***** This shop is fantastic! The employees are knowledgeable and offer solid advice on products, or similar products if the item sought isn't available. I received detailed help from the manager, Phil, in regards to purchasing my first RDA and the necessary gear to get started doing my own builds. I love the vast variety of juices, and how there is always a new brand or flavor to try. Not to mention, the hours make it super convenient for me to pop in around my fluctuating work/play schedule. Bought a disposable vape 2 days ago. Before purchasing the associate had me try it out to make sure it worked, which was a unique experience and I found a bit odd, and to my surprise the vape did not work. The associate didn’t seem all that surprised and handed me another one to try. This one worked, but I should’ve followed my gut and asked for a refund altogether, because here we are 2 days later and the $34 vape has stopped working. Went back and spoke to the same associate who helped me initially and was very unhelpful, saying she could not do anything for me per the owner. Literally never write negative reviews but when a local business isn’t there to help it’s local patrons, it’s a big no for me. And judging by other reviews this place has a reputation for this kind of thing - absolutely won’t be returning.

Came in for a new mod, but was worried about pricing as retail stores are always a bit more. However, Ryan was so much help I was happy to give my business to them. Couldn't beat the pricing or experience anywhere! 10/10 experience!

So the one upside of the place and about the only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because their selection is massive. That being said, their prices are almost 1.5-2x what you would pay just about anywhere else. Went to get one of the Bang disposable vapes. After tax it would have been over $30. Standard price for these are $20 and in a few places I’ve found them 2 for $20. Then there is the cbd, you can get 1000 mg carts at many head shops for around $30-$40, here, almost $70. I understand this is a small shop paying a premium for their location, and if you don’t like the prices, you don’t have to buy here. But honestly, unless you like being vastly overcharged, I would highly suggest shopping around just a little bit before settling here.

I love going to Lucky Juju. The customer service is excellent. Mr. Ryan was warm, welcoming, and had amazing product knowledge. I was amazed by resourceful information that I gathered from this man in a short period of time. He was very minful of the new customers that came in after me without ignoring me or them. Due to Ryan I will come back again. Thank you for the bowl and the service Ryan!!!!

This place is awful. I bought a smok g150 mod from this place. It stopped working after one day. I called numerous times to speak with the owner or a manager and that never happened. I drove back to the store, which is over an hour away for me. Just to have the guy working the counter call the owner and have him tell me to call the company.... so here I am. Out $100 dollars after one day of use. Terrible business and only out to make a buck. After they have your money it's screw the customer.

scumbags! should be hereinafter reference as BAD juju!! purchased a 510 battery first was quote $55 I am shocked at price but I accept as he let me in after close he then rings me up at $65 I still give him the cash as it is a nice battery! day later I look up price up of the retailer website! price was $25 for same exact model. no matter how small; do no support this establishment.

Went in with friends to buy a new mod and when we tested it in store there were problems. Tank refused to sit properly, leaking and what seemed to be just a general defective model. The guy working the counter about lost his cool because we asked him to refund or exchange the mod for another saying his manager was going to "flip on him." When we finally got him to call the manager, we were able to get another tank base to help with the issue. The guy made it quite clear how he was "giving it to us for free" as though getting an additional piece but not fixing the original issue was going to somehow make it ok. Well, fast forward three weeks later and the issues are still the same and now the mod won't even charge properly. I've been vaping for 5 years and I've never had such an issue with a mod or with a company/employee giving basic customer service.Also, I never was given a receipt nor was I allowed to sign for my card. The guy who swiped it on the store square "signed it for me to make it easier" which is the most b.s. illegal crap. I should have known better from the get go. Looks like Lucky Juju is more like an unlucky no no.

I retract my previous review to replace it with this. They're selling knock offs, I bought a UWELL Crown ( supposes to be one of the best tanks on the market ) and it lasted 2 months of average use and is now toast. Other tanks work on my battery but the " crown " gives me the check atomizer error. When I called and asked I got runaround BS, where I should have received customer service, I received nonsense. Don't waste your time or money here.

The torch I bought from them is not working (not staying lit) after ONE DAY.Not cheap for the glass - 53.77 purchase for a plain glass dabber, plain quartz nail and the torch.Brand of torch is 'special blue.'Update: 10 days after torch purchase, it no longer works. butane comes out of the adjustment gauge for the flame. fun.Go elsewhere.

