We picked up some things while in the area. This store had everywhere needed. It was clean and well stocked.We did not know the area and required a map program to navigate our way to and from due to the unusual traffic pattern.

I try not to use this Hannaford. The quality of the product is excellent, especially deli items and the deli service is terrific. BUT I work similar retail!! Hearing co-workers bickering and being rude to one another in the next aisle is poor training and management. Some of these incidents involve surpervisors [ yep I read name tags]. I have experienced this frequently and will travel out of my way if I have time to visit another Hannaford.

Fine hotel dining served fresh! Easily the best, sweetest and least expensive lobster we had on our vacation.We snagged 4 lobsters and the deli steamed them for free in about 20 minutes. Once back at the hotel we microwaved a stick of butter and went to town. The lobsters were steamed perfectly.Grocery store, itself, was clean and layout was easy to find what we needed.

Sorry for not being able to post any pictures. I thought I took some but can’t find them in my phone. Anyway the Hannaford experience was pretty good. The store was clean. Spaced out a little weird it at least was something I wasn’t used to. I’m used to a competitors setup called S&S. Honestly one wasn’t better than the other just different. Hannaford seemed a little smaller but the selection was excellent. The folks that worked there didn’t greet us in anyway but neither do the others at any other similar brand. The best part was the prices. They where so much cheaper. I was actually amazed at how much cheaper the prices where. The total shocked me. The parking lot was a good size. One thing I did notice they seemed to have allot of carts randomly around the lot in the way of other cars. The guy next to me had to get out and move one so he could park. Nothing wrong with a little exercise but two problems with this. The people that used them last are rude and lazy. Second the store needs more people out there gathering them up for those lazy people.

They have a lot of items I like that Shaws does not carry. Ie: Key lime noosa yogurt, orange noosa yogurt, 1/2 chicken 1/2 mushroom soup (Campbell's), red currant jelly - just to name a few. I like their pharmacy also. They may take a little longer to process my prescriptions, but at least they HAVE what I need on hand whereas Walmart SAYS it will be ready then say oops don't have it don't know when it will be in.

Frankly it's a bit ridiculous that I could not get hot food at dinner time. I arrived at about 5:15 pm, just after I'd left work, and everything was gone and had been shut down. There are no signs anywhere or any information on their website indicating that the hours there were different than the rest of the store. If your store is open, the entirety of your store needs to be open.

I placed a pick up for baby formula. Called ahead just before leaving to make sure they had the correct formula. They said yes the containers were blue. One large and one small. He said they didn’t have 2 large cans so they put one small and one large. I drove 50 minutes to pick them up. I arrived they brought the bag out and I decided to look and there were 2 small yellow cans. I can’t believe that person didn’t even bother to look. People don’t care today! So I paid for gas, tolls and the guy at hannaford was like oh well I’ll just refund you. Didn’t really care. At least they could have checked other stores offered to help in some way. What a disappointment for a Hannaford. It was the store by the Maine Mall. Shame on them!!!! I thought they cared more, I guess I was wrong!

Affordable, well organized, friendly staff. I love the way they group organic / natural foods. It makes them easier to find. Their selection of hand cut meats and fish is great! The produce is fresh and displayed in an appealing way. I enjoy shopping here.

Selection, selection, selection! As a visitor to the area, this location represented only my second experience with this regional chain. I was quite pleased with both the affordable prices and the wide variety of items available. This chain would definitely give the large chains in my hometown some really heavy competition.

Good selections, could use more human checker. Has plenty of self check out, but it is nice to keep staff employed. The checkers on duty were very kind, and helpful.

My go to for years. I love my hannaford. Good prices, that are marked correctly. (placed with correct products) selection always Available (for my needs) and freshness I don’t ever have question (although I am a very consistent date checker). Store is always clean. Majority of the staff are friendly, some of the same faces for years is always great to see.The only draw back I find is when I see a specific man working in the deli. I will not Get anything. I will give him one thing....he is consistent...consistently rude. Rolls eyes, sighs. Fairly sure he has squeezed my cheese, Making it almost impossible to use (this happens only when he serves my order. Not others. That is the only 1 negative thing I feel is worth mentioning. Over all. I am a happy hannaford shopper!!

Pharmacy makes you wait more then 4 days on over due prescriptions, even when calling every day, they say give us a bit we are working on it now, call the following day and get the same story. It doesn't take from Thursday to Monday to count to 7, and no it did not have to do with insurance reasons. Just their common working way as others have disclosed to me.

I've been going to this store for over 22 years because it's right down the street from my house, the people that work there are very kind and very helpful when looking for any items. They even take the time out to call you when an item has come in. Their prices on merchandise are reasonableand I also like the convenience of having self checkout especially when I only have a couple of items and I don't want to wait in line.

One of the first things I did after shopping at Hannaford (near Mall), is to unpack & sit to write this review. I was amazed at the customer service I received. No problem finding someone to help me! This was huge. They were friendly, eager to help, & patient. From now on, this Hannaford is my grocery store! I came away uplifted. Thank you!

We always use their Hannaford to Go service and love it. We were hesitant when we first started because we like to pick our own meat and produce. They do a good job though. It's pretty seldom that we get bad picks. :)

Great place to shop and stock up with all the essentials! The staff is very friendly and I've never had an issue checking out. Even the bathrooms are spotless. I'll definitely be back!
