While I have my issues with corporate stores. There is one good thing about, at least, Hannaford stores; They all have the same or similar products and they are located in relatively the same place in relation to the products. My first outing here was fine and will do a complete review on my next visit.

Ordered an online order from this location and they sent wrong inedible items. Didn’t take coupons off and then gave attitude when we tried to fix the situation! Worst customer service ever! Who runs this place animals?!? Edit over 24 hours later and this is still unresolved! Never ordering from this store again this is unacceptable! Was way over charged. I have worked in retail for years and it is easy to refund and re ring items. This place is run by children and incompetent idiots.

I enjoy this location because there’s an Aroma Joe’s inside. Their clearance bins are usually decent, too. Food selection pretty decent.

This Hannaford is in their standard layout. The produce department welcomes you when you use the main entrance (registers are at the other side). Their fresh fruit and veggie selection is pretty good. They also have a decent selection of precut and packaged fruits and vegetables. Great for on-the-go snacking, lunches or meal prep. The bakery, deli and seafood department are average. The meat department however has, in my opinion a limited selection of average to below average, over priced, cuts of meat. The rest of the store is just fine. Aisles are good with and kept clean. This store can get super busy during lunch and dinner time with frenzied shoppers. Staff is always great. I will say this tho, it ain’t no Market Basket ❤️ 🤷‍♂️

A wonderful supermarket! Very impressed with the variety of produce, And lots of local and organic. The fish market is amazing. Pretty much anything you need in groceries you could get at this store.

I love this store. Unfortunately I can only give it 1 star because of the service manager, Heidi Mcdonald. I come into this store every single morning and buy supplies for my business. Everyone is super helpful except her. She decided she doesn't like me for some reason and refuses to help me with anything. I am on a first name basis with everyone else and always have a great experience with them. I dont know what her problem is but she should not be in customer service

Notably more expensive than Costco, but you don't have to buy 8 pounds of something at a time--you can spend marginally more to buy one pound of it. Think of the convenience!

Seems very busy but can never find any employees to ask question or assistance while shopping. Some items are very exspensive compared to my other local store I shop at.

Used to be great, but now that they are trying to force us to buy their Generic foods they're screwing up. 2 recent examples are Half & Half curdling 2 weeks before good thru date, and massive mold on buns on good thru date. They've lost my business to Shaw's as I waited 10 minutes for a supervisor to show up and discuss the mold issue, and no one came. Well they don't need to worry about me complaining again, since I'm never going back.

Hannaford has an excellent range of grocery and basic houshold items at accessible prices. We started using their curbside pick-up service during the pandemic and never stopped. While you don't get to pick your own produce, the staff do a good job, all things considered, and it saves a great deal of time.

Horrible AGAIN! Not just this store but others, Millcreek, Topsham etc. Supplies are Constantly limited, unavailable, low stock etc. Somebody needs to teach people how and when to order!!!Prices totally inconsistent vary widely!!!Good food better prices at small food co-ops, yogurts, gluten free items even sodas and chips.Hannaford needs to Get Down Off their high horses!!!

The kids that work here do an awesome job. Seafood department was great and they were able to get me lobsters this summer in an emergency situation. Cashiers have given me coupons because I am here all the time. Great store with great staff.

Double charged for groceries when self checkout register shut off mid transaction. Assistant manager assured me my card would be refunded the full balance from the first transaction and rang me up at another register. Charged $500 for $250 worth of groceries and denied to refund the transaction. Not cool, man.

I love this place! So good. It is where I obtain everything essential.I love the little, premade meals that I take to work. Makes my daily life so much easier when good, nutritious food is available. I can preplan my whole week.The staff is very helpful and not difficult to find.I give 5 stars.... I only do this for 2 places. This is one of the places. My life would suck if not for my grocery store.I still love this place and would be lost without it.Love love love love.

We usually love Hannaford but this particular location is not laid out like other locations we have visited making finding items more difficult than they need to be. Friendly and helpful staff. On a side note: almost the entire fire lane in front of the store was occupied by cars. Baskets were in the way of the handicap parking.

Expensive, they carry just the basics. For example your choices of jelly are basically strawberry or grape. I know sounds silly. On a positive note they're good when checking you out they bag your groceries and they're usually polite. The store is pretty well organized and clean.

Huge thank you to Hannaford for supplying smaller, affordable prepared togo items for folks with no way to cook - like hot baked chicken pieces for $4, and egg salad sandwiches for 3.99, washed fruit for $2... (This year, i also noticed stop & shop in Massachusetts actually dropped the prices on some of their sandwiches, at a time when most stores had NOTHING available under $7.99.)Salad kits in a bag are also a life saver. Thank you.(Know what I really wish I could do? Buy a big potato and microwave it. Lol. I know, asking too much!)

The lay out is pretty confusing. As an infrequent visitor I would like a map.But they have really good fresh food. Huge variety of groceries, food read to eat, and other products. Great service too.

Certain cards I have cost between 5.50 and 6.50 to make an atm withdrawal; because the atm charges about $3, and the card issuers also charge about $3. And tonight I found out you can buy an 89 cent soda water and get cash back with the soda and withdraw any amount up to $200, essentially making the atm fee 89 cents instead of 6 dollars. Huge life hack discovered and definitely worth it!!!

Pretty solid grocery store, helpful and friendly staff. Definitely go during slower hours otherwise it’s a madhouse of clueless customers who act like they’ve never been in a grocery store blocking, pushing, and never had this happen before now but straight up running into you. The staffing like everywhere currently is slim but they have efficient self check out machines. Not really a store issue with the customers, staffing, or sometimes hard to get products.

The only place that I go grocery shopping besides market basket. Hannaford's is the best I love the employees I love the store the setup they're all becoming uniform the prices are wonderful the produce is always the freshest! The deli is always friendly with a short line they aim to please they will cut that meat until it is perfect for you. The bakery amazing they do the very best they can with what they've got and they do amazing things with very little.

very polite staff and the kid that is like the head or lead is about 20. but he's smarter then every one he works above but just flying by fixing the problems being so polite , not sure his name he works second shift and has helped me with my gift card goof more then once, I hope your moms proud of her young man kind polite patient and very intelligent kid!! I'll catch his name next time I have 30 gift cards and go shopping loll 5, also my phone died and the manager lady awesome she stayed with my carriage and belongings while she allowed me to plug my phone in if she hadnt done that had 2 gift cards on my phone and I would have missed my Uber who waited patiently as well!!
