we were originally going to go camping at the state park, but it rained all day and it was very chilly for a summer day. Did we make the right choice! First off the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were remodeled and had a modern feel. The room and bathroom were super clean making me feel right at home. The location was also great as it is a short walk to downtown and the grocery store. The indoor pool was very warm and the hot tub was super relaxing. I highly recommend coming here for a hotel. Just take not the pool does close a little on the early side just at 8 o’clock, so if you want to go swimming make sure you do it as soon as possible.Rooms: Clean and newly renovated recently has a refrigerator and freezer. Newly renovated bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Rooms are super clean as well.

We stayed in the pet friendly room that had enough space, outlets & amenities like the microwave fridge and coffee maker. We slept well, staff was excellent, kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, skied saddleback.. thank you for the great time in Rangeley.

Great place to stay for a weekend or a week. Enjoy the quick access to snowmobile trails in any direction. And after a long day of riding the hot tub is the best place to kick back and relax and warm up of course.

Neat spot right outside of Rangeley village, Near Saddleback.Fun indoor pool and hot tub, I had it all to myself, but it looked like a pool party spot.Snowmobile trail right out the door.Friendly customer service.Only downside was the tv was not formatted to the correction resolution, and the room could use a touch of updating.Overall a good experience, would stay again. Also has pet friendly rooms.

My husband and I recently stayed mid-week to visit to the Rangeley Lake area. Located on the ridge, they do have a nice view of the lake.Rooms: I made the reservation well in advance. We arrived during a shift change. I was given the key to a second floor room but the magic marker number on the back was smudged. When I tried to clarify that I had the right room number, the clerk took the key away and gave me the key room 19. However, Room 19 was a let down. Located at the bottom of the staircase to the second level, we got to hear everyone going up and down the stairs while looking in the window as they passed by. The rooms were updated, but a couple of extra outlets were covered up as a result. This limits the number of outlets for cell phones or other devices.

Our reason for our visit was to eat at The Hungry Trout restaurant . The food is excellent and plenty of it! As you might expect, it's busy any time it's open. Even so, the wait is not long. The staff extremely friendly and thoughtful. Can't wait to go back.Update Jan 2022 - The Hungry Trout is closed. The good news is that the chef has moved to Loon Lodge. Great location and even better food.

CONS: Heat was broken, TV wouldn’t work, toilet wouldn’t stop running...Staff were nice but lots of excuses as to why things weren’t working... “not sure...sometimes the TV doesn’t work. Try unplugging it?” “There should be a heater in there, not sure why it’s not working?” “Sorry, we can’t enter the room to fix the toilet”PROS: super nice staff. The hot water and water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Comfy beds. Room was very clean. Location is amazing and the VIEW can not be beat. The restaurant has really good food and the bartenders were the BEST. All in all... I’d stay here again... as long as there’s heat next time.

Our room was clean and just the right size for our family of four. The pool was also very nice. More importantly, the staff was very warm and helpful. We only stayed for one night but unfortunately some vandals broke one of the side windows of our car (which was parked just outside our room). The staff helped us clean up the mess, contacted the police for us and provided us with some materials to tape up our window. They were also kind enough to offer us a full refund (without us asking). I would definitely stay again and would recommend this place to all.

If you're a snowmobiler, you'll definitely want to read this.I really like it here when I come up.Not only do the rooms look nice and old in a good way, (aged well with a cozy old vibe) but they smell nice, and feel nice in terms of quality of furniture and items in the room. They're always cleaned when you're out riding, and are nicely sized in terms of room for your gear and clothing. The best part is the parking. On the weekends when it's super crowded, they have a huge back lot to put your trailer, and you can park your snowmobiles in front of your room or any parking space if you'd like. During the week when it's quiet, you can park your truck and trailer sideways parallel style in front. The service is great. There is no need to go get the keys at the front desk. They just take your info over the phone, such as your card and phone number, and then leave the room to you when you arrive.Another great part is it is literally right next to the trail that connects the lake to the main line of trail. It really is a good location.Overall the Inn is fantastic, as reservations get booked in advanced. No wonder they're always almost sold out!

Very nice staff, rooms were clean, and hot tub was just what I needed after a long week. My only complaint was the pillows seemed to be encased in some weird plasticky pillow case (the air makes a noise as it escapes!), so that was less than ideal. Oh, well. Price is right, location is good, and view is great. I'd happily stay here again.

We intentionally went to this town because of living near a similarly-named town in Colorado. I'm so glad I picked this place! While we were driving through northern N.H., we got caught in a snow storm that slowed us down. A little after 8pm, I received a call from Marjorie reminding me of the reservation and asking if we were still coming. When I explained the situation and let her know we were still about an hour away, she gave me our room number and said she would turn on the heat and leave our room unlocked with the key inside. When we arrived, the room was warm and welcoming, had a very clean odor, and was in great condition. It looked like they either recently did a thorough reno or they just keep up with the paint and cleaning unlike most places I've been. I can't say whether the rooms are soundproof due to the fact that we went on a Sunday night in the off season, so there were only 2 other cars in the lot and I don't think they put us in adjoining rooms because it was super quiet. The ladies who I checked out with the next morning were really friendly and helpful. All in all, this was 5 stars, and I will stay there again if I find myself in the area again.
