Our family stayed for three days, and it was one of the best vacations. The cabin was so cozy even during snow time, it was very spot on clean, complete utensils and appliances, basically like a complete home. Resort is near the town’s supermarket and to the town itself. Lot’s of activities to do around the area and nearby towns. The owners and staff are so nice and very warm in welcoming visitors even doing some recommendations where to eat and go for activities. Hoping to come back again, this time on summer.Rooms: Rooms are so clean, things are very well arranged. Spot on!Nearby activities: Lots of nearby activities, reception has some list and flyers to go through some of the good ones.Safety: Safe to walk around the area.Walkability: Walkability around the lake and nearby aupermarketNoteworthy details: Cabin is very clean, warm and cozy.

Stayed here 2 nights while skiing at Saddleback Mountain. We had a 2 bedroom cabin. It was very cozy and met our needs. I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell and the kitchen smelled a little like wet dog but no one else could smell it. Overall, no issues, beautiful area, friendly staff and reasonably priced. The hot tub was super crowded the night we went there and closed super early each night. That would be my only other complaint. Really pretty area though.

Our family of 4 (plus our large dog) really enjoyed our recent stay here. We did an exchange through Interval and stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin. We ended up only using the 2 downstairs bedrooms because our kids are little and I didn't feel comfortable being in the master upstairs while they were downstairs. It worked out great. The cabin has everything you need and the full sized washer and dryer are a big plus. The only "complaint" I have is that there was no vacuum cleaner or broom in our cabin which would have been useful with two kids and a dog. Otherwise, everything was great. It's very quiet and peaceful, the lake was a short walk from where we were, the pool was small but nice and there is a little playground for the kids. The surrounding area was nice, pretty views, great hikes, decent restaurants. Definitely a chilled out, relaxing vacation. Loved that they allow dogs too!

Well appointed kitchens.Nearby activities: Enjoy the beauty of the area, Smalls Falls, Height of the Land, Moose AlleyWalkability: It's a bit of a walk to go off property

It's an excellent location. You can walk quiet dirt roads on the property down to the lake. There is a dock. There is abundant wildlife. You'll likely see deer.Main Street is a short drive & there is an IGA nearby. The cabins are spacious. Comfortable for 6, if 4 don't mind sharing a queen. Other room is 2 twins. There are 2 baths, one shower only & 1 with tub shower. The decor is getting on in years, as are the kitchen cooking implements & coffee brewer. You might want to pack some of your favorite kitchen things, particularly skillets. Adequate dishes & glasses. The main lodge is nice, though we didn't check out the pool & hot tub this year.Staff are very responsive, if you run into issues. All in all, great place to stay.

This rental cabin was perfect for us and Ike, our dog. We were near Saddleback for skiing and downtown for a meal at night. Thinking of having the kids get their own cabin so we can all have winter fun together. There is an indoor pool and indoor hot tub which we enjoyed. I loved being able to warm up a meal for the first night and the ability to have coffee in front of the fire in the morning.Nearby activities: Visit Sarge's sports bar for a meal.

On vaca, it would have been nice to come back to a/c but you learn to adjust. Spend your whole day outside the cabin and in the cool lake or enjoying the many sights Rangley has to offer! Staff are very helpful. Love the indoor pool and jacuzzis. Love hearing the loons and frogs and seeing fireflies and deer! Still looking to see moose!

Well maintained resort. Friendly staff, kid friendly, swimming pool and small hot tub. We had a two bedroom two bathroom cabin (half of a duplex). Single story with all the conveniences of home including a fireplace and two TV’s with Direct TV. Recommend this place for families and couples. Weather cold in mid October but foliage outstanding all around. Lake access with benches on the docks. Campfire place with firewood nearby.

I've been coming here for almost 20 years. The cabins are great. Beds are very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The hot tubs are ok - and that's why I only give 4 stars. The hot tubs are small- 4 person but honestly 4 is very cozy!! They are not hot enough- temp said 104 but that doesn't match up to other hot tubs I've experienced. I wish the hot tubs were bigger and an outside hot tub would be a great addition. I always look forward to our annual trip.

Why is this timeshare listed as a 2 star hotel? It's a private cabin with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, laundry in the unit, a bbq, private parking off-street Each cabin had it's own 1/4 acre lot, fireplace, porch and two bathrooms! Allegedly there is no way to advocate for more stars, but the ammenities are amazing also! Institute pool, games, air hockey, pool table, lake access, kayaks, canoes, a sauna... Amazing location and incredible customer service! By the way, dogs are allowed

Not your grandmother's cabin! We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath that was as great as any condo I have ever rented. The heat came on during a chilly night and was very effective. We made full use of the kitchen and charcoal grill. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils. They even had linen napkins and placemats. Is should be noted that pet friendly means dogs only so plan accordingly if you have purr balls. We enjoyed the pool and spa and fishing on the dock. Great getaway!

I've stayed here with my good friend's family twice now. Each time the cabins have been pristine and well furnished with necessities. Both the interior and exterior of the cabins are rustic and beautiful. I have not directly dealt with the faculty but have only heard good things about the people here.

Our first time and enjoyed it. First off the cabins are well appointed and clean. Location is convenient to central Rangeley and trail center and the slopes. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

We had a beautiful 3 bedroom log cabin that was cozy with a fireplace. There were a couple of stains on the carpet in the living area, but overall clean and nice. The two bedrooms on the main floor were chilly even after we turned up the heat. I used the extra blanket provided and was happy that I did. Only televisions were in the main living area and the master bedroom. It would have been nice to have them in the other bedrooms too, Staff nice and gave us good information on what to see and do, They definately need a light on the outside of the cabin at at the parking area. It's pitch dark and not too safe with the large rocks there. They also need a railing on the outside steps. It was icy a couple of times and a bit un nerving trying to go up or down the steps.

The cabins were cold during the winter. You had to buy logs to toss into the fireplace to keep warm. The blankets smelled off but overall cozy. There is not a whole lot to do in the area. The staff are friendly though.

Saw lots of wildlife. Cabins are log and comfortable. We were not right on the water but rented a pontoon for 2 days and enjoyed the lake. Loved the big porch to sit outside and relax. Enjoyed a relaxing quiet vacation. And yes, there is WiFi.

The rooms were nice, although the hot water didn't last very long and they only provided 1 small bottle of shampoo and no conditioner. The club house is nice; they have a pool, two hot tub, and a sauna as well as a billiards table, air hockey, and a couple video games. All in all it was a good experience.

Second time staying here. A low key resort near everything. Houses are lovely log looking homes with everything you need. Main lodge has coffee daily, swimming, sauna and hit tubs with a view. A short walk to the amazing lake. Lovely

Beautiful cabins, quiet. They have a pool and a hot tub, but not in use, bec. of Covid19. Theres a lot to do here in the summer as well as the winter months. A lot of people snowmobile and use ATVs. My hubby and i stay busy in Nov. with geocaching. Its been beautiful to do this hobby with no snow. The weather was in the high 60's!

Great place to relax. My husband and I stayed the first week of October. When we arrived there was a mix-up with our reservation--not the resort's fault and Steve and Charyssa were wonderful in getting it resolved and us settled with little problem. Knowledgeable and helpful with places to see. Lovely town and we loved out cabin.

It is a very well run establishment, I have stayed here multiple times in a few different cabins, and they are all very nice and cozy in my opinion. And it's always fun to go into the pool in the main check in lodge.