I went in lucky juju just to look around waste a little time and Ryan ended up going above and beyond to find a new vape flavor that I love! Thank you for being sensitive to my likes and keeping in mind my budget. I think the rest of the staff should be taking tips from Ryan . He is great with all customers and kept an upbeat positive attitude! He was able to wait on multiple customers all while finding me the perfect liquid!! Thanks lucky juju and thank you Ryan !

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I purchased a PAX vaporizer from the shop a few years ago, and it stopped functioning so I contacted PAX directly to see if it was still under warranty. I came to find that the PAX I purchased was a counterfeit. When I called the shop, I spoke with the manager who was apologetic, but otherwise of no help whatsoever. I cannot say for sure that they sold me a counterfeit knowingly or not, however as a consumer having spent 200+ dollars on that piece of equipment, I would hope that they would have more to offer me then an empty apology. I asked the manager to speak to the owners to see if they would be willing to do anything for me, but they have left me high and dry. I was told there had been a change of management, but I believe the ownership is still the same and I would not recommend to anyone shopping at a store where counterfeit products have been sold

Forget this place. Don't read the other reviews. Don't listen to the apologies or whatever they tell you.Recently purchased a Kangertech Starter kit and a battery. I am brand new to vaping so I was unaware of what a "clone" was and the item you may have purchased might not be authentic. So after using the device, I was told if I checked the authenticity. I said no , and that is when I was informed of about clones. Turns out my purchase was in fact a clone. I brought it back to the store today and the man I gathered was the owner of the store, came right out and stated with a little attitude in his voice, that he "sells both originals and clones."Long story short -he sold me some cheap knock off and that was the end of that -then he actually thought I would be interested in buying juice there and showed me some items.really, I just was openly told he sold me a knock off and then expected to give him more money.There is a nice shop in westbrook, Google it - go there, this place is what gives local business a bad name, actually any business in America a bad name.I take responsibility, don't get me wrong, in not doing all my research and I accept that, however this is the first time ever, in my 40 years I actually took the time to write a review. I did this so no one else will have to have the same experience.You should have at very least, told the customer you sold both and put the option in their hands, but you didn't. Shame on you.Thank You

I had the best experience yesterday at Lucky JuJu. My old e-cigarette had died and I needed a whole new vape set, but didn't know what I wanted, apart from not wanting something overly boxy and heavy.I spent a good deal of time talking with Ryan, going over different vapes and how they worked. He found me the perfect vape within my budget that was powerful, light-weight, and designed well. It was actually the one he uses himself, which was reassuring and it gave me more thorough answers to the questions I had.He spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect liquid for me (which can be difficult, as I'm particular about flavor) and was patient and helpful as I took the time to smell everything I was interested in before making a choice. He even gave me a recommendation for where to find body jewelry in the area, which was my next errand.I'd definitely recommend Lucky JuJu to anyone in the vape market. They had an above-and-beyond selection of vapes, glass, liquid, and many other things. If the rest of the staff are like Ryan, their customer service is top-notch. The prices are more than reasonable, too; I looked at some other shops, and I got a new vape, a set of atomizers, and a 60ml bottle of liquid for the same price that another place quoted me for just a vape, tank, and batteries. I've been to a lot of smoke shops, but I haven't found one that had a better selection, a more knowledgeable staff, and the right price for the product. Definitely stop by! You'll be delighted.

I have been in and out of many of the shops in Portland, Maine offering similar products, but Lucky Jujus has been the only one I've actually stayed in --the quantity AND quality of items they offer is overwhelming in a good way. Despite how much they have, their staff is knowledgeable about each item. They're helpful with not only reviewing stuff in the store that they've personally used, but showing demonstrations as well. If there's ever something they don't have they'll look to adding it to the store!Not to mention their crazy vape juice selection! Not only do they have the largest selection I've seen, but the guy with glasses said he quit smoking to start vaping and has made amazing flavor recommendations for me, and seems to have tried them all!If you want high quality but also with great customer service go to Juju :)

If Ryan was not in the picture, I would give Lucky Juju 6 stars. Unfortunately, he does work there. I have yet to have an interaction with him that leaves me pleased with his "customer service". More like "disservice". On the multiple occasions I have had to deal with him, I have been ignored, dismissed, or have been told that I'm wrong (regarding my desire to purchase a specific device).Phil, on the other hand, is a delight. He takes the time to try and find out what I am looking for, and does his utmost to provide a wonderful experience.TLDR: Phil deserves six stars, Ryan merits none.

