I was there today and the woman clerk behind the counter in the pharmacy should be ashamed of her behavior. I witnessed her in a manner that would never be appropriate for a Walgreens employee. She yelled screamed raised her arms flailing about was his 2nd insurance . Furthermore I heard her violate HIPAA laws twice. If corporate doesn't hear this and if the manager of the pharmacy does not follow through this will be taken further action for I am a bizstanding customer and this is not appropriate behavior for any Walgreens employee

I visit this location several times a week and the staff is consistently helpful and friendly both in the store and the pharmacy. The store is clean and fairly well stocked. I don’t understand the bad reviews….

Super friendly staff! That pharmacy is a powerhouse! Even when they are short staffed I always get my prescription. True hard workers behind that counter. Sometimes you just need to be patient for things. That way you don’t get upset like the rest of these fools with one star Rating. Cynthia is always so efficient and friendly, she always is looking out for me and putting in coupons so I don’t have to pay the full price. You rock Cynthia.

Pharmacy staff here has used gaslighting and dismissive behavior in filling my HRT script for the past eleven days. today an attempt was made at ten thirty to administrator my medication to me in a different method and dosage than what was prescribed by my doctor. i called my old Walgreens across the promenade and they will have my script ready in roughly twelve hours.don't accept this kind of mistreatment. this is not "care" and it is not appropriate

I love my Walgreens I love all the friendly workers and cashier's there always great to see and speak to and helpfull the store is always clean and they remember a lot of people's names and they are always friendly with my kids and my dog Robin is super nice and very good at helping people and I apreaciate his hard work

I've been coming to this Walgreens for a couple years now and they have the slowest Pharmacy I've ever seen. They take time and move like turtles. I made man appts and always have over a hour wait. My simple Flu shot appt took them a hour t figure out. I'd avoid this location if possible.

The hours are always changing and they are chronically understaffed. Please update your hours of operation online to make it accurate!!!The staff are always friendly and they seem like they are doing their best, but this location is terribly mismanaged.

You need to get with doordash and figure out your opening hours and your inventory. I’ve order and driven doordash from Walgreens and I don’t know where the problem is but it never goes well for customer or driver….

CLOSE THIS LOCATION. Having a pharmacy so close to me is great, except when they're literally NEVER OPEN. Shut this location down, there are too many Walgreens in Portland anyway.
