If I could rate this more stars I would. Liam went above and beyond helping me pick out the perfect bag for all my needs and even helped me adjust the size so it was just right for me. If there were more helpers like Liam the world would be a better place. Definitely coming back! You have a repeat customer!

Updated 12/12/2020 gave these guys a second chance. Found a pair of mountaineering boots at a great price. Thought it was to good to be true and it was!!! Went to go and return these knock offs and was informed that they are switching to an in store credit return policy only. The lady was incredibly nice and kind I will take my business else whrbGood selection for the most for the size of store. Unfortunately the guy behind the counter thought he knew everything and only his way was the right way. Ask for down jacket repair patches and was directed to something else. Tried to communicate multiple time what I wanted which was an item I had seen on the shelf in the past week. Unfortunately Amazon won this battle. Just give people what they ask for. Especially people that look like they know what they are talking about as well. Your gear tape will destroy my rab jacket thanks for your advice. When I got there the employee had no clue what I was talking about. And after many explanations understood what I was looking for. Then I went to check out, the cashier was on the phone, i was happy to wait, but he insisted on checking me out, never greeted me just kept talking on the phone, tapped the screen to show me the price, could barely make change because he wouldn't stop the phone call. I was very unimpressed. They usually have great customer service, especially since their prices are high. I don't mind paying higher prices if I get service. Horrible experience, then as I am half way out the store calls out have a good day while still on the phone. Like really how about ask for someone else to help me, or ask the person on the other end to hold for a minute, or ask me to please wait. Either one of those options I would have been fine with, but i am not fine with being treated how I was. Very frustrating. If your job is in customer service make sure you offer customer service.

Sales leader was above and beyond sincerely helpful and friendly. Made me save big dollars on fresh jacket and has excellent knowledge of products, customer service and fashion taste. Her tall assistant was also the man. Huge selection of CLIF bars no one can miss this spot. ⛽️🌲🌲🌲🔥

My complaint is that I'm invisible when it comes to customer service. It happened again today, The worst was when I was purchasing a new bike. I ended up buying it locally elsewhere. Today I purchased my item from LL Bean. Fabulous customer service at Bean.This has happened the last three times I've been in the store, and I did bring it to the manager's attention with the bicycle incident. Hopefully this will help correct the problem so that I can update and say fabulous customer service.

Incompetent employee didn’t remove tag from rain jacket we purchased. Noticed customers waiting a very long time to get fitted for shoes. Worst EMS branch I’ve ever been to.

This morning a beautiful blond angel helped me pick out the right "Superfeet" and it is as if I inserted clouds into my walking shoes. I can't thank you enough. With flat feet, ruptured discs and bad knees, to walk in comfort is a bleeping miracle.
