Phenomenal gelato! Can only get better gelato in Italy itself. Friendly and helpful staff. What unique flavors! Since it was October they were offering pumpkin and it's just incredible, tastes just like a pumpkin pie. All the flavors are amazing. This is a **must stop ** if you are in the mood for a cold dessert downtown Portland.

Best place in Portland to taste good gelato. They give you the option to taste the samples before you buy. The smallest cup can have 2 flavors and they give generous amount of gelato just for 3.50$ or so.Highly recommended

The ice cream was soft and creamy; I had the stracciatella and the house chocolate and I liked both. The man at the counter was amicable, sweet, and knew how to do his job. It was a bit loud inside but not too much.Parking: There’s a parking lot just down the street that only charges $7 for 30 minutes to an hour. Not much street parking.

Amazing gelato. Great texture. No cloying feeling on the taste buds after the gelato melted. Great flavors. My wife and kid shared the lemon and mango. I got sweet regursam and Maine blueberry crisp. Wow! Everything was fantastic. Make this a priority to check out. And the service was terrific. 2 ladies handled a crowd with ease and composure.

Love gelato fiasco. So many great flavors and a really good variety of dairy free, which is awesome. The staff there this weekend was super nice as well. They have a special pup cup for dogs, which we loved. The little patio is great, just a few small tables and chairs. Great for people watching while enjoying an amazing treat.

The two girls working today were super super nice and had excellent customer service! I’m usually shy to ask for too many samples but they were very welcoming and encouraging of giving as many as we wanted. The gelato also tasted incredible, would definitely recommend visiting when coming to Maine!!

Gelato and service were excellent. The only ice cream place I've been to where you can mix and match however you like (we had a cup of thin mint and hazelnut with just a bit of chocolate)

They are NOT stingy with the servings here. They will pack and overfill your cup til the point where you’re getting 2x what you expect.It was busy late at night (possibly because it was one of the only places open) but probably because it’s delicious. Nice staff, too.

Excellent creamy, light, authentic gelato and good espresso.I tried strawberry balsamic and raspberry gelati and dark chocolate sorbet - all were excellent. I wish they added some of the authentic Gelateria flare and offered Euro-style sundaes.Also, the name they gave their business isn't deserved, it'd be fair to call it Victoria instead. 😉

A must stop if your in the mood for a cold desert. Right next to five guys so you can’t miss it. Best gelato I’ve had in a while. Two small bowls will set you back $11 but it’s ooh so worth it. Staff was very friendly and place very well kept. Is definitely visit again.

One of my favorite gelato experiences outside of Italy. We got two small cups, which were generously filled: (1) lemon blueberry cheesecake and (2) mascarpone caramel pistachio. Both flavors were rich, creamy, and lived up to expectations based on their descriptions. I especially enjoyed the latter, which was packed with nuts and ribbons of caramel.Service was fast and friendly. Plus they let you sample before buying!
