Not impressed with how I was followed around as though i was suspected o.d'd stealing. I spend a lot of money in this store and didnt appreciate the fact that your employees were playing shadow games trying to not be obvious that they were following me everywhere I went. P.s they aren't very discreet at sneaking around. Probably wont go back to this location ever again 0/10 would not reccomend. P.s not enough Milwaukee products

we have had a terrible time getting our purchases delivered! Bought a frig that was in stock and it got sold again before delivery, bought another frig along with some other items for delivery and the frig came but the other things didn't so now we have to find a way to get these items. Very unsettling

I forgot to use the “I’m On my way!” Link on my online ordering email but I don’t think it would have mattered since returns and online pickups was sharing the same long queue. However, I was graced with the professional and friendly Keith who retrieved my order and loaded it into my vehicle. Great service!!

Whoever the young kid was that thought he was helping me messed up, I asked for bluebird so I go to look and he showed me so I asked if I could pay for it then pick it up later, we go to register I had few items besides that. I wanted to pay cash, he says no cash just card so I ran my card I only had enough for 2 items. Then I ran my other card for blue board. I told him I'd be back next day to get it. Needless to say he didn't put it down that I was getting it later so it looked like I took it with me then. It wasn't possible I was in a car. So few days go by an I bring my receipts with me witch I had lost one but they should be able to pull it up with my number what they sold that day I gave them the exact time and date. But they where insisted that I didn't even buy it. So I'm out blue board cause this guy didn't do his job....

It was so boring in there I almost died I choked some and went to the hospital and got a nail stuck in my throat that fell from the ceiling when I was looking up in boredom I spoke to the manager and then he smacked my face saying shut up and go buy something and then I went and bought a fairy dress from the lumber aisle. Then I went home and ordered a fridge and these two beaners were speaking Spanish in front of my face. One of the associates wasn't much help in the returns and I wondered why until I realized it wasn't a woman 😬 rather go to Dollar tree and get my supplies there.

This Store is AMAZING now with the New Management! TJ Is an Excellent Manager and I've seen this store do a Complete 360 in just a couple months! The new Management really has a handle on things! Great Store! And Ask for any discounts they are always willing to work something out or they have a ton of promotions going on!

It is what it is ... Not typically in a hurry but I was this time... I don't usually place my orders on the app, but I did the night before and going in to pick up my product they had all the useless things of my order that I added because I was chasing one specific thing. Specifically balusters for a handrail and the app took my order and said it was ready and waiting. When I got there they failed to tell me they had everything except for what I truly needed. Customer service couldn't help me and sent me on my way. By time I got to my truck I said, " I wonder". The app said it had five cases. Sure enough I went back there, and they were on the floor right where they should be. Had I gone home and not been able to finish, I would have been a bit more pissed. Now I'm pissed like they forgot to give you a straw at KFC with your meal. More or less aggravated because someone didn't do their job correctly. Pissed mostly because the app said they had them, the picker didn't pick them, nobody let me know that they didn't have the product I needed, and they still sent me a text saying that my order was complete and ready for pickup. Aggravating but it's Lowe's, and it is what it is

Customer service is an absolute joke! One person working at all times doing five different tasks. Inventory online does not reflect in-store inventory. Been waiting 3 months for windows they said they had in stock!

I don't even know what to say. This is the absolute worst Lowes I've ever had to go to. I only go when it would cost me more money to not go. Most everything is cheaper on Amazon if you can wait a week or so for delivery. There is also a Tractor Supply and SW Collins available in the area.There are some really amazing underpaid and overworked staff in the Garden Center and Lumbar section.Management seems to skate by with this overall ritualistic poor customer service due to the "labor shortage" and the fact the location around the store is a dying town/county. This store would have been taken over by corporate if it was located elsewhere.Prices frequently don't match the stickers/shell labels. When this happens you can pay the higher price or you can walk back to the shelf, take a picture with your smart phone, show the cashier, and then listen to them audibly sigh.They don't honor their corporate price matching policy.I don't think the floor staff is treated or paid well.Online ordering requires an extra step at this store: Call the "Pro Desk" and let them know you ordered. If you call the main store number they probably won't answer.Frequent technology issues (causing major delays in check out) with no corporate support.

This store has been a great experience till recently , they are usually very good at guiding customer to the appropriate isle , but recently I purchased a washer and dryer set, they called me the day of the delivery to tell me it won’t be possible cause there has been a recall on the dryer. Well that’s understandable so I let it go, even those they could have probably called me ahead of time not the same day my set was supposed to be delivered . I went back two or three weeks later to purchased a different set , and I received a call the day before the delivery saying that because of the snow storm there has been a delay and the dryer won’t be delivered from the warehouse, they said they will call me Tuesday to let me if it has arrived. Some one named Chris called me today Tuesday the 17th and didn’t even apologize, he said we don’t have the dryer it will be another two weeks . I got upset for the misinformation, I was told the dryer was already in the warehouse, now it’s not ?At what point someone will be held accountable for playing with people’s time? He was very layback which it bothered because that’s not how you called someone that spent over 1400 in appliances like is not a big deal.I asked him for his last name he refused , then I asked for his employee number which by law he is obligated to identify, he refused , he said I’m not about to give you my personal information, I said I’m not asking you for nothing else than your is Number.Very unkind , he was rude or screamed at me , it was he lack of care that did it .I wish they were more responsible and professional when dealing with situations like this .