Customer service sucks, The cashier would rather just flirt with the female Patrones That come in. Spent 30 minutes waiting just to buy a couple of bowls. Then realized I could walk down the block and buy a bowl within three minutes at blazing ace. Which i did since I wasn’t going to wait any longer. Would not recommend lucky juju to anyone until they have better customer service, or at least another cashier.

Despite some of the questionable reviews that seem off and strange I defiantly recommend giving these guys your business.I walked in after purchasing an arctic tank that lasted no more than 2 days. I tried everything to trouble shoot it at home but I then realized that I needed to have some gurus take a peak at it because I was stumped. Almost immediately I was spoken too and I began a conversation which both proved to be pleasant but also productive because I was telling the friendly fella what was going on with my tank and the coils. In spite of the terrible reviews that seem to be stemming from a local competitor and not actual customers I had a wonderful experience with these guys and they seem to actual CARE about there customers.I walked out of there with a fresh working tank, seemed like the one I had had a factory fault to it (along with the other brand new models they had) and a sense of satisfaction which I can tell you, the other vape shop never gave me this sense of accomplishment and excitement any of the times I went there.You guys have a life long customer and I recommend some of the other people who were scared by the troll comments to pop in so that they get the taste of the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and EXCELLENCE that I experience there on the regular. LOVIN LUCKY JUJU!!!

They have many products, as would most head shops, but when it comes to quality don't trust them!!! I have purchased multiple products which have lasted only a few months at the most. I purchased a nice $180 water pipe with dual male and female down stem, and after a few days the stand broke off. and later the the male down stem broke from just normal use. I am a very cautious person when it comes to taking care of any glass product. I was enraged and never bought another piece from them again. I did continue to buy vape products from them because of their wide variety. But later I discovered they were selling fake batteries for mod vapes. This really pissed me off and I stopped going back. Awear is much better when it comes to a head shop, they offer more unique local blown glass. If you are into vaping go the Old Port Vapes store which has many experienced employers that provide amazing costumer service. I don't trust Lucky JuJu, first being, they don't have any quality control so your more likely to get ripped off and end up buying a cheap clone. Second. their costumer service is horrible. They only have one person running the store at a time. This can make purchasing a longer process. They also have no return policy also so its really sketchy.

TERRIBLE!! This place has a really unfriendly customer return policy. I purchased my first vape from these guys and after using it 4-5 times it stopped working. I didn't misuse it, drop it, or bang it.I brought it in to get serviced or for instructions on how to exchange it.The customer service stopped when i walked through the door. They said no refunds, no returns, no exchanges. It was the same guy who sold it to me. He knew exactly who I was. He saw the condition of the vape.I got one of those "my boss says we can't take returns.""When's the boss come in? I asked?"Oh he never comes in."Don't shop here. They only want to sell high priced vapes to out of towners visiting Portland for the weekend.

Best vape shop around!!! I went to over three and they where unhelpful and rude felt way out of place and unwanted. But when I walked into juju the employee Ryan not only was polite and helpful helped me find the juice I wanted, gave me lot good info. Even spotted me 30 cents and the selection is by far the biggest I've seen and prices are good. I highly recommend.

I use to buy kratom from this store at least 3 times a week for about a year. They personally knew who I was. After a while my bag of kratom capsules were missing 5 to 15 pills each time. When I brought it to their attention they told me to come in the next day and they would give me a free bag of kratom pills. When I went in the next day they treated me like I was lying, they were very rude and refused to honor what they had said just the night before. I then found a store in Lewiston called AFTER HOURS SMOKE SHOP and I was amazed. The lucky juju charges $37 for a bag of 30g kratom. After hours smoke shop only charged $15 for 30g and they give you a discount if you become a regular. Not to mention the jujus quality of their products is cheap, over priced and NOT WORTH IT. I will never return to the lucky juju. If you want great customer service and good prices go to AFTER HOURS SMOKE SHOP. Don't be swindled the lucky juju

The selection is fairly diverse. Relatively nice and helpful staff. The prices are a bit steep though. But considering the location it is not surprising the prices are so high. Overall and aside from the need to have deep pockets to shop there, a mostly pleasant experience and a product line not found elsewhere in the area, which is nice.