Ventured to Lowes to gather some paint and supplies and found everything we needed with relative ease. Was a little sad to use the self check out as only one cashier station was opened and they were pretty busy.

I purchased a 2000 Refrigerator and we set you delivery. They where suppose to call the night before , NO CALL. We went back to Lowe's they tell us we are the last delivery for the day after 12 noon and they will call when there on there way . No Call! They showed up at 11 AM NO call no refrigerator. I call the store to find out what happened the head cashier John was extremely rude yelling at me in the phone telling me no call the night before no delivery . I tried to explain what happened he basically told me to shut up then told me he would not deal with me and sent me to Amanda the supervisor! Mandy tells me the same thing no call the night before no delivery I again tried to explain she screams at me MAam Ma'am Ma'am shut up no call no delivery oh yes they did show up at 11 am so ill give u your money back . We had no refrigerator and the customer service could care less all she cared about was thw sale. I will NeVER shop there again. Horrible store! Angry people working there with no suoervision.

My online text response said someone would be out shortly with my order but no time frame so I sat & waited until I saw a blue shirt worker loading a vehicle. He kindly got my order.

Purchased washer dryer from Rae in Appliance Dept. So resourceful, pleasant, fun girl. Day appliances were supposed to be delivered we had a snowstorm w/poor visibility. Once they arrived at my home, they got stuck in my driveway but did get themselves out. Told told them to return later after I had my driveway clean out. They Saud they were now off schedule so they couldn't return. In the evening I called and talked to a girl Sarah. She rescheduled another day for me although she didn't wrk in appliances. Sweet and helpful..impressed w//employees at Lowes. Not my first time.

This place has everything for your home improvements as well as just some basic every day items. The decorations for holidays never disappoint. The store can feel overwhelming sometimes when you walk in. Follow the signs and if all else fails ask a member of the friendly staff to help you.

Go ask for help in lawn and garden, or try to go get a z turn or something from there.... actually just try to get an employee to just be able to help you. Then see if we don't rate this store a one or two

This store needs to stop stocking plants, as they don't water them and they lose over 50% due to neglect. I will not shop in their garden center again as it disgusts me to see beautiful, fresh plants arrive in Spring, then within a week or so, half are dying or dead with dried up plants in pots that have no moisture. This is second year that I've found this happening. This year I went to buy soil, and noticed racks of dead plants once again. Two employees were sitting chatting by cash register as I entered. I asked why the plants weren't being watered since they were dying from lack of water. One employee replied "tell them to hire more staff; we're short three employees."I was upset by the attitude, as well as the disregard for whether the plants lived or died. I will go to Lowe's for tools and hardware needs, but the gardening department needs a shake-up of personnel before I will shop there again.

I was very clear that I needed to cover 45 Sq ft hallway (4.5' x 10') with carpet pad. Lowes charged me for a 54 square ft roll (labeled 6' X 9'). Halfway through installation I found that the roll was only 37.3 Sq ft (5'8" X 6'7"). So, they way over charged me and I don't live near by, so the trip to correct this is still going to cost me a lot more , in time and money, than I can deal with right now.

Was ready to leave the store until Asher from the garden center happened to stumble by and help me! So thankful for this employee I hope you guys treat him well! I was about to leave and willing to drive two hours to get the materials I needed and he changed the whole outcome. I will continue to do business here because of him! Kind very helpful and probably gave me the best experience I ever had shopping at a hardware store! Thank you Asher for all the help!

Seniors beware! The worst. The very worst. The worst Lowe's, the worst employees, the worst services in general, no doubt a result of lack of competition. Customer service is nothing but rude. Lowe's is having a hard time finding employees, and as such, the ones they do have are now emboldened to be rude to the very people responsible for their business. The ladies working customer service this very morning were absolutely rude and ignorant, taunting, mocking, and harassing, close to threatening, a (now "ex") white haired 80 year old customer because he had the "audacity" to point out he had been waiting a very long time while the ladies working the counter were busy with their heads together talking nonsense about another employee.Home Depot, please come back.

Who wants to shop in a place where employees follow you around every chance you get to assume that you're stealing stuff when you're actually spending a lot of money there but no they can continue to follow their customers around the store just kind of embarrassing and it is it doesn't make any sense it's stupid to do that cuz I no longer shop there so if you're looking to shop at Lowe's don't go to this one

Bought two appliances not to far from one another in time frame. Was led to believe that if we took the 5% at the register, with the promotion going on for the summer savings it would be 12 months interest free. That's not the case at all we will end up paying a lot more then we should all because of misguided employees. Definitely will be rethinking about using them on future big purchases. Buyer beware do the math don't listen to the employees. They can't even find your account on the computer.
